The room is good not wow. If there is a wedding you will hear the music in your room until 12 am. The receptionists are very rude. They didn't even look at you if you came. No one helps you to take the trolley of the bags! We pushed it ourselves to the rooms!

The staff was amazing specially the reception people they were friendly and cooperative specially ece and berat were very helpful, massage were great,breakfast has variety of food

The hotel location is great front of the sea with many cafes and restaurant around however rooms are too small. We really thanks and appreciate Ms Yasmeen for her kindness with ours kids and support for any help.

The toilet’s are broken and wouldn’t work properly.Warm water finish’s so fast . Overall, the room is good

Stayed for 3 nights recently. Location is great as it's slightly away from Izmit, beach facing and a few decent eateries nearby especially Klida, Kkorec and a fish restaurant. Indoor 25m pool is fantastic, good for those needing a large pool. Breakfast is included as part of hotel booking. The staff Yunus, Abdullah and Eray the manager were very helpful during our stay. Escaped from the heat near the beach . Touched the clouds all around the place . Best of the best place ever and never. If you look for 17C in August , this is the place for sure .

I like this place. It's cozy and convenient for skiing. Ski in and out from the hotel with a fully equipped ski rental shop onsite..there is a ski gear store if you forgot something you need for the slopes. Also a small convenient store and a lounge Cafe which makes great coffee and "Sahlab". The hotel is half-board and offers a buffet breakfast and dinner. Also they offer hot soup and a nice selection...

I am not sure about the rooms coz we had visited the place to check the snow, however we had set in lobby we didn't see any one from the hotel employees maybe coz the sessions still not started 😉

The hotel building is old but the service is good room is warm food delicious and many activities for winter such as ski, sledding, cable car and many more. Just the cafe around bit pricy but the hotel experience is excellent!

We have stayed 3 days in The Green Park Kartepe hotel and enjoyed our staying. Accommodation has a rich breakfast & dinner and a cosy 5 pm tea. It has plenty of entertainments such as sauna, Turkish bath, steam room and massage. Ski slop was picturesque and rooms were pretty warm. I would come to Green Park Kartepe once again with pleasure.

Not worth the prices It is an old overused hotel, rooms, furniture and towels. I was shocked by the fact that the water colour went yellow on my check out day and wondering why? When we checked in the corridor smelled like sewage The breakfast buffet is 5/10 lots of old food and non ripe fruits (too sour) I paid similar price recently and that has never was really a 5* hotel This one is a glorified...

I have been coming to this hotel for a number of years now while I have business with the nearby Ford factories. The staff are always great and provide excellent service. The Ruf Grill Kebap restaurant is also fantastic and where I always go for my evening meal. Ismail in particular is an excellent and attentive server and always a welcome site to see have on the staff.

We stayed for two weeks on a business trip and would be qualified for a detailed review- Pros- 1. The sea and mountain view rooms are very scenic. Location to cleaning everything is simply perfect. Also receptionists other staff and especially waiters are very well trained and very kind. The restaurant 'Ruf' has a delicious cuisine.

The hotel is very good. A bit far from business area. The scenery is excellent.good for relaxing break.

The TV is old and we couldn't find arabic channels on it. Also, they don't put coffee or black tea bags in the room. They always forget to put water in the room after they clean it everyday. The location is nice since it's close to many outlets and malls. But the view isn't really clear from the windows from 3rd floor.

All ok apart from the antiquated 1990’s old flatscreen tv. No Netflix no smart tv so if you are not from Turkey or Germany give this hotel a miss if your saying here on business for a long time it will really get to you if the only channel to watch is bbc world or cnn.

The location of this hotel is perfect. A lot of places are next to it such as restaurants, pharmacy etc. The staff are amazing and friendly. Their welcoming smile and positive attitude made me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attentiveness to my needs truly stood out. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

Really nice is appreciable hotel for everything from the staff to the cleanliness, great for staying a few days or for holidays for those who have been there a long time like me for work you don't enjoy the spa and there is little nearby not being in the city centre

Room was clean comfortable for relaxing, breakfast was rich. There are big supermarkets, shopping mall, and live pub close to this hotel. But Amenity was not enough, neiboring areas are full of homeless huge dogs. Please don't run away when you find some of the monster-like animals. Just pretend locals who are never interested in the existing things. They are scared of locals.

Nice rooms, clean. Too bad the staff does not speak English! Amazing view in the room we had, on the third floor.

The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and organize. On the other hand the hotel itself need a merger improvements in its facilities and design.

Its quiet. It have a restaurant which is OK..Relatively new hotel..Room having more space.. That's Fine. Hotel employees are co-operative , helpful. Advantage is this hotel is part of a shopping mall, so one can find food, can shopping ...Some staff don't understand English but no problem and to make them understand is really funny.. What I don't like is daily house keeping ...Rest all fine..

One of the best Doubletree's around. The hotel is fairly new and clean, close to some nature attractions. If you are with your family, suite rooms are perfect for the stay

The overall quality of the hotel is good; nice workers, good pool, good rooms. Except, cleanliness is very poor. Breakfast plates, forks, cups, etc... Were dirty. The pool's interior is very dirty and you could barely see through it. And there's this annoying band that keeps playing drums and music up till 12 am, which is disrespectful to those who would like to sleep early.

it's a good place to stay. New and clean. Parking available. But kinda far from the city center. There is a tram line 10 mins walking distance. I really recommend it if you have a car.

We stayed there one night with our baby. We prefered to stay big room. It was quite comfortable and room liked what we had seen via web site before we came. Lastly, employees were real respectful and try to help for your any need.

I booked a non-smoking room. However, they gave me a room very smelly room, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I had to talk to the receptionist, and they changed my room the next day. I encountered another problem at the hotel. I parked at the parking lot at night, and in the morning, I was trapped by two cars I couldn't get out of, but thank God the receptionist helped me.

Very convenient location. Close to the bus terminal and the tram. The rooms were clean, with only minor issues (the soap dispenser was a bit wonky in ours) beatiful atmosphere in the lobby, and it smells amazing.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are a bit small and it's not comfortable if there are more than 2 people. The elevator is slow and it only allows max. 3 people at a time. The offer a humble breakfast, but it's not for free. Only children eat free.

It's not a bad hotel, but it definitely is not a four-star hotel. The rooms desperately need updating, the walls are paper thin so that you can hear muffled conversations and coughing. I can't say it was worth the price paid. Location is good though.

We stayed as a family. Especially the suite rooms are a wonderful place with a view of the sea and the pool. They even brought the evening tea from the teapot to the room. Thank you from the double royal hotel manager to the staff.

Good location, normal rooms. The pool which is on the pictures in the website does not work. Be careful about the air... There is a petrol station and a car wash too close to the entrance of the hotel and its windows. The air smells of petrol :-(

A very friendly hotel with a great food and a great atmosphere. Also a great kebab restaurant across the hotel called Rosso Kebap. Went to sleep a couple nights here with my school from Indonesia and we really had a great time there. And will really miss the good quality of this hotel. And also, they served us a very delicious breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean but the shower was leaking water all over the floor, the telephone wasn't working so we couldn't contact the reception and it was noisy because there were 2 parties one of them inside the hotel

The good point was attentive staff... Everything else was not quite up to scratch. The rooms' last renovation is ending it's shelf life and the simple köfte evening meal was overcooked by any standard. I wouldn't recommend it unless you couldn't find rooms elsewhere.
