Not only the entire hotel reception staff, but also the junior waiter Emircan at ON8 is incredibly helpful in explaining the daily menu, offering recommendations and ensuring my special requests all the time. From the moment I sat down, he is very attentive and polite. Thanks for making the dinner times enjoyable.

The hotel does not qualify as 5 star. We are non smokers and were put in a smoking room which smelt bad. When requested to change the room - the initial reception staff was very rude. The manager came on line and told us the hotel was full - sorry can’t help . No compensation offered for the inconvenience of sleeping with smoke smell .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dedeman Hotel, and I must say that the reception staff made a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is quite centrally located in Konya. The complex is very large, with various indoor and outdoor pools as well as a wellness and sports area. The hotel has its own car park and a very impractically constructed underground car park. The breakfast offer is extensive and good. The room was clean, but unfortunately very worn. Overall certainly not a 5 star hotel, rather a good 3 stars.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dedeman Hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, with a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. I especially loved the pastries and the selection of fruits. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

It was just awesome be at the Dedeman Hotel, Konya.
The staff were just amazing especially Çaglar,Ertugrul,Ersan and Hasancan.
It's my prayers the the Benevolent and the Most Merciful Allah protect and keep all of you at the Dedeman Hotel and the entire Konya City. Love you Turkey, you will surely see me again.

An excellent all round experience whether at the On8 restaurant or the breakfast area, rooms with beautiful view of the city and the courtesy of staff especially Zehra (guest relations). I’ll definitely return to Konya and Dedeman!

We were sadly shocked at the condition of this hotel. It was recommended by our 5-star travel service, and the ratings were high. But the reality is entirely different.
It has Very poor air conditioning. We had two rooms; one stunk of old urine to the point that we had to leave the main door open to air it out, and the other room had a hole in the bathtub. Black all around the tub/grout. And the water would constantly turn boiling then cold even without the toilet flushing in our room. You would have to soap up, feel the water for a tolerable temperature, dash in and get out, and repeat. The baseboards were falling off. The vents were black, where the air was blowing out. The breakfast was substandard (low quality) and had few selections compared to every hotel we stayed in in Turkey. I am always happy to give a good rating, but this does not deserve it.
Look for somewhere else.

It's my second day here and I would say it's just fabulous to stay in. All things are well managed, service, rooms and restaurant. In the lather, we've a variety of food. I would express my thankful to Zehra the guest relations, who was very attentive with us. I recomand this hotel.
