Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious and I loved the wall to wall windows that give you a lovely view of Konya. The manager Buse was helpful and always on standby to ensure that we are comfortable.

Very poor level of English among the staff. We had to use Google translator all the time. They didn't understand very simple things related to food and menu. They also put a lot of pressure on you when having dinner. They collect the empty dishes in a rush despite having friends still eating. It makes you feel unwelcome.

We were originally booked at this hotel, but couldn't make it because we booked the wrong train with YHT. The hotel was super helpful and helped us out after we explain the situation. Would definitely stay with them if we have the chance to return to Konya.

We have stayed at Bera Konya twice during our two visits to Konya. The staff are extremely accommodating and kind. The hotel is in a perfect location that’s literally 13 mins from Mevlana centre, 8 mins from the big mall, 20 mins from the Konya Airport, 18 mins from the Konya science centre and drivable distance from the other attractions of Konya. I had a fantastic stay at Bera Hotel in Konya. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I also tried the Turkish bath, which was a nice experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

Beautiful hotel with everything which makes a 5 star hotel. However, disappointed that the bed for the third person wasn't ready when we arrived even though they had the information and the mini bar wasn't refilled so we had to report what was missing in order not to get charged for something we didn't take. Swimming pool was nice and breakfast was plentiful.

Very nice big rooms and stuff, but the hotel elevator requires a key card to operate which is very annoying to just travel around the hotel, and the tv isn't a smart tv so there is no non Turkish shows to watch, but overall, good hotel

I currently had the pleasure of attending a friend's wedding at Friendship Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. While I didn't utilize the accommodation facilities, I thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings during my stay.

Clean room, comfortable beds very good for a good night sleep after a long day. It's located next to a busy road but it's not noisy at all inside the room. The breakfast buffet was good with fresh ingredients and wide selection.

I've been to this hotel a couple of times, even though it's not a chain brand hotel but it's way much better than a lot of well known 5 star hotels. The rooms are big and clean, the quality of food is very good. It's a great value.

The hotel does not qualify as 5 star. We are non smokers and were put in a smoking room which smelt bad. When requested to change the room - the initial reception staff was very rude. The manager came on line and told us the hotel was full - sorry can’t help . No compensation offered for the inconvenience of sleeping with smoke smell .

The hotel is quite centrally located in Konya. The complex is very large, with various indoor and outdoor pools as well as a wellness and sports area. The hotel has its own car park and a very impractically constructed underground car park. The breakfast offer is extensive and good. The room was clean, but unfortunately very worn. Overall certainly not a 5 star hotel, rather a good 3 stars.

The rooms were good and adequately spacious. I enjoyed the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet, but I found it odd that there was no soundproofing. The staff doesn't speak English. The pool is closed therefore description on the website says there is a pool. The bars are closed. The tap of the shower was blocked. We call a technician who finally changed the shower head. The toilet seat down is broken and the enamel inside the toilet is cracked. The bathtub is stained. Fridge doesn't work well. Let check the "American bar", hoping it's not closed...

The location is very easy to find. They have their own parking available. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly helpful. Rooms are pretty clean. The bed is a little harder but it was comfortable. The price is the lowest around the area. The location is quite close to the city centre if you have your own transportation. Konya is a conservative city in general so if you are a couple, you have to be married to stay in the same room. It takes long for the water to warm up. The elevator needs air condition it's too old and too small even for 2 people. The hotel itself is quite old and requires restoration...
