Room and washroom were super small. AC did not work. Lift does not operate. Horrible experience and relationships status matters

The location is very easy to find. They have their own parking available. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly helpful. Rooms are pretty clean. The bed is a little harder but it was comfortable. The breakfast room is nice and clean and breakfast. options are good. if you’re looking for a place to stay to get some rest while you’re traveling, it is a nice option.

The breakfast was great, the placement of the hotel was near the centrum. The staff was friendly and service minded. The room was clean, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and Kind.
The whole experience was like a 5 star hotel. Overall my partner and I were happy.

Nice rooms, clean and cozy if a bit small bit for the money it's fine. Breakfast was great! The location is quite far from town, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's not too bad. Overall nice place.

Location is near public transportation so its a positive thing. We booked two rooms and both of them seemed clean but the bathrooms were awful. Veeery dirty, unfunctional in one room so we had to change the room (and that new room also had a lot of dirt, especially in a shower cabin). Breakfast was poor, there was no meat in any form...

The only positive thing is this hotel is breakfast. It's good and has many varieties. Otherwise, the hotel is too bad. The location is too far from the places of interest and the city centre. Staff are tough and not collaborative. The room is too small that I could not almost move it. The bed is the worst and hardest bed I slept on all my life. Tooooooo hard as I was sleeping on a concrete surface. Worst, there was no hot water in the room.
The first night was too hard, I felt as I was in a prison. Till 6'O'clock in the morning, I was not able to sleep. I went to the reception and I insisted on changing the room, and they gave me a little better room.
I believe that it is the worst hotel I stayed during my life. Avoid it!

The breakfast is really good here, but come early, after 9:30 am they run out of some items and don't refile them.
The down point for me was that there was no electric kettle in family rooms (for 4 people) though they have them in other rooms and no water cooler on the floor.
The rest was fine - there was no cigarette smell in the room, linens were clean, soundproofing was also good.
There is a small playground outside the hotel (open air).
They do have small convenience store on the ground floor, but there is nothing suitable for small children, except water :/

The price is the lowest around the area. The location is quite close to the city centre if you have your own transportation. Konya is a conservative city in general so if you are a couple, you have to be married to stay in the same room. It takes long for the water to warm up. The elevator needs air condition it's too old and too small even for 2 people. The hotel itself is quite old and requires restoration. Breakfast is included and it's reasonable. The bathtub was leaking. If you want to crash for few nights only, this can be your choice. It's a 3 stars hotel as a matter of fact.

Good location. The food in restaurant spoiled even something fresh but not tasty. They doesn't have a good coffee. Room nobody clean. I travel lot and this hotel needs to improve the quality of service and reception should be more diplomatic.
