Staffs are all kind, helpful and understand English well. Breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of cheeses and salads. Coffee machine was broken at the time but they fixed it right away so I was able to enjoy my morning coffee. Rooms are spacious and clean. Showers have great water pressure but it leaked to the floor. The hotel is 15 mins away from the city but you can ask the front desk to call for a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will most definitely come here again. Thank you!

Be careful with this hotel. I used their laundry sevice, and a t-shirt and a pair of socks were missing when the laundry was returned. I asked the Reception staff to inquire about the missing pieces in case they had been misplaced. They could not find them. I then asked to be reimbursed for the missing items or at least have the laundry service fee credited back (about $20-$25). I spent two hours dealing with this issue. The reception manager on call wanted to negotiate the price down too! So unprofessional and tacky! Like if I cared about the $25 amount. It was a matter of principle.
In the end, since the two reception staff could not handle the situation, another staff named Songul took a picture of my credit card and promised to reimburse me for the missing clothes. She never did.
Obviously, very unprofessional, careless, inconsiderate and incompetent staff, in addition to thieves.

We chose this hotel by assuming that they have a standard but this approach was a mistake. The staff were kind. The hotel itself is however very disappointing especially considering the price. We would probably be happier if we chose a local hotel with the same price. The room is only okay, and I cannot use the word comfortable. It is small and not convenient for longer stays. The bathroom had no ventilation system which is not a nice thing as it’s right next to the bed. Its doorknob was broken. There was no extra pillow, blanket. There was no hand towel either. The air conditioner was loud and going on and off again constantly, resulting in no good sleep. We were unhappy with the breakfast as the products were not fresh but rather cold (eggs, pastries etc.). We unfortunately would not stay at this place next time.

Great hotel, clean and good breakfast and in house restaurant was good quality. Best of all staff where friendly and helpful. Would recommend and consider staying here again.

My boyfriend and I decided to relax in this hotel, as soon as we entered the room we received calls from the reception asking us to immediately bring documents. but I have already registered in this place, why should I submit the documents again? we were kicked out of the hotel without explanation. What the hell? Two men from the security followed me as if I were a criminal, standing at the door of the room while I collected my things. Terrible hotel, terrible staff, I don’t recommend anyone to stay here!

The price rates are pretty reasonable one. It is a hygiene and comfortable hotel. I recommend it for a business trip type.

Location is good. Room is clean and neat. Staffs are nice. Especially Emine and Tuncay are very helpful.
