I forgot my original charger with travel adaptor and when I called the hotel, they simply refused that they found anything in room and their house keeping staff lied that there was nothing. It was at an obvious place and anyone could see it. They simply stole my charger. It was a cheap act done by staff of such a big hotel.
They gave me a congested room where even lights were not getting on properly, AC was not working and there was smell in the room. When I complained, then they changed my room but it still had smoking smell.
Not expected a big name with cheap hotel staff to steal a charger. I had suffered becoz of this..3 stars for location.

Have booked my hotel reservation through a booking site and had a happy and good stay at Ramada hotel at Konya. The rooms are clean and tighty. Breakfaat was delicious and a lot of choice. Good personell, i would recomment thuis for fitre ataya. Gamze and Nur were tremendous hosts. Regards Hakan

A Luxory hotel in their dreams, maybe.
Staff service is poor, almost nobody speaks English. The reception gave wrong info regarding the pool’s opening time. Lifts take forever to arrive. The rooftop bar is .. bah.. WiFi is poor .the room seems ok but the bathroom has some details that reveal it is a dated structure, the shower in particular. But the worst thing is the ventilation system that smells of cigarette’s smoke, I had a hard time sleeping, it is disgusting. Bad experience

The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well kept. The sheets on the beds were clean, and the room and the bathroom were also very tidy and hygienic.
The breakfast was superb. There are many options, from specialized omelet requests to unlimited coffee and tea service.
Finally, for the staff, all of them were super kind and welcoming. Not a single rude encounter at all. Miss Buse was particularly helpful and kind.
Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Konya.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious and I loved the wall to wall windows that give you a lovely view of Konya. The manager Buse was helpful and always on standby to ensure that we are comfortable.

Pleasant stay and very close to Industrial area. The guest relations manager Buse was very courteous and professional. Keep up the good work Ramada, Konya team.

Very poor level of English among the staff. We had to use Google translator all the time. They didn't understand very simple things related to food and menu. They also put a lot of pressure on you when having dinner. They collect the empty dishes in a rush despite having friends still eating. It makes you feel unwelcome.

Room is not good very small and smell cigarretes.my husband ask them to get a bed for baby because we have 11 months old baby with us they did not bring and then we asked again if we can change the room because of the smell but still no one help us.so we decided to check out after 30mins and my husband is asking if we can get back our money since we dont like the services and no one is helping us it is 12midnight and we are all tired and we are hoping that we can get a rest in the hotel but sadly we are so dissapointed...poor services

The hotel is very beautiful and the reception was also wonderful. It is always the best hotel for me when I come to Konya...it is the best...and also the breakfast is good and the facilities are the best in this place. Thank you very much. 🥰

I have the worse experience ever, they have provided me with the wrong swift code to pay, then the money bounced back to my account bur was deducted by £120 for transfer fees, I had to pay back the whole amount again. I lost my money, the hotel didnt want to take any responsability while that was their mistake in giving the wrong bank details. They also treaten to take a legal action if I am not paying the whole amount again including all the fees!
