The accommodations were generously sized and well-maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was a pleasant experience.

Even the standard rooms were larger than most ramadas, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only the shower section was a little small and the shower hose was leaking water, which is a chronic problem in every hotel. The breakfast was delicious as an open buffet and Mr. Miraç at the reception was very interested in us and helped us check in early and when I lost my charger, he gave us the hotel's one.

Fitness antrenmanlarımı Ramada Spa'da yapıyorum. Gerek Restaurant gerekse Özsüt'te keyifle vakit geçirebileceğiniz sakin ve sessiz bir mekan. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili.. Malata'da sektörün en iyi Oteli.

You have solved most of the problems that I have observed as serious problems in the hotel where I have been staying for years for business purposes. What I am most happy about is that the smell coming from the bathroom has stopped, but I am writing again even though I have notified the hotel owner. You have not been able to solve the problem of hot water coming too late in some rooms and not being hot when it comes, especially in winter, due to your hot water line. At this stage, water waste is very serious. I seriously think that you are neglecting the maintenance of your heaters and air conditioners. I have to use a desk, but I don't want to feel every detail of the chair. Your bathroom shower faucets are old, the furniture is old, the seats are old, your toilet is old because although I am sure of its cleanliness, it looks very bad. You need to undergo serious maintenance. Thank you to your staff by the way.

The employees are friendly. It's a clean hotel, I didn't encounter any problems. The location is good, walking distance to the center. Özsüt located in it was not very successful, the desserts were not fresh. I do not know whether it belongs to the hotel or is a separate business, but the hotel is recommended.

Apart from the breakfast options, it is a nice and clean hotel. According to Ramadas in different cities, its breakfast is four out of ten. There is no problem outside of 10. Thank you for a hotel you will comfortably choose in Malatya.

We stayed in Malatya for a night first but we decided to hang on for another night. The hotel is nice with a friendly staff specially a receptionist called Osman Ozdemir. He helped us a lot, both in Malatya and he made a reservation in Van for us for the next day. However, Ramada hotel in Van charged us more than usual. We didn't have TL to pay and instead we wanted to pay in dollars whose rating was 18.45TL for each dollar, but they took it for 17$. Can you believe it? It's a kind of fraud!

Spa hotel? Nope.
This day everything was closed due to cleaning? We booked this hotel because of spa, pool and sauna.
After discussing, we were allowed to the pool, freezing pool,. Also charged a fee for this

Staff don't know English and could not communicate well with business people from rest of world. Room is warm and comfortable. Food is ok. No English channels in TV. No universal power socket for international visitors. Not enough lighting inside the room. The room service and they help to keep the room clean and neat. Room has full side facing glass window, comfortable bed, adequate wooden rack, working table, tea table, sofa, cloths rack, well equipped modern washroom, centralised temperature regulation system and lot more...
