The accommodations were generously sized and well-maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was a pleasant experience.

We stayed in Malatya for a night first but we decided to hang on for another night. The hotel is nice with a friendly staff specially a receptionist called Osman Ozdemir. He helped us a lot, both in Malatya and he made a reservation in Van for us for the next day. However, Ramada hotel in Van charged us more than usual. We didn't have TL to pay and instead we wanted to pay in dollars whose rating was...

Welcoming concierge. Great location. There was a ozsüt, sweets and ice cream shop in the lobby which was great for the kids and my self. The room was quit average even though it was a suite room. Wasn't the cleanest of rooms. Did the job. I was really disappointed with fact that kids under 5 I think wasn't able to go in the swimming pool. Which was upsetting, however there was a children entertainment...

Very bad hotel service. Nobody knows English which is terrible for someone who works at the reception. The hotel is nice looking, has a pool, but considering the fact that it's a 5 star hotel, it is disapointing. Food is ok, there's always some tasty cheese, fruits and sweets, rooms are air conditioned, and at the entrance is a glowing room number (fancy). One of the biggest issues is the internet...

Good Hotel. I like it to stay here. The only recommendation to the hotel staff is they have to learn English or German.

Quite nice hotel for the region, and prices very reasonable. Room was clean and everything worked properly (shower, toilet, lights, windows, plugs, fridge, etc.). I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have any comments about it except the dining area was spacious. The hotel is located a bit outside the city.

Easily the best hotel in Malatya. Moderately upscale and great service with English-speaking staff at front desk. Great location, walking distance from most local sites, with mall and buses nearby. (October 2017)

One of the few hotels still standing. I wanted to go another hotel next door - but a wall was missing and the other chep hotels were all destroyed by the earthquake. It was 3 times the price what I normaly paid for a hotel in Turkey - and it was definately not 3 times better. It has all things you would expect at this level. I am Vegan and it is normally hard for me to find something delicious to eat for breakfast at hotels but at this hotel I had the best breakfast ever :) Fresh vegetables and …. Wow even remembering it makes me feel good. When I go back to Malatya I will definitely go back...

Great experience. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of options. the Turkish tea and coffee were some of the best I had tasted while in Turkey. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in me experiencing the most during my stay. A great place to stay if you’re visiting.

This my first time here. As soon as I arrived the door, I meet with lovely workers front of the door. I got suit room although paying normal room price. Amazing people, luxury, affordable rooms, helpful staff, incredibly tasty food😊. Highly Recommended....

In the comfort of a 5-star hotel. The employees are smiling and cordial. With its open buffet breakfast, it is the best hotel in Malatya and the leading hotel in terms of price performance.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, the employees are friendly, warm and smiling. We stayed as Birfen College Hatay Defne Sports Club Women's Football team, they gave a very good price. We recommend.

Nothing fancy..but clean and quiet! Very friendly staff. TV only got 2 channels, both in Turkish. There is no " room with a view"..And no juice of any kind at breakfast. The hotel is good but my room was very small and it was smelling a little. AC wasn't working. Why would I expose my full name and room number on the internet?

The hotel is in a good location, close to everywhere. Staff involved. Rooms are a little small. It would be better if there was a kettle and herbal teas in the room. There is no hygiene kit in the bathroom. It's just ear buds. I think it should be a hygiene kit. The breakfast is nice. Don't look for something that luxurious. Nice place, for this price. At least it's clean.

The hotel we prefer to stay for 1 night on 26.05.2022. The staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast is buffet and has enough variety. An institution that pleases us in every aspect.

The hotel is on the side of the ring road. Rooms get road noise. The hotel is a bit old. But the price is quite reasonable in terms of performance. The breakfast is rich. Rooms are clean, wifi is not very strong unfortunately. The staff is caring and friendly. There is no shortage of parking.

The hotel is in a great place in the city center. The folks who run the hotel are really nice and try to accommodate any requests. Everything was clean. There were only two small things that could be made a little better. The air conditioning in the room has to be turned on by the staff. It would be nice to choose to turn it on when I want it. Second the locks on the doors are old and not as secure...

This is a great deal, for comfort, features, staff, and location. We spent 3 nights in late April, 2019 and hated to leave. The rooms are large.  Ours had a double bed and a single bed, comfortable and new. The two large armchairs, glass table, desk,  mini fridge, and huge closets with lots of hangers gave us lots of room to spread out. The bathroom was large, too, with a walk-in shower. Good location, very helpful staff and nice breakfast will make your stay easy and enjoyable. Good location, in a peatonal street but not easy to find since is beteween many small stores, ask around. Comfortable rooms, not super tidy restrooms. Enough to spend one or two nights to explore this modern but very beautiful city with a local vibe.
