Good choice of food at breakfast. Very good selection of food on evening menu.
Rooms cleaned every day. located across the road from bus station and dolmus stop for old Mardin. Excellent service, friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool!

Now you will say, where did this come from when there are so many good comments.. We stayed for one night on September 21, 2021. Before entering the room, we witnessed a few guests talking at the reception that the beds were dirty and the sheets were not changed. When we came to the room and checked the bed, we realized that the bed was the same as the day before and the sheets had not been changed. It has hair and lint in it, whatever you look for, and it smelled. It was very dirty in places.. 3 different personnel came, but all three were unrelated to the subject. There was barely a change of linen. Rooms are very narrow. Two people bumping into each other, we were able to move. One side of the bed is stuck to the wall anyway🙁 there is a serious cleaning problem..

First of all, we would like to thank the management and employees of Mesopotamia, we felt safe as a family due to the friendliness and warm approach of the staff. The kitchen and restaurant were clean and hygienic, and the unique tastes of the dishes were great. The pool that cools you in the scorching heat of Mardi and its clarity was very nice, thank you for everything, I wish you a good work.

I could find everything I was looking for in a stylish, cozy and comfortable hotel.
During my stay, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the beds are clean with sheets, in short, it is perfect, and I am very pleased with the attention and care of the hotel owner.

We stayed one night, the room was small. The main problem was the lack of attention to cleanliness. There were soap remnants from previous guests and a razor head on the floor inside the shower cabin. There was a yellow residue on the pipe of the shower head that I don't know what it was. They are poor at cleaning. The breakfast was varied. There were 2 types of tea, filter coffee, machine coffees, fruit juices etc.
