Hotel is good and deserves five stars. However, the voice isolation is too poor. Particularly, television in the adjacant room disturbs you. Furniture in the rooms are new and stylish, reflects countryside wooden style. Hygien conditions are sufficient. Staff is also kind and professional

Amazing rooms! I've been to a few hotels but this was probably my favourite. I have 2 kids under the age of 3 and was initially given a smaller room, as soon as I requested something bigger they gave me an immediate upgrade to a higher floor and enough room for my children to run around. I liked it in general , especially view of hotel rooms were amazing. But receptionist (F...i) was really rude . Didnt like his behavior.

Very friendly and competant staff. Clean facilities but the hotel needs some renovations. Especially the fridges in the rooms have to be working much better considering the climate of the region.

I Have had an amazing experience spending 3 days here at Mardin. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any queries you may have whilst you are staying over it is very clean place. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an accommodation whilst visiting Mardin. It may not show 5 star but this hotel is 5 star as everything is very high up!

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. There is a pool and a play area for small children. Inside the rooms were 2 beds, this is excellent for families. The hotel 5 minutes to the shopping center. It is also 5 minutes walk to the busses that take you to the old city. The service is nice, the staff are very friendly and above all, it is very quiet at night. Yet, the tea and coffee service inside the room is poor.

The good things about this hotel was kind and always smiling staff and breakfast, the rest far below avarage. My wife finished her shower with cold water, bathroom smells bad and its floor was very slippery, shower cabinet had no door so floor is always wet after shower.

The cleanliness in this hotel is compared to other hotels in this region impeccable! The breakfast and the service workers were also perfect. Great variety in breakfast. Turkish breakfast, cereals and bread! Loved it.

We spent one night here due to misinformation about the airport. We thought the airport is working 24/7 but no🥲 luckily there’s hotel near the airport and the hotel is great. The room is clean, the service was nice, breakfast also great. Everything is great. The hotel is close with mall too.

First of all, we would like to thank the management and employees of Mesopotamia, we felt safe as a family due to the friendliness and warm approach of the staff. The kitchen and restaurant were clean and hygienic, and the unique tastes of the dishes were great. An extremely clean and welcoming hotel. The rooms are in the comfort of 4 * 5 *. The bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is sufficient. Staff are smiling. The view is super. In the evening, the mesopotamian plain is at your disposal to the horizon. The price is also reasonable compared to the quality.

Nice hotel with good service, there was an issue with some guests who were smoking in the corridor near our room, we called the reception but once the smoke was in the room it is hard to get rid of it.

This local hotel surprised me because everything was clean. The bed was comfy and the atmosphere was nice. The view during breakfast was amazing! I wish Raymar Hotel the best and keep up the good work!
