Amazing rooms! I've been to a few hotels but this was probably my favourite. I have 2 kids under the age of 3 and was initially given a smaller room, as soon as I requested something bigger they gave me an immediate upgrade to a higher floor and enough room for my children to run around.
So much variety of food in their restaurant and all tasting amazing.
Pool was good but would've been better if it had heated system.
Spa section was good as I got a massage done with my husband.
Staff was nice and friendly too.
Bonus was the complex has its own Starbucks and for those coffee lovers like me it was good.
Location was great due to the history that surrounded the place.
All in all would definitely come again and in the process of arranging my parents to pay a visit too!

Hotel is good and deserves five stars.
However, the voice isolation is too poor.
Particularly, television in the adjacant room disturbs you.
Furniture in the rooms are new and stylish, reflects countryside wooden style.
Hygien conditions are sufficient.
Staff is also kind and professional

I was in this hotel because I was working in Turkey it is supposed that is a five stars hotel but incredibly you must pay if you want air conditioned. The service is very bad because the dinner finish at nine o'clock and even if you having dinner the hotel switched of the lights and remove all the food. Also I tried to explain my problems in reception but nobody wanted to help me. Please if you are thinking to come here on holidays don't do it. It was a very bad experience in this hotel.
