Dedehan Retreat Otel

We have had the most wonderful stay here. Care and quality has been put into every element of this sanctuary. The rooms are charming, clean and in very good condition, the breakfasts have been the most incredible we have had anywhere in Turkey, the dinners are made with local produce from the garden and nearby, and the pool is spectacular.
The owners, Osman and Illknur have created a peaceful and healthy oasis and they are very kind and warm people. We are so glad we found this special place in our travels and wish we could stay longer.

The most amazing place, we only stayed 2 nights and wished we stayed longer, beautiful place, set in the mountains so you need a car, really great to just relax, food amazing all from the gardens, clean and a lovely pool. I will definitely come again.

An idyllic place to relax and where the guest is truly king. The food is mostly home-grown and very tasty, the rooms are lovingly and traditionally furnished.

An incredible place that deserves more than 5 stars.. İlknur Hanım and Osman Bey are some of the most hospitable people you can meet. They have designed this place as a place where they can spend their retirement and host guests. You can have a long talk with them about places to visit and the history of the region.
As soon as you step inside the garden, you do not feel a stranger in any way. We spent 6 days of our 14-day holiday in Dedehan and wished we had come here first. First of all, I want to write about transportation; It is about half an hour from the center of Fethiye and 15-20 minutes from Kargı. The road is asphalt, there are bends in places, but it is not dangerous. When you get directions from maps, it shows a shortcut (Uzumlu village). When you come from the other road (by entering Kargı) instead of deviating there, you can easily access it, it is not a dangerous road. (I'm uploading the fast-paced video.) You have to follow the Çenger village sign by using the Fethiye-Çiftlik-Kargı route without deviating anywhere. There are also 2 signboards on the village road showing the direction of Dedehan.
A perfect place to cool off in the July August heat, we didn't even turn on the air conditioners while we were sleeping. No mosquitoes, no insects. The air is clean. The neighbors in the village are very friendly. Goats graze next to you and you wake up to the sound of roosters. They have a private swimming pool of their own design, it is very enjoyable to swim against the view. All the finer details have been thought through. There are paths in the village where you can walk and cycle. It is highly recommended to watch the sunset in the garden through the mountains.
When it comes to food, you can choose with your eyes closed. If you don't have time to stay, you have to come just for breakfast. Nowadays, everywhere claims to have organic village breakfast, but Dedehan has been the pinnacle of this business. Everything is completely natural, everything is from the village, completely organic and collected right in front of your eyes. There's so much variety. Handmade jams, cottage cheese, vegetables, pancakes, eggs and more you can think of. Likewise, dinners are prepared carefully according to your wishes and served at the time you want. There is no concept of time at Dedehan, you can live any time of the day as you wish. When everything is quiet at night, it is very peaceful to watch the stars away from the light pollution of the city.
We enjoyed every moment of it, we will definitely visit again. We hope to see you again with our love to Ms. İlknur, Mr. Osman, her son Sarp and all her colleagues. (Most love to Foam and Afacan)

In the village, 30 minutes from the center of Fethiye, quiet hotel owners, staff, very attentive rooms, newly decorated, clean wooden breakfast is offered as a mixed breakfast, delicious from the organic garden, in short, if you want to feel like at home, it is a hotel where you can stay without hesitation.

The hotel is designed on a beautiful concept, everything is as it should be, very natural and we liked it very much.

The rooms are very clean and hygienic, the smell of cedar is wonderful and you wake up very energetic.

The breakfast was very delicious. We liked the breakfast they prepared from the vegetables and fruits they grew and it was very satisfying for us.
You can even stop by just for breakfast :)

If you wish, you can also enter the pool and enjoy the sun, it was very clean.

We liked the hotel we came to by chance, we will come again if we have the chance :)

The rooms were lovely. Organic cotton bedsheets and super shower. Tea making in room as well. The breakfasts were amazing. Yiu’ll never experience anything like them. Best ever food. We had two evening meals as well as breakfasts. All made with local ingredients and a lot grown at the hotel. The team running the place were very friendly and chatted about the area, which was helpful.
