We have had the most wonderful week here, wish we'd gone for 10 days!
The hotel is brilliant, perfect layout, superb staff and services.
Really hoping we can come back next year, and the next, and the next, and so on.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My wife, child, and I stayed in a cosy Seaview room on the 3rd floor, which was perfect for the three of us. The air-conditioning was excellent, keeping the room nice and fresh, which greatly enhanced our comfort.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. There was plenty of entertainment for both children and adults. The swimming pool was enormous, stretching around the front part of the hotel, and the seaside was just a short step away. During our seven-day stay, the sea was always calm, with perfect water temperatures.

Additionally, the pool area was beautifully shaded by trees and palm trees, providing natural shade. Although I rented a car to explore the area, we found ourselves wanting to spend as much time as possible at the hotel due to its many amenities and the overall relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, the hotel is good. It has its pros and cons and I will make a comparison compared to other hotels of similar budgets in Turkey.
The reception is bright and airy and the check-in is quick and efficient. All of the staff are friendly and happy to help. It is noticeable however compared to other hotels in Turkish resorts that many of the staff do not speak any English.
The selling points for me were;
1) location. I wanted to fly to Izmir and this is an easy 45 minute drive. The hotel is situated in the corner of Ozdere bay. Nestled between the main public beach and a green forested hill behind the hotel. It has a small thin strip of private beach and separated from the public beach by the watersports office/wooden hut where you can rent pedalos and kayaks which are included as part of the hotel package. You only pay for motorised watersports which are jet skis and the various shapes of inflatables that are towed behind a speedboat.
2) the 3 areas I really liked where the wooden pontoon decking area which is over the sea and is a quiet zone and there are plenty of sunbeds available even at lunchtime. It also has a bar open 9-5. Indeed, this is the first hotel I’ve been to in Turkey where you don’t need to rush down and reserve a sunbed at 7 am. You can still find sunbeds, around the pool even as late as 11 am.
They also have a large restaurant at the beach which is actually separated in the evening into two different restaurants. One is the fish restaurant and the other is the Mediterranean restaurant which is serviced I believe by the same kitchen. These are two of the four restaurants and included in your package where you can visit 2 à la carte restaurants per week.
In the same building but to the rear of the beachside restaurants is the steak restaurant and this is the only restaurant that you pay for, but they have very expensive aged steaks and ribs.
The last à la carte restaurant is a Japanese restaurant, which is also very good and the service is quick. That is in the main building but has a terrace garden. Close to the pool.
I also like the Sun Terrace on the reception area just outside the lobby bar. The first part is open and without shade and has tables and chairs close to the reception lobby bar but as you walk further you are on a peninsula which overlooks the swimming pool, the buffet restaurant below and the beach. The end of this peninsula sun terrace is circular shape with panoramic views and is covered by white awnings and serviced by a bar. This is a great bar and never busy even at peak times.
The rooms are small and functional and have a safe within the wardrobe. The wardrobes are sufficient size for a two week holiday although you may need to request more hangers which are promptly delivered to your room. There is no iron or ironing board in the room, but you can request this from reception and housekeeping will deliver this to your room very quickly.
The room also has a fridge with a small minibar which is inclusive of your package. The bathroom is small but functional and has a vanity mirror with the light.
I was disappointed however that no moisturiser was not provided in a five star hotel, especially as they have an Elemis spa. Even 3 star hotels in Turkey provide moisturiser.
You will have the standard square white soap provided by housekeeping and in the shower there is 2 wall mounted soup dispensers.
They are filled with a pleasant smelling blend of green tea, lemongrass & other herbs in the combined shampoo shower gel and the other dispenser is the same scent but with hair conditioner. There is an overhead rain shower and a handheld shower which has adjustable power setting. The shower does feel a bit small and claustrophobic, but this is due to the hotel being fairly small. The Buffet is limited but sufficient. As with the general trend in this hotel, things start late & close early. Entertainment compared to other Turkish hotels is poor. If you want a peaceful relaxing hotel, this is ideal.

I spent 10 days with my family in the hotel at the end of June and the beginning of July, the hotel staff (especially the bar and restaurant) are very friendly, hardworking, smiling and nice , if you want to spend time with your family in a hotel that is not very big, but despite this, everything is very well organized, this may be just the place you are looking for.

According to my own assessment, I would like to share with you the following features of the hotel from one to five

The only drawbacks of the hotel in my opinion are the coffee quality is a bit low and the number of flies is high from time to time.

We were in Paloma Pasha 2 years ago. I was super happy with the hotel. The food was great. The customer service was extraordinary. They were all sweet and friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome and calm. Rooms were cleaned well, waiters were amazing. I don't think I remember any complaints about that hotel. It was purely calm and beautiful experience for me. My son was 1 year old and I thought I will have hard time, but it was soooo good I am only left with very positive memories. this hotel was a brilliant chilled out week away, could go for a walk outside the hotel without being annoyed by sellers. buffet an restaurants all really good. pool, beach an wood prom all spotlessly clean. the hotel also helped me set up a proposal to my girlfriend while away an did an amazing job with minimal fuss. if was being picky the entertainment could do with a bit more of a evening an to many cats but generally a great hotel.

I don't know where to start. This hotel is purely magnificent. We went there with 6 people for a week and from the start we were welcomed very warmly and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Big shout out to the Staff, they were doing whatever they could to make us happy and they never failed. I would like to thank Ahmet from outdoor bar for making JUMP SEAL drink for our 3 ladies, they loved it. Overall, the best holiday ever. Thank you so much for making us happy.

A very beautiful place

best luxury hotel near Izmir. The Aegean islands are known for their dry climate, which ensures that you are tired of the sun but not sweating... a place for connoisseurs... this is where the crème de la crème moves.

Just returned from this amazing hotel. The pool is fantastic, enormous, loads of sunbeds and soft sandy beach 10 steps away from pool is beautiful and clear sea to swim in. Gorgeous terrace bar with loads of seating and nightly disco close by too. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Massive Thank u and mention to our waiter Fahtie (and another young guy waiting on nearby tables) both went above and beyond to assist us and be so friendly to us. We thought food was great too and easy to book Al a Carte restaurants on the App. We had a birthday while we were there and the table was decorated with fresh flowers, bubbly and a cake and candles. . I travelled with 4 other girlfriends and we truly had the best week ever and would recommend and return 100% . Thank u so much
