: a lot smoking adults near their and yours kids, bad free Wi-Fi which works well only for Turkey area, foreign sites browsing is terrible or doesn't exist

Lovely hotel. But our 5 starts go to Furkan who is the best barmen in the hotel for us. All the staff were lovely. The place is beautiful so do come.

They’re only open during the peak season because the weather is warmer. Alina, the manager is super friendly and helpful. The SPA is excellent, they make you feel so relaxed and recharged

There’s variety of food in all the meals, variety to choose from, variety of meat dishes, fish and big choices of salad and dessert. The water slides are so much fun, catering to both adults and kids

Great hotel! Only 2 problems we had was the bad wifi connection. The staff fixed it within 2 days. And the rooms needs a renovation

There were two of us at Club marvy, it was a very nice experience. The hotel complex is beautifully designed and the range of drinks and food is excellent

Amazing staff, especially Bilge ve Zeynep from Marvy Assist team. Everyone is so giving so kind. Only smiles and perfect hospitality. This hotel is easily a 8-star one but it is officially a 5-star

Club Marvy was bang on.Vibes were chill food was tasty and the views. Big love to Doğa from Marvy Asist proper star looked after us big time. 100% coming back.

Great Hotel for a family vacation! The Animation Team was awesome, especially in the Evening- Mini Disco! (Great Work Mahir and Mahsun) The Buffet at the Beach was okay but the Gözleme Lady is just awesome I ate like 15 or 20 pieces at lunch time…

The rooms were perfect — clean, quiet, and large enough. We liked all the food and drinks. The water was a bit cold, so we couldn’t use the outdoor pool, but we still managed to sunbathe and enjoy the poolside area

The food is excellent and the drinks and cocktails are of very high quality. They make them in the best way possible. Especially the staff is smiling. I recommend it to everyone who thinks of coming

The food is lovely, 3 restaurants free plus buffet and can book as many times as you want we never got sick of the food

And he remembers your drinks by second day ! Overall stay was great ( except the weather as it was cold and rained a lot) we would come back. Oh one more thing such a big hotel but no ATM at property

Food repetitive but plenty and something for almost everyone in the Buffet restaurant but also burgers, pizza ,chicken nuggets available at beachside café. Plenty of free parking and good security

All inclusive experience similar to many others with daily room cleaning and good pools and spa available

Notion Kesre Beach Resort serves as a family friendly hotel from in to out. Especially its buffets offer traditional Turkish food. Lamb tandoori,Uzbek pilaf and turkish desserts were served on the feast night

Me and my three friends had a very funny and beautiful time with a girl from the animation team, named ateş. She always asked us if we wanted to take part of the different programs and motivated us to do sports

Access to the hotel is easy, the location is quite far from downtown kusadasi but public transportation (mini bus) is available

The best place in Turkey for family vacation. Service in hotel on high level. Live music - guitar guy who played famous songs and everybody in restaurant sang with him. Room was clean, everyday cleaning

Great hotel on the surface but serious service issues. The magnificent grounds often look uncared for and unclean with rubbish (plastic cups etc) lying around and drink machines and coffee machines never being cleaned

We had a garden room which was central to the pools and private beach, a 1 minute walk to each. A great variety of food at all meal times. Different entertainment each evening

It’s practically impossible to get bored here unless you want to! The pool area and rooms are clean and well-kept. The beach is usually windy, but not many people go there anyway because the pool area is fantastic

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is constantly being improved or renovated, which is a great sign that it’s well-maintained and not neglected over time

The beach and outdoor areas are easily accessible and plenty of space for everyone. No need to reserve loungers if you are happy anywhere around the pool

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

The properties around the actual hotel are outdated and rundown, the bungalows are the worse of them all, the food is good but the soda drinks were horrible, something in the water.

They had so much energy and they made my week fabulous. They had so many amazing plans and games to make us entertained. The food was amazing too and I couldn’t stop eating those delicious foods

I had the best time at Labranda thanks to the animation team at this Hotel. They were so friendly and entertaining that I didn’t feel bored at all. The hotel staff were nice as well

The hotel caters for everyone's palette. It has a large buffet dining area, 4 Al La Carte restaurants and snack bar. The hotel also has a coffee area that you can get proper Barista and lovely pastries

Hakan the main man, Beige and all the waiter staff are excellent and always happy to serve you drinks and have a chat. Meryem makes the best cocktails and is always smiling and happy and goes that extra mile

Staff were fabulous throughout the hotel. Rooms clean with towel changes every day if required. The beach side lunch area was good but the food could sometimes be cold. The main restaurant had great choice

There are four speciality restaurants. The Italian was fabulous but the fish less so. The starters were delicious but the sea bass was dreadful

It was very nice the aqua park was very big the beach was nice and the food was delicious. It is very nice when you like slides and water attractions. you can go to other places with a bus that is very close to the hotel

The hotel offers several A La Carte restaurants; we dined at the Asian one, and the food was delicious. The hotel features an EV charging station, which was very convenient. There’s a spacious parking lot available

We had a lovely holiday here in June although it was during a heatwave so it was 43° plus but the pool and air con made it bearable. The place was very clean everywhere and the gardens are beautiful

Before coming to Kustur I was hesitant, but honestly it is one of the best and most affordable hotels I’ve been to. The entertainment is top notch and the food is amazing. A huge thanks to all of the entertainers as well

We stayed at Kustur Holiday Club and overall had a nice vacation, but there were some drawbacks. Unfortunately, the beach did not meet our expectations — it was poorly maintained and the sea was very rocky

It was not well maintained, and the shoreline was full of rocks, which made swimming uncomfortable. If you’re not too focused on the beach, the rest of the resort delivers a pleasant holiday

Me, my husband and our 15 year old son went to Kuştur Club for 11 days. It really is a wonderful hotel, lots of trees and shade which is fantastic when the temperature is over 30 degrees

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it

We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros

The hotel and staff are lovely. The food is another storey, cold, do not cater for any dietary requirements, entertainment is repetitive and drinks well they are ok if you like Turkish spirits

Trying to find some tomorrow and have been told it's bus or taxi to go to them. Other than shopping which isn't for everyone, definitely try this hotel as you will not be disappointed

This hotel is not for people who like to go out shopping a lot, we went thinking there would be shops near the beach as there's only the one hotel shop that's anywhere near here

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more. Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there

In the picture online it looks like the beach is connected to the hotel, it isn't, there's a free bus though that runs every half hour to the beach and back until 5pm

We went a lot all inclusive hotels, and this is the best one, to be honest really good price. Very clean. Even the bathrooms are very beautiful. Super super super. 👍👍👍

Kitchen is a bit small, but you have enough choices there. We can enjoy our meal with nice sea view of terras. Sezgin is very helpful and he fixed a tax for us

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel Charisma de lux in Kusadasi which has a high reviews, after that we came to the Suhan 360 hotel. In comparing with Charisma, Suhan 360 is better better en better

Main restaurant not too bad could get repetitive if you staying for longer periods. Nothing outstanding but a fair selection and better than average desserts in the evening

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember

You're gonna find a letter from them at your door on the first morning. We bought one trip with them, we were told that everything is included then on the trip we had to pay extra for entry tickets

The food was not like from a 5 star restaurant but you could find something for yourself. The rooms were small but that's not a problem

There is also a swimming pool at the top which is not very large but you can swim in it, there are also sun loungers. I recommend it to anyone who is simply looking for something with an ideal location!

The hotel on renovation, The floor was dirty on the way to the room, including the room Floor was dirty also. But they have quick action to clean it. Also in the morning the water is empty can't to take shower

When asked for a toothbrush from the reception, a direct, rude NO answer were given and the facial reaction of the surprised guy was like we've asked for a private jet! Desserts were included in the open buffet dinner, but no tea or hot drink was available!
