Exedra Cappadocia Mini-hotel

Exceptionally rude staff. Bellboy was outright saying things like 'Don't bother me. Don't ask me' when we asked for basic assistance.
Jacuzzi and Sauna wasn't working during the entirety of our stay.
Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Only replaced the towels, readjusted the bedsheets and left. No sweeping or mopping, no taking out the trash.
The structure of the cave itself was also cracking and left crumbs on the floor. We called the reception to send someone to take care of it, but were just left waiting.
If you are only looking for a pretty spot for your instagram pictures, you got it. But if you actually look forward to the services and hospitality provided, you will be left utterly disappointed.
We also bought tour packages from them after carefully looking at their itinerary and confirming that they were places we hadn't visited on our own. (Didn't want to repeat the same locations). On the day of the tour, we were taken to completely different locations from what was advertised to us (places we had already been on our own and were purposely avoiding repeats). Wasted an entire day of our trip and left us feeling absolutely helpless with no compensation offered.

I HIGHLY do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Cappadocia area. The staff here are very rude. Their rooms are average and riddled with issues (hot water not working, etc.)

Most importantly, they sold us misleading tour packages. We made the grave mistake of booking a museum tour with them. in the package they told us we will be visiting goreme open Air museum so based on that we scheduled our other days around that. On the day of the tour we find out that the tour plan is actually completely different from what we were informed and insufficient compensation was provided despite us being mislead.

Please avoid this ridiculous hotel.

Beautiful hotel but smell of cat’s urine especially in the room we stayed and the closet.

We traveled in a group of 40 people. That’s 20 rooms out of 29 rooms at this hotel (based on google info) and the hotel could not even offer to open ONE BOTTLE of wine unless buying a bottle from them. It’s a small gesture and it could offer for free.

At first a young blonde bartender was going to happily open it for free then Musa (he said he was a restaurant chef) walked up and denied it. It’s ridiculous. I am certain a 100% any hotels in Thailand whether 5 stars or 1 would offer for free with a smile.

Avoid this hotel. Tourist trap. We made a fully prepaid reservation for two nights. The front office manager is very unprofessional and rude. First started to ask for extra 35euros off the booking, after it magically turned into 140euro. We had to stop our vacation after one night as the reception personnel was constantly confused with the extra amounts they want us to charge for the already prepaid double room. They were literally calling to our room closer to 12 am and asking “35euro”. At the end just to resolve the upcoming conflict we still payed extra 70€ for the first night we stayed as they wanted. We didn’t get any receipt though for what exactly had we paid. I asked to talk to the general manager for further explanation and for a possible regulation of the conflict but we were refused. The front office manager literally said I’m the manager here. The breakfast was also very bad, all the buffet items like salami, cheeses etc were slightly dried- aired out, unfortunately I didn’t take a picture. The pool is also very small not like on the hotel pictures and incredibly cold, impossible to swim. The only person we felt professionalism from was the waiter lady at the pool. I think her name was Nata (sorry if I spelled it wrong). I’m a regular guest at Cappadocia region and it was unfortunately the worst experience. Try to prefer smaller boutique hotels of this area.
