Our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia was great overall. The location offers excellent views of the landscape and hot air balloons in the air! They also have a spa offering hot sauna and Turkish bath experience in house. Food here can be a challenge - we ate breakfast and dinner buffet, but found the vegetarian options were limited. Service is good

Rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet was fine for breakfast and dinner: decent food, but nothing amazing. Pillows on the beds weren't the best, and the elevators are very tiny, but there are only 5 floors in the building, so at least you don't have to wait long if they are full - and the stairs are convenient too if you want to take those instead.

Good is that it has small warm swimming pool. Duty manager is very helping. Good trained staff of spa. But Food is average. You have to carry all your language to room if with family you konw. Washrooms are average and small.

Our room was not cleaned. May be they lack of staff during Eid holiday. But that is not an excuse for 5 star hotel.

We stayed at the Ramada hotel for two nights. It was a very good experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The friendly front desk staff, especially Mr. Emre, the manager of the restaurant, provided very good service. The meals were rich and delicious. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

This is a very artistic hotel as it was built from the caves in Cappadocia. Each room has a different shape. There are a lot of spots for photo taking with three cats that always want to join your photo session. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. We came in Autumn and the weather was quite cold, but the room was nicely heated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They can also speak in English...

Exedra exceeded our expectations. With breakfast included, very quaint rooms and a beautiful courtyard to enjoy your time. I would just be wary of booking activities with them, although they helped us get a good deal with the hot air balloons, they hiked the prices for the red and green tours which were originally offered to us at 60 euros. My husband and I stayed at Exedra during our honeymoon. The property itself is so unique and beautiful, nestled just 20 minutes outside of the bustling Goreme area. Travelled here in Feb and stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are very comfortable and interesting layout according to the ancient caves. Worth experiencing this romantic place and service is good.

Location is awesome! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! great for pictures, divine architechture..... the rooms make you feel so special...... When you book, ask to be located for a room far away from noises from drills, water motors or I dont know what it was that made us wake up at the middle of the night feeling a trailer was about to go in the room! Awesome stay...love the bedroom! Would have given more stars if the heaters worked better. The hot water for the showers took a bit of time too. But still, love it!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Mehmat was amazing as a host. He helped us with shuttle services and all the different tours capadoccia had to offer. An amazing place to stay.

The atmosphere was very familiar. Spezially Mr. M took care about all our wishes and needs. Also the cook and the rest of the team were absolutely friendly. We can recommend this hotel to everyone and it will be a pleasure for us to visit them again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights, and it couldn't have been better. Beautiful location, friendly service, and incredible rooms. Honestly for the price, you'd be hard-pressed to find better value anywhere in the world for a unique luxury experience. Incredible management and staff. They were so helpful and made our stay memorable. They also helped us with all of our tour bookings like the hot air balloon, ATV and gave us options for a number of other tours. The food menu is a bit limited for vegetarians and the hotel is in a slightly secluded location but beyond that everything was fantastic.

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but the transportation company which they use is horrible. You pay for each seat then they overload and expect you to sit on top of each other. Had to change rooms due to AC issue, but they resolved immediately. Dinner was ok but not great and they need to resolve the wasp issue. Overall good hotel.

This review is solely about the food served here. The dinner is not very nice especially for vegetarians like me. I opted for the penne which was surprisingly cheesy. I spent the last two nights at this cave house and I am sad to leave. The rooms are amazing and the whole place is so quaint with a lot of character and personal touch. This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to.We were given a beautiful room, with complimentary Turkish wine bottle (thank you so much for that). Beakfast was top notch. My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts. Be careful!!!! Amazing view and hotel for a group. We were a group of 45. Everything was good. Breakfast and dinner good. Reception had problem speaking English. That's only drawback. But they charge reasonable for their drinks. Water in room NOT complimentary. Beware.

While the hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxation, featuring two pools, the rooms—particularly the bathrooms—are below average. Avoid the restaurant; the open buffet is terrible and overpriced. Despite this, the hotel (excluding the restaurant) provides good value for money.

It was the best hotel in Cappadocia with beautiful view and its made in a cave. The manager Nazim was very good person he helped us a lot. breakfast was good with a variety of pure original honey and so many options of tea coffee.i will always recommend this hotel cuz you can't find such a good hotel with cheap price.

The hotel is maden inside a rock. You may live there as a cave man, but with comfort. Very impressive 👍. Price is reasonable. It's place quite far from the viewpoint, where hot ballon rises, so you need to drive to the point approximately 15 minutes.

The real cave, the waiter was very warm, the dining was delicious, the room was clean and tidy, the toilet was heated, and I was very satisfied.

Spent 2 nights here in April 2019 with Intrepid Travel tour group. We all loved our rooms that were built into caves. Each room was different. The bathrooms were new and beautiful. Great breakfast. The staff was wonderful and professional. Wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do here

It’s not in Goreme but its location in Ortahisar came perfect for us eventually. It’s about 5km from Goreme and sits between Urgup and Goreme. Urgup is also a lovely town to visit. Lovely little hotel with a wonderful staff. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very hospitable, and the breakfast was surprisingly great! We also really liked the location in Ortahisar. It has a great view, and it is much quieter and less crowded than Goreme (but still close and easy to reach everything).

We stayed in the family room with balcony for 3 nights, it is a perfect boutique hotel for those who want silence and peace in Ortahisar, there is a warm family atmosphere with extremely caring staff, it is the only place I will stay when I come to Nevşehir.
