Our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia was great overall. The location offers excellent views of the landscape and hot air balloons in the air! They also have a spa offering hot sauna and Turkish bath experience in house. Food here can be a challenge - we ate breakfast and dinner buffet, but found the vegetarian options were limited. Service is good

Rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet was fine for breakfast and dinner: decent food, but nothing amazing. Pillows on the beds weren't the best, and the elevators are very tiny, but there are only 5 floors in the building, so at least you don't have to wait long if they are full - and the stairs are convenient too if you want to take those instead.

Good is that it has small warm swimming pool. Duty manager is very helping. Good trained staff of spa. But Food is average. You have to carry all your language to room if with family you konw. Washrooms are average and small.

Our room was not cleaned. May be they lack of staff during Eid holiday. But that is not an excuse for 5 star hotel.

We stayed at the Ramada hotel for two nights. It was a very good experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The friendly front desk staff, especially Mr. Emre, the manager of the restaurant, provided very good service. The meals were rich and delicious. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Very nice staff, but this hotel has maximum 3*. Rooms should be renovated. Food is ok, room mostly clean. There is no lift. Shop is in the area. Even good location if we have a car or want to take taxi.

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts. Be careful!!!! Remove your cards from Apple Pay or better don’t use local...

Awesome stay...love the bedroom! Would have given more stars if the heaters worked better. The hot water for the showers took a bit of time too. But still, love it!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Mehmat was amazing as a host. He helped us with shuttle services and all the different tours capadoccia had to offer. An amazing place to stay.

The atmosphere was very familiar. Spezially Mr. M took care about all our wishes and needs. Also the cook and the rest of the team were absolutely friendly. We can recommend this hotel to everyone and it will be a pleasure for us to visit them again.

Honestly for the price, you'd be hard-pressed to find better value anywhere in the world for a unique luxury experience. The rooms are very clean and smell good. The breakfast is great, as you can see in the photo🤤. Ms. Selma and Mr. Hüseyin, on the other hand, take the hotel to a completely different level with their friendly service and helpful attitude. I would definitely recommend it.

Very professional and courteous people. They helped make me a full 2 day travel plan and helped me with all the details. Amazing cleanliness at the hotel and the view down the cliff was fabulous. Amazing view and hotel for a group. We were a group of 45. Everything was good. Breakfast and dinner good. Reception had problem speaking English. That's only drawback. But they charge reasonable for their drinks. Water in room NOT complimentary. Beware.

While the hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxation, featuring two pools, the rooms—particularly the bathrooms—are below average. Avoid the restaurant; the open buffet is terrible and overpriced. Despite this, the hotel (excluding the restaurant) provides good value for money.

The hotel is maden inside a rock. You may live there as a cave man, but with comfort. Very impressive 👍. Price is reasonable. It's place quite far from the viewpoint, where hot ballon rises, so you need to drive to the point approximately 15 minutes.

Spent 2 nights here in April 2019 with Intrepid Travel tour group. We all loved our rooms that were built into caves. Each room was different. The bathrooms were new and beautiful. Great breakfast. The staff was wonderful and professional. Wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do here

It is a very nice hotel to visit and stay in. We went with our 2 sons, aged 10 and 12. The fact that it is animal friendly made us love it even more. Ms. Sıdıka's care and attention makes you feel very special. If you want attention, care and a smiling face, this is the hotel for you. I can't wait to go again.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. We could have our laundry done for only 100 lira and were given fresh cucumbers. All the basics you need!

We stayed for 2 nights during the Ramadan holiday, the prices are very affordable. If you are going with your private car, you can easily reach all places of interest with a distance of 15-20 minutes. All the staff, especially Yalçın and Mr. Recep, are very engaged. Rooms are also clean and spacious.

It's a bit of a shame most of the hotel seems to be more of a building site with construction noise starting at 8am and carrying on during the day. The spa facilities are there but seem abandoned with the jacuzzi tub half full and most of the steam rooms not working. The spa facilities were not staffed the whole 4 days we stayed here which was a real shame as that's one of the reasons we booked here...

STUNNING PLACE! The rooms are in caves but modern caves! And it goes along with the concept of the country it self. The view of this hotel is breathtaking. They offer you free Wifi, free spa and sauna. Compared to the price of one night in this place, the facilities they offer are great! Much recommend!
