Hotel Sema

Very nice family run hotel in Patara. The owners go to great lengths to make you feel at home. Tea is served all day and there is a varied breakfast. Everything was very tasty. The rooms are simple but well kept and perfect to stay in. The price-performance ratio is right here.
The pool is also very nice and well maintained. With an overflow pool, you can enjoy the view of nature while swimming.
We will be happy to come back anytime.

We enjoyed our stay at Sema Hotel a lot! We were welcomed very nicely and the family who holds the place is caring and always ready to help. The pool has a view on the village and the atmosphere is laid back, we spent hours there. Very generous breakfast. The bedroom was very clean and with a balcony. Thanks for everything!

This was one of my best stays in my travels around Turkey. It's a family owned hotel, small and modest, but clean and comfortable. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. It's up a hill so you have one of the best views of the sunset. Very close to shops and places to eat. I highly recommend this place.

This little hotel is a hidden gem between the bigger ones in the village of Gelemish near Patara beach! It’s perched on a hill and therefore more quiet and peaceful than the rest of them all, down on the only narrow, noisy, busy street going through the whole place. Parking is surprisingly spacy. It’s surrounded by gardens and olive fields, has a nice terrace with a pool- great spot to relax and sunbathe.
The family run business caters to their guests with unmatched grace and attention! The young lady that greets you and shows you to your room, is a pleasure to talk to. You can learn a lot about the village’s history from her.
The rooms are small, but very clean. The bathrooms don’t have a separate shower enclosure, but a wet rooms, typical for Turkey- spacy and sparkling. The balconies are sufficient, with chairs and tables to relax and room to hang the towels to dry. Breakfast is great, with home made jams to sweeten your morning. Beds are comfortable, blankets are fluffy and light.
All in all, a very reasonably priced, perfect place to relax, to explore the famous Patara ruins, very close, 20min walking distance to the world popular sandy beach.
Would stay there again, given the chance.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The room was basic but very clean, and had the best shower we have had during our entire Turkey trip! The room had a nice bony overlooking the beautiful garden. The owner was very friendly and lovely, and very helpful.
The only very minor downside was that there was a lot of mosquitoes in our room, and the AC unit didn't work great because it was quite old. Other than that it was great, and right on the Lycian way!

Can recommend to stay here! If you want to escape from the hectic daily reality to somewhere where it's quiet, friendly, peaceful and close to attractions, choose this place and choose this village. The region of Patara is simply amazing and it's peaceful, without any development. If you want to support responsible and sustainable tourism, then choose Patara. You help the local community and get great experience. The rooms were comfortable, the price was too good and the swimming pool was so nice! Important fact is also that the place was very clean, that's not always a standard in Turkey but here it was without problems. Definitely want to come back again and recommend this place. All the best
