Just perfect. Location is uphill, 5 min walk distanced from the village center which 5 times improves the quality of stay and view. Pleasant music during sufficient breakfasts. Pool is amazing. Serdar the owner is absolutely supportive and welcoming. He showed us so many local tricks and sightseeing that we clearly understand that without him our vacation would be much less insightful and more plane-tourist. People is the factor to choose the hotel.

A lovely small hotel with views of the surrounding mountains. The owner looked after us through out, we enjoyed an evening swim after a hot day walking round the Patara archaeology site and the breakfast time was moved forward for our convenience.

Love the laid back vibe, the owner is a great guy to talk with. He takes great pride in his place and it shows. The price point is excellent also.

Our family stayed here and absolutely loved it. From the pool to the more than helpful and friendly owner. Close to the Dolmus and mini markets. All of this with Patra beach being one of the most beautiful places is something which will have us coming back again and again and again.

Biz üç gün için yer tutmuştuk o kadar samimi içten davrandılar ki başka yere rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen bir gün daha uzattık tesisten ayrılırken kendi yazlığımızdan gidiyor muş gibi üzüldük çok temizler Ailece çok güzel zaman geçirdik kendi yerimiz gibi rahat ettik işletme sahibi Serdar beye çok teşekkür ederim seneye muhakak geleceğim yer burasıdır

Most caring, friendly and decent (not pushy) hospitable hotel owners. They looked after us, mother and two daughters (12, 14 yrs) really well. Serdar even guided us to the Patara sand dunes sunset. He advised us with nice good quality food restaurants. Pool and hotel are very clean. They are also friendly for street cats and dogs and adopted a lovely friendly dog.

I had a wonderful experience. The rooms are a good size, WiFi is great, the pool is always clean and the breakfast is the best! Best of all, the owner is extremely helpful; providing assistance before you know it's needed. I will remember this place, always.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We had the perfect room with views of the hills, lemon and olive trees and the horses nearby at the ranch. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Upon leaving to resume our hike of the Lycian Way, the hosts made sure we had everything we needed before setting off. This place is very reasonably priced and you get more than your moneys worth. Will definitely be back for another visit 😊
