Having stayed for 3 weeks on a business trip we were delighted by the way all of staff members treated us. They would go out of their way to serve us. Always friendly with amazing positive vibes. Especially Hatice Kaldır the day she put foot in the hotel everything was exceptionally changed. The breakfast changed dramatically with scrumptious wide range to choose from.Must admit that the first couple of days was a disaster, hardly anything for breakfast. Like to thank all of the staff members from housekeeping, technical support. Front desk and especially the waiters. A very special thank you to the person who managed all of this to Hatice Kaldır. Thank You !!

Good restaurant with very good food

It is a large but also very empty hotel. Maybe because of I didn't visit during the season. Good location and many parking areas... The room, cleaning, breakfast are successful and the people at the reception are polite. Wifi is generally problematic, spa is expensive. In addition, they demanded all the money at the entrance even before settling in the hotel. This is the first time I had to make such a payment.

Good place to stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and good coffee shop. But the location is the main issue. There's nothing near it or in walking sight. You will need to walk around 20 mins to reach anything.

The only thing is the placement which is far from the city center. You need to order a taxi to get there.

Haven’t stayed in the hotel but went to the bar a couple of times. Nice place, good bar, great staff!

i went to massage within vacation for a week . That was very nice spa and therapist are professional. Manager of spa Name cetın bey very kindly most professional ,service mind really thank you i will come to this spa and this hotel again , Thans so muchh

its amazing hotel ...I go there just only for the SPA it's so nice & after that you can drink some Turkish coffee,but the area around this hotel is not cool...use the Taxi to the local market OR use the bus number (4) cross the street,and if you don't have bus card ,you can search for small mini bus to the (CARSI=local market) and have fun until the night.
