It is a large but also very empty hotel. Maybe because of I didn't visit during the season. Good location and many parking areas... The room, cleaning, breakfast are successful and the people at the reception are polite. Wifi is generally problematic, spa is expensive. In addition, they demanded all the money at the entrance even before settling in the hotel. This is the first time I had to make such...

Good place to stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and good coffee shop. But the location is the main issue. There's nothing near it or in walking sight. You will need to walk around 20 mins to reach anything.

Good hotel, very calm ++ rooms. Good prices The only thing is the placement which is far from the city center. You need to order a taxi to get there.

Great hotel but needs a facelift. Old and run down. Lifts don't work. Stayed 8 days lift worked 1 time and we got stuck in it

Good hotel but you should have a car because it’s fare from the city center, the breakfast not the best regarding to the night price

That's a very good hotel, rooms are clean and big, food is delicious and stuff is friendly, I very much recommend it!

Everything was all good! Best days in Sakarya/Adapazari! Restaurant was perfect! I want to mention that staff in the the restaurant are very responsive. Specially, the waiters, all of them are positive, I would like to point out the guys Ali Osman, Cansu, Gozde and Omer!!!

Beautiful clean quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. No walkable restaurants or stores (just hotel restaurant is available).

Very good location near the highway tollgate and across the Industrial Zone. No need to get entangled into city traffic… breakfast is very good and also staff at reception is very kind…

Only 4 stars for the room because the bathroom was dusty and the toilets were not clean... Otherwise great choice, I would recommend

The rooms were nice, service and breakfast buffet were great. However the location is meant for a business hotel not a vacation one. Its far away from everything all you will see are car dealers, garages and auto parts around you.

Room had an awful smell and was also too warm. Centrally setting the room temp to 25 degrees centigrade in May 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️ Service and food were good

Rooms and location was fine for the business trip needed. However, the food from the restaurant at the evening meal, took a long time to come and was cold and over priced. Also when asking to split the bill they got very confused. We waited for about 1.5hrs in the end the party wrote down what we had and asked them to add to our bill when checking out. Not great service.

A beautiful hotel in Sakarya. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed being there. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. I would appreciate if they improve the AC system.

One of the better hotels in this range. Nice rooms, nice dinning area with tasty food. Location is basically center of Sakarya downtown with bunch of bars and restaurants around. If you happen to be in this area I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything from the rooms to the breakfast to the quality and detail in the decor of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the room service and cakes were delicious. I love the standard of this hotel and will most likely always book here when in Sakarya.

I stayed here with my family last month when we were in town for my son's wedding. I ordered a large room, then received a message that we were getting an upgrade. I thought this would be a good thing, but be careful!! The room was big, but very claustrophobic and dark since there was only one small skylight, no other windows at all! There were a few other issues as well: the duvets were too small...

Nice Hotel. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Clean. Customer service is great. Furniture and accommodation are clean and in very good condition.

A very cosy small but fair pricing. In a very nice district with cafes, restaurants and shopping malls around. Was a good choice to stay for my business trip.

staff - top professionals, Air conditioning - very good food - lots of choices and delicious traditional dishes. ideal for all types of travelers, quiet with Fitnessstudio and swimming pool (suitable for long stays). What else do you need Hehe

Good breakfast, not a good location and the building is quite old. It's fine to sleep over in a cheap price.

Pretty nice hotel with a lot of amenities. Walking distance to a nice size mall. Good Wi-Fi that allowed me to VPN into work. I tried using their business center to print out my next itinerary, but webmail was blocked. Food was good and most of the staff spoke some English.

Its an amazing hotel with very friendly staff and atmosphere. The rooms are small but everything else is nice. The price is very good. I loved my staying in Nalaa....highly recommended. Also it's location is great where you have restaurants and supermarket at a walking distance.

I spent a week there and I feel like a home, their staff was so helpful and amazing. I get everything whatever I ask from the reception, they were really kind and humble. Rooms were the best and clean. Provided delicious breakfast every morning. Thumps up specially for the all the reception staff 👍♥️

The hotel is extremely clean, friendly staff, good location and reasonable prices. Delicious breakfast is the bonus. The hotel is more than 4 star comparing others that have same stars level.

I stayed there in May 2016. My room was not so clean. On the sheets and bedding were some stains. Althout this was non smoking room I could feel strong smell of cigarettes. Staff at the front desk did not speak much in English. They didn't instruct about wifi, breakfast time starting and where it will be serve end so on. I had problems with wifi - very, very slow, sometimes (evening) didnt work at...

Above and beyond, outstanding and amazing hotel. Quite clean room and comfortable bed, friendly stuff , affordable price, nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

Pretty good hotel, good room, bathroom as well as the swimming pool and breakfast. The only downside is that the internet is very bad and unstable !!

The best 4-star hotel where I stayed in Turkey. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is very good. Spacious rooms, modern bathroom, large balcony. We felt at home after a long journey. Very good price-quality ratio.

Stayed here for 4 weeks while working nearby. Staff were amazing and nothing was to much hassle for them. Rooms were very good for price paid. Bar/restaurant was very well run and staff looked after us all very well. Will definitely be going back next time im over in that area *****

You can sleep here. Air conditioning, TV, breakfast, normal beds, basic room service is here. But dirty floor, not working some lamps, leaking shower cabin, empty fridge.

Great value for the price. Hotel clean and renovated. Room very big, but not very fancy . I felt comfortable and bed was nice . Good location , many nice restaurants .

Wonderful hotel, very very clean, the rooms are very clean and organized, the staff are friendly 😍😍😍😍🎊helpful, 💕💕💕💕the whole hotel is like a cozy and cheerful house..😍😍😍😍😍😍

It is a modest bed and breakfast, no luxury but staff welcomes people and make them feel at home. There are plenty of books to read in English and Turkish at the lobby, so nobody is bored. Rooms are small but very clean. No refrigerator in room but can use the refrigerator in the kitchen. The garden needs some attention, few rose bushes or trees will be good.

Nice, clean, and comfy place to stay in. The stuff are very kind and helpful. They would not hesitate of taking extra steps to help their customers. All in all, I felt I am in my home more than in hotel.

I stayed there for one night in February and I didn't find any significant drawbacks. My room was clean and warm, big and comfortable. Bathroom had shampoo, soap, hair conditioner, lots of towels plus some other little stuff. The staff was polite and friendly.
