Turkish food and Turkish coffee are excellent. I stayed by while going to russia due to business travel and liked the hotel very much. The staff is proffessional and interested in me. But i loved rooms mostly they're comfertable.

Nice place, clean, friendly staff. But, there's no free parking place near by. The room was small. There's information about free breakfast, but we didn't have any 😭

the rooms were very nice but there is no parking place and we had to leave at 8 because there is nowhere to park the car near the hotel

Location…Excellent, it’s in the city center ( Meydan) with many restaurants & shopping centers. near to all transportation. Its just about ten minutes walks to the Sea. Hotel…. So clean , good furniture & clean rooms, daily house keeping, very good breakfast Others… Wifi is good Staff are very good & polite. The hotel is good..easy to reach, staff were very friendly and helpful...the room is specious and bedding is comfortable, the bathroom had mold which caused bad smell, diffinitely needs updating. This is the second time we used this hotel as a travel hub which is convenient and you get the value for money.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Great views. If your willing to walk up the steep hills around, it is within walking distance of restaurants.

Room is clean and view is excellent. But needs to take care about small things like water go out from shower pool to all bathroom also pillows is very bad.

The staff are very friendly. The view is also good in anywhere. However, the soundproofing is very poor. There is no soundproofing, such as the noise in the hallway, the closing of the door, the running water in the next room, and the sound of the shower. There was a problem in the room and I waited by the side for an hour to fix it. And I wish the quality of breakfast could be improved. Cereal...

Enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. We had an initial problem with the room in as much as it really smelled badly of cigarettes. We were offered a double room each in recompense which was very good of The Manager, İbrahim. The breakfast had variety and was well presented. Would stay here again if I visit Samsun.

The site is close to the mosque. Parking is no problem. The next day they allowed our vehicle to stay in the parking lot. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience in Samsun thanks to the friendly hotel crew. They are very nice people i felt safe and their hospitality was truely amazing. Hotel is really clean and their breakfast is satisfying. I definitely recommend this friendly and safe hotel also its literally 30 second away from beach.

Perfect location. A little bit pricey compared to other hotels in samsun, Fair clean for me because of my life style i feel the dust right away and bed was look clean but it was Dusty. Furniture is old but clean. Breakfast is really poor and found a dead fly in cheese dish so i escape the breakfast and just eat outside. You must book early for the weekend because it always full.

We stayed with my wife and son between 2-5 July. The employees were very polite. The rooms were very clean and everything was brand new. Every day, our room was cleaned and ventilated, the finished consumables were renewed (from facial cleaning cotton to ear cleaning sticks). The breakfast was also quite adequate, clean and varied. Only the parking lot was very narrow, but the hotel service they offer...

13 staff went on duty and we stayed for one night. A very friendly person greeted us and helped us. The hotel was clean, having surpassed itself in cleaning. The rooms were clean, I thought about what to eat for breakfast, there was so much variety and it was delicious. Thank you to all the hotel team and staff 😁
