Anemon Samsun Hotel

The hotel entrance looks very nice and clean but don’t judge the book from its cover!

First issue, we booked 2 rooms connected, and their system it was not the same booking.

Second, we found the towels were torn.

Third, there is no proper blankets. I’m attaching photos of it. Fortunately it was summer otherwise we could have been freezed. One of the blanket was torn as well.

The water bottle size omg that was epic. It was the smallest size!! Imagine one smallest bottle for room of 2 !!

The cleaners were very very rude. On first day we requested them to come after we leave like in 10 minutes. She refused and starting taking in Turkish and she entered provided tea coffee and other few things and left without cleaning. I also found in last day, the cupboards were open by cleaners. Nothing was taken.
When they clean, the service is never consistent. They will miss sometime brining towel, soap or cotton. Basics !!

In the room the things are just for one person. One bottle of water, one big towel one small towel, one glass of water!!!

We stayed for 4 days and I have not seen any differences in the breakfast. Same options.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s in the Centre every things become to visit, easy to reach. Also mall is next to it like 5 minutes walking distance.

Not quite sure how it’s ranked as 5, I would give it 3.
