Excellent for 3-star hotel. Outstanding service. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and ideed buffet style. Everything worked well (TV, hot water etc.). Obviously frigobar content was payable but there was free tea and coffee plus facilities in the room. I could leave juggage for the rest of the day. Right across from train station.

The hotel is good the location is in a convienent place many shops and restaurants are around the hotel,the front desk lady is very good,breakfast is sufficient 👍

The room's price were reasonable, staff nice and friendly, the location is good, cleanliness good, breakfast good hopefully to be better,

Room and staff were good but being informed that fruit juice and even water were extra at breakfast was pretty bad. No coffee available only tea. Wallpaper peeling off and skirting board falling off let's this hotel down

The hotel is generally good as a 3-star accommodation. The price is very reasonable, and the rooms were good (3-star) with good air conditioning. The housekeeping staff, a woman and her son, were nice and welcoming. The location is perfect. However, certain drawbacks must be addressed:
1. The rooms weren't ready when we arrived, although it was 3:30 PM.
2. The smell of one of the rooms was a bit of cigarette smoke.
3. We asked for an iron, but they said it was broken.
4. We asked them to clean our kettle, but they just put some soap on it and told us to clean it ourselves.
5. The breakfast is very simple, with only a few items. We asked if they could cook eggs (an omelet), and the lady rudely said "no." There was also a chicken nugget that had finished, and we asked for a refill (there was a whole hour remaining in the breakfast period), but she refused.

Manager and employees are great. They are very accommodating, very nice and they try hard to please the customer.
Breakfast was not good, not much to choose from.
Parking was an issue. Room was big, but bathroom was not.

Clean and nice room. Breakfast is free but NOT buffet style. They make a plate. You must take what they offer or pay for what you want. Every little extra item costs something. Water is only free item. Good for an overnight stay.

The Hotel is located in the city centre with everything available nearby..the staff are friendly and smiling ...rooms and beds are clean. Overall it's a cozy nice one :)

one week ago we came to samsun we had an unplanned trip so we called osmanli hotel before two days and they planned everything in an amazing way at 04:00 in the morning they came to the airport and took us to the hotel and we found our room warm and clean and they welcomed us in a very nice way
