I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Burak and his team attended quickly to all of my requests and needs. They were particularly helpful with our group who stayed there and held business workshops. My room was clean and spacious, the food for breakfast and lunch was excellent, and the location was good (near the center and fairly near the beach). I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Samsun!

The Corridor of floors was smelling very bad We are now in room 402 the sheet of bed is hole hole and It does not smell good in addition there aren't any blanket with a cover for beds and just a very thin bedspread.
Last night we slept very bad, in the middle of the night, there were strange sounds in the room There is also a lot of noise around the hotel.
I will not tell you about the breakfast, how awful it was, I just upload a picture of its moldy cake

We are 2023.8.31 staying in room 402. We booked a three-bed room, but they gave us a two-bed room with an extra bed. While eating breakfast, we noticed that the cake was moldy. The hotel manager does not supervise and did not even apologize. One of the elevators in the hotel is also broken and we were delayed a lot.

Called the hotel a few hours before arriving on our drive back to Istanbul from Trabzon and confirmed our 2-room booking. Upon arrival, our check-in took no more than 1 minute! The rooms had everything we asked for, ensuring the proper number of amenities were there exactly matching our family size, with the extra beds ready as per request. The rooms were spacious (larger than I've ever seen in a similar class hotel) and surprisingly spotless clean! Breakfast was just amazing...I was disappointed to have to leave but the stopover was everything my family needed to continue our trip. Special thanks to Burak bey who ensured his profession touch met our very needs. I'll for sure consider this as Option #1 if we return to Samsun...which I've discovered is an amazing spot to vacation a few days.

Our trip from Houston, Texas to Turkey was made unforgettable by our stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun. Mr. Remzi and reception manager Hasan Koklen provided exceptional service. The hotel surprised my family with a lovely gift for International Women's Day, showcasing their thoughtful hospitality. The housekeeping staff ensured a comfortable stay, and every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for outstanding service, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back for another wonderful stay

I stayed in this hotel for two nights, the price was very good the room was spacious the staff were nice the location was perfect, the worst thing was the towels .. old and worn out, I would give this hotel 4 stars .

A little expensive, but it’s a five-star hotel at the end of the day. The lady at the reception spoke English fluently. The room was spacious. The hotel was quiet. We had a great view of the city.
