Comfortable and luxurious hotel. Hotel is quick to attend to any issues arising and resolved quickly. The rooms are large, clean and luxurious. The restaurant assistants are super helpful and always smiling!

Great location with lots of History around it.
I like the cave rooms they got.
Breakfast was very good.
Close to El Ruha Hotel they say is a place where prophet Ebrahim (A.S) was thrown in the fire.

Proximity to the old town. Breakfast. Spa was great. The personnel were very welcoming.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I went to the hammam with my son. It was my first hammam experience and we loved it. A big shout out to Nezif, who really took the time to walk us through the process and was super nice. Thanks!

Excellent hammam experience after spending a day at the museum and in the ruins. Extremely friendly service, great massage, fully equipped with towels for walk-ins too. 100% recommended

Good location. The hotel is very nice. It is close to Balikgöl and to the bazar.
Bathrooms need to be maintained properly. Beds are not comfortable.

I can fully recommend the hotel if you are looking for a convenient location in a nice part of Urfa. Rooms are spacious and clean! Breakfast is good & variouse. The staff are very friendly and ready to help you whenever you need.
Our stay at Urfa was mostly enjoyable, The historical theme of the hotel effect brings a unique experience and the rooms were in good size. We did find the reception staff, especially on arrival very abrupt and the check in process felt very rushed, I really didn't feel the reception was consistent with 5 star treatment. We learnt so much about the area and it was worth every cent. Unfortunately I have to say that the beds were not that comfortable. The access to town was adequate and quick. We found the food prices at the hotel very reasonable

Nice quiet place with deep historical touch, contains a lot of old decorations. Also there are two old caves inside the hotel lobby, rooms are clean and comfortable. Location also nice, next to very old Holy places and next to Urfa castle.
