Good location. Beautiful city view from the rooftop. Needs some renovation. In room furnitures are dirty. No clock in the room. Smoking is allowed in most rooms, still!

Very clean hotel with good services and it is center of city and has interior swimming pool , salt spa room , Othmanly bath with restaurant on roof with very nice views as you could see on the attached photos and you will have imazing free breakfast with your room booking (very recommended). Good choose for relaxation and spent your time on it.

As soon as you walk through the door everyone is friendly and nice. Reception is friendly and the breakfast is amazing with amazing views. I love this hotel.

We’ve stayed here for 2 nights end June and not even once the staff at the reception did say Hello to us. Is it so difficult to greet someone when arriving or staying in the hotel? This is what I call quality! Good service, the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were big enough, super clean and I think it got renovated recently. The bathrooms were as well clean and big enough. We really liked it The breakfast- was great, it had enough options for everyone.

The hotel staff are extremely polite. There is ample parking available. The rooms are clean and refurbished however the drain system in the bathrooms clogs up and this causes a putrid smell. All in all it is a nice experience to stay here

We came to Urfa at night and didn’t find any hotels fortunately we found dedeman it was a bit expensive but it was worth it I highly recommend this place

Amazing food and nice staff. The shower head was broken so taking a shower was a bit of a pain but otherwise it was clean and good. Watch out for the beds which are especially soft if you have back problems

Had room service. Hasan took our order and brought it directly to our room. All of our food was hot, which is rare when ordering room service. We Appreciated every detail. He even brought tea just because it was fresh. What a great guy !

Very nice hotel next to the archeological museum. Even my room was a non-smoking room, there was a very bad smell of old smoke. After I told this the reception they gave me a new room without any problems. The staff was very nice and the breakfast good. I would stay there again.

An amazing location, close to many historical places. Moderate hotel rooms, prices around 500 TL for 07/21. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Located between the biggest Shopping mall and archeological museum. 10 minutes walk from the Balıklı Göl and old town.

Internet was incredibly bad. No reception of it in the room and permanent disconnections. Breakfast was about 45 Turkish Lira for a buffet. Staff was rather ok. The bar had okay prices with 34 Turkish Lira for a Beer of 0,5cl.

Basic old place to rest your head more like hostel..good bit is had my own room and a c and hot water. For price of pack of cigarettes worth it as a base. It was cleaned regularly but old smell normal for this type of building ..got clean sheet and towel and 2 cosy blankets. Walkable to attractions.

Great location in the city center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, bed sheets are clean too. Very good AC heating in the rooms during winter time and hot water in the bathroom. Owner Mustafa is great host, full of knowledge about area and local history. He can provide any information about attractions and excursions on very good English. My high recommendation.

I visited Urfa again in Jan. 2022 and stayed for 16 days in Akgöl hotel. The staff where changed they were very helpful, polite, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good but there was no soups! The rooms were clean and tidy. It is located in the city center near to bazar, super-markets, airport bus station, public transportation, and governmental organizations. This hotel is very centrally located and it's only a very short walk to the mesmerizing Pool of Abraham (Balikli Göl). The owner speaks English and was very helpful. The rooms are very basic but sufficient if you are looking for clean, practical and inexpensive accommodation.
