We loved this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and super keen to make our stay comfortable. They upgraded our room, brought us cold beer on request and were more than happy to share the history of the beautiful buildings and the wonderful town of Urfa. If we come back this way we won’t hesitate to stay again and would certainly encourage others to do the same.

A small hotel in the downtown, clean and comfortable. The people were very nice and they made their best to make our stay fantastic! The only negative note is that they do not speak English but, as said, they compensate this with their kindness.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Public parking is next door and was included in my rate. I liked the location because it is close to the archeological museum and city center.
The breakfast is very good.
Most of the employees are speaking Turkish only but a few understand some English.

Wow, just wow. This is really a boutique hotel, how it’s supposed to be. The room was beautiful, the host family offered my free Turkish tea and coffee, the internet was great for working, the breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was just beautiful. My room was about 40€ per night and that included free parking. The location is good too.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Great location, fantastic building with atmospheric rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very nice place and clean along with a good morning breakfast. Ask the manager for a tour to Göbeklitepe. Clise walk to the park. Defenetly a returning guest. Car park beside is 200 turkish lira and to totally clean in and out another 200 turkish lira great job.

Great experience in Palmyra Boutique Hotel. The staffs are warm and kind. Car parking is very convenient and next to the hotel. The room is spacious and the hotel is well-decorated. The traditional breakfast is rich and delicious.

Stayed 1 night in July, traveling solo. The location is great (right in the centre, close to Balıklıgöl and other attractions; the hotel building is newly renovated, very impressively decorated. The room was nice; the only minus was that there was no wifi (they said they would fix it, but it didn't happen). The breakfast was nice too, but no 'menemen'. Overall, the service was great. Most importantly, they've arranged for me a trip to Göbekli Tepe, which was fantastic. Would stay there again, if I have a chance. Lots to see around.

There is good and bad here. It is in a historical building but our room was added on the roof. There is local live music playing in the next building which is nice if you are relaxing in the courtyard but not if you are trying to sleep early. It does finish promptly at 11pm. There is a nice local breakfast and everyone is very helpful. There is NO restaurant but they can help you order food for delivery. It is like stay at a friend's house. Also, there is parking for free next to the hotel. English is spoken by some but not all.
