I stayed at Savsat Karagöl Hotel for two nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the lake view is amazing. In short, it fully deserves its stars. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Gürkan. I definitely recommend it!

A beautiful place, comfortable and clean but small rooms, good food but limited menu, boats but no swimming. I had a problem with flies in my room. The manager's fix was to close the sliding door, which made the room unbearably hot. Otherwise, I had a pleasant two night stay.

Restaurant is very nice located near to a heavenly nice lake, Karagöl.. Fish was great.. People are friendly.. We have not stayed in the hotel as we had booked another place, unfortunately..

The hotel is fine. The staff welcomed us with interest. The price of the room was normal in my opinion as it has a lake view. I also like the cleanliness. Sheets and bathroom were clean. There was no cigarette smell in the room. It was ventilated. I didn't have any hot water issues either.

It wouldn't be possible to go as far as Şavşat and see it, the black lake is perfect, I have no other sir, the roads are very bad. They even built the place you see in the last picture for worship, the engineer put the place for ablution outside for women, I was amazed, let the women praying go prepared.

As a person from Kars, I would like to thank everyone individually for their services to Mrs. Dilara and her friendly staff, who presented this beautiful facility to Çıldır, which is close to our region.

A beautiful hotel with high service quality. But the rooms are missing mosquito nets and ventilation system. It will be super if this is completed

Incredible, magical, like a fairytale castle! Simply beautiful!!!! Food is very delicious. The hosts are nice and friendly, they even shared the cookie recipe with us, which we loved so much! We will also spend 1 night there on our next tour. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!!!!

We drove through and stopped for the night, very impressed. The hotel made of large hewn stone impressed with its colorfulness and comfort. Delicious Turkish cuisine and clean mountain air will allow you to have a good rest and gain strength for a couple of days ahead. The views are simply breathtakingly beautiful. Very quiet place so close to Childir lake. Advice to place: try to keep your rooms and washroom more cleaner.

Good large and clean room. Good made to order breakfast! I got a free upgrade, despite the hotel not expecting me! There was a heater in room. Pool table and mini museum downstairs. Restaurant owned by the hotel next door - made to order food (great chef). ZenHotels!

3 year old hotel with rooms that have large size single beds, fridge, wifi and a safe. Bring yr own pillow. You have to notify the reception to have room cleaned out. Open buffet for bfst and a la carte for dinner. Htl is in the middle of nowhere and no walk paths nearby, so u need a car.Tap water is drinkable- comes fresh from nearby mountains. Htl is at 1100m. aprox and air is high in oxygen. Environment...

We stayed in the off season at this beautiful hotel. The facilities were new and as advertised. The staff treated us very well and made sure all our needs were met. Dinner and breakfast were fabulous, and the views from the property are amazing. Highly recommended!

When we made a family tour of the Black Sea, one of our stops was this hotel and we were very satisfied with everything. Definitely a place where you can feel at home.
