We rented 2 rooms for my family. It's small and nice boutique hotel. The pool is very clean and close to the rooms. Beach is very clean and close to the hotel. The proximity of the pool and beach is very convenient. Just 10 minutes to the downtown vibe. The rooms are very clean the staff is very friendly. The food is so so. The prices are very high taking into consideration what it offers. No lift for a 3 stars hotel and small rooms. The restaurant is rather moderate the breakfast included in the price too. Very good service from all the stuff.

This is a unique boutique hotel which is run by 2 wonderful ladies who make you feel at home. The private cove / beach has all that one needs for a leisurely day. We had a wonderful time in Balalayka Butik Otel. Very clean rooms, very nice and friendly couple of owners as well as employee. Delicious breakfast and handmade manti for dinner which are number one. The private beach is 8 minutes to walk and the center of Selimiye is 2 minutes. I have found my hotel in Selimiye if I want to spend time there

I stayed for 3 days in August 2022. You have to use a car to go to the beach. The sea was warm and beautiful. The prices are unbelievably high. We stayed in Trunc for 5 days, in Datça for 3 days, we went to Selimiye last. I do not compare it with where I live, I compare it with truncla datça, there is almost twice the difference. Very clean and the hosts are very nice and helpful. Access to the beach is through another property, you can use the chairs and umbrella for free. Awesome place to stay.

We cannot describe the beauty and calm of Rüya Butik Otel. Rüya in Turkish means dream and this place was just like a dream for us. It's a family business and runs by two parents and their daughter. Good quality sea food, not best service but likely due to its populararity. Although we didnt get the second tapas, it was on the bill, so asked it to be dropped, also 4 bottle water was on the bill although it was only one, so watch out for the bill and compare it to what you really consumed.

A restaurant set on pier, it is a really romantic place. Go before sunset to enjoy the view of the bay.Delicious food and very accomodating staff. You will see the owner Mr Hidayet walking around the tables too. Its nice to see the owner interact with guests. Will definitely go back.

Quiet location at the seaside in Selimiye, away from the crowd and next to Poseidon hotel. They made a lovely terras and a jetty where you can have your diner above the sea. Very friendly staff and good quality of food. The mezes are gorgeous! Large variety of wines.

I am an American and stayed at Piano Room on my first trip to Turkey this last June. I had an amazing trip. I can honestly say the employees and staff at Piano Room is what made my stay a lifetime experience. Called last minute to stay here and they had a room available for 2 nights. The host is so friendly/helpful and can speak fluent English. He helped us find great places to eat and was available for any questions if we had them. Nice room and clean. Breakfast Included at a nice restaurant around the corner. Super quick walk to sea. A lovely little village and Piano Hotel has a nice location. Rooms has a very pure decoration and garden rooms made by original stone walls. Also we loved handmade wood cielings. Their breakfast has too many variations. And managing family is a very kind people.

İt was a lovely experience. We had an amazing bayram holiday in Selimiye , special thnx to Zeynep & Uğur for taking care about us. Hotel is new and in a very good condition. Rooms are modernly decorated. The swimmingpool is amazing, it is clean and it is filled with sea water. The hotel crew were very friendly, they helped both during checkin and checkout. Don't forget to ask for coctails, they are good at cocktails. Last but not the least, the breakfast was a-ma-zing!!
