My family and i have recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Black Bird in Yalova, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. The rooms were spacious,clean, and provided stunning view on the street.
The thermal pool was a great start for the day. After which you can enjoy your day at the rooftop pool with a cafe full of great snacks and beverages.
However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service, particularly from a wonderful waitress named Dilara. From the moment we arrived, Dilara made us feel incredibly welcome. Her friendliness and genuine warmth added a personal touch to our stay. She was always attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed.
Overall, Hotel Black Bird in Yalova is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is very high class and very clean with excellent people in service. I visited the rooms specially the deluxe ones that are amazing. Also the pool and spa are very well equipped.

Food disaster
Swimming pool full with children whose parents don’t give a damn that they bother other people by being too noisy. The pool is smaller than the photos.
The suite was big enough but not prepared for three people although we had told them in advance , no extra towels etc
Empty plastic bottles of water were in swimming pool, after informing the staff, nobody took it from the pool.

Your money worth better for sure. I dont know whos idea was to put resort hotel in between apartment building which are right in front of you. Rooms are dirty, food are poor and bad we went to restaurant and breakfast once of 3 nights and that was enough to have food outside of hotel nevertheless food was included. Personal is nice and smiling but service final delivery poor. The cost of hotel all inclusive should nkt go above 50-70 USD if it is above dont go...

I give 4 star because of the problem with the spa, there's no pool slipper for the guest. Walking in ther without any footwear is a big hassle and really dangerous, while they are so conservative about hair cover for the pool.
Which one is important for the guest hairs will ruin your water refinery.

It doesn't worth the money they ask. I compare it with a neighboring hotel, which is twice cheaper but located better, almost in the forest. The spa area here looks slightly more luxurious and rooms are bigger and cozier. Nevertheless, it's similarly pretty old and similarly with almost no noise insulation. And a terrible bath with mold was disappointing.

Overall our stay was okay. The rooms are big enough to comfortably accommodate the number of people designated per room.
There's a few things I'd like to mention, things that truly annoyed me during my stay.
Cleanliness, or the lack of it. The rooms weren't clean at all. Especially the bathroom, the tub looked as though it's never been scrubbed, and every tile was covered with dust and orange-like liquid that would come off when scrubbed. The glass doors of the bathtub looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages, as grime piled up on every corner.
The services available are okay. The spa corner reserved to women was especially clean, which made me hope that the same zeal would be shown to upkeeping the rooms...
The one thing I loved about this hotel was the hammam and massages offered by the very kind Indonesian ladies. They were extremely understanding and gentle with me and my mother and we had a great time!
The food is okay, there's a good variety for both breakfast and dinner.
The staff are friendly enough. However it's very nerve-wracking to eat with staff wandering around the dining hall, I'd rather have them stay in a corner somewhere instead of having them pace around.
Also, we came when the outdoor pool was being renovated, that's one thing we couldn't see....
