The hotel is very high class and very clean with excellent people in service. I visited the rooms specially the deluxe ones that are amazing. Also the pool and spa are very well equipped.

I give 4 star because of the problem with the spa, there's no pool slipper for the guest. Walking in ther without any footwear is a big hassle and really dangerous, while they are so conservative about hair cover for the pool. Which one is important for the guest hairs will ruin your water refinery. Or the people who slipping on the slippery shiny wet stones?

It doesn't worth the money they ask. I compare it with a neighboring hotel, which is twice cheaper but located better, almost in the forest. The spa area here looks slightly more luxurious and rooms are bigger and cozier. Nevertheless, it's similarly pretty old and similarly with almost no noise insulation. And a terrible bath with mold was disappointing.

The hotel (rooms, facilities, pool, etc.,) is very clean. The room was spacious. The best thing was the Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommended. The breakfast was good (variety and taste) The only downside was the dinner. It lacked variety and was not great overall. But, you can have dinner outside there are several nearby restaurants.

Hotel's location is wonderful. Service is excellent especially the receptionist (his name is Sami). He is very kind and helpful. Room size is ok but there is no balcony. Still the view is splended and room is very comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is very nice and clean with nature srounded. Also there is at downstairs a big nice and clean thermal pool. It's a quiet little boutique hotel with a friendly staff and very warm waters. Hakem the guest services person took real good care of us during our stay. If you can get a room on the 4th floor the views from the balcony are wonderful and you can see so many stars. The pools downstairs are warm and relaxing and having the water flow out of the lions head on your shoulders just washes away any stress...

the est place to escape from life's stress, the staff is helpful, the view is amazing, I can say the food is good, and this is a perfect choice for those who wants to visit it with their families or spouse.

Amazing place and hospitality. Definitely worth a visit; even if its just a day trip from Istanbul. The spa services and the indoor thermal pool are more than worth it. And here's the best part, none of these services are very heavy on the pocket. Just make sure you've got a vehicle arranged to get there, since it's a road + ferry trip, which local drivers know. Haven't seen really too many taxis...

Good place. Calm and quiet. People there are pretty relaxed, even kids not very noisy. SPA is very good also.

Average hotel .. I only stayed one night then checked out because I didn't like it , it reminded me of the random hotels we have back in Saudi Arabia.

It is an old hotel but it is clean and has tradition; they had a waiter like he has just jump out of an old movie and very nice polite service:-) nice breakfast and very nice special baths:-):-)

Cozy family room, very warm. Sauna and jacuzzi experience was great. The hotel is suitable for those who don't expect a luxurious experience.

Price too much comparing to the propertie's services. Hot spring water inside the property is not true. The price is 4 stars, but the property listed as three stars.

Everything was perfect, especially Berke Bey was very interested. I personally thank him. He solved the problem in my room directly, everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!!

Gorgeous hotel, excellent service ! I had a chance to stay in this hotel with my friends from the USA and Europe and all the staff in the hotel smiles at you, and pays attention to your requests during breakfast. They prepare village breakfast and the service is very fast. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet. I love this place since the rates are very reasonable.

This place is so clean and the workers are pretty nice but the rooms aren't that big but i would prefer stay in this hotel than staying in the others cuase they are expensive and not worth that much money

Nice and clean. One of the best places to stay in that area. Rates are reasonable comparing to other hotels which are not as clean as this place. Staffs are nice, helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient as it is closed to the main attractions in the town.
