Rixos Premium Bodrum is a beautiful resort located on a stunning bay. Our room was very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. During the day, there was plenty of sports activities, thanks to a professional animation team. The main restaurant offered a very diverse buffet, and at Restaurant People’s, we enjoyed delicious pides and other Turkish dishes for lunch. In terms of food quality, we consider this resort one of the best we have visited so far. The lobby served amazing cocktails; we’ve never had them this good before. At the Godiva bar, we savored delightful cakes and chocolates.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful!
One suggestion for improvement would be to add an adults-only section in the main restaurant. During our stay, there were many young children, which sometimes resulted in significant noise disturbances during meals.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to come back!

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey for a week-long family vacation, and we had an excellent time! The resort is set in a beautiful bay, offering gorgeous views that made for a stunning backdrop each day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, contributing to a very relaxing stay.
The food quality was top-notch—one of the best we’ve experienced so far! The main restaurant featured a wide variety of options, and People’s Restaurant delighted us with delicious pides and Turkish specialties for lunch. We were also impressed by the cocktails in the lobby, which were probably the best we’ve ever tasted, and the Godiva bar was a treat with delightful cakes and chocolates. Additionally, the animation team provided ample sports activities, adding a fun and lively atmosphere during the day.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We’d love to return, and we truly had a fantastic experience.
However, one downside to note: while the resort itself was incredible, we found the prices at the shops within the hotel to be unreasonably high. For example, a plastic cigarette lighter that costs around 1 Euro for three elsewhere was being sold for 5 Euros each. The barbershop was asking for 45 Euros for a beard trim, a service we usually pay 9 Euros for in Germany. Additionally, renting a paddleboard was priced at 30 Euros per hour, which felt excessive. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we recommend venturing outside the resort if you need any of these services or goods.
All in all, Rixos Premium Bodrum is a wonderful place to stay, and we hope to return!

The worst Rixos I’ve ever been to. The staff is indifferent to you. Your requests are ignored. Moreover, the staff goes out of their way to ruin your stay. They make up their own rules. When asked to show where these rules are written, they don’t provide anything.
Situation: A friend of mine came to the lobby to talk, without ordering anything or using hotel services. The staff kept telling us he could only stay for 30 minutes, and after that, we would have to pay 400 euros! For what? For simply wanting to talk to someone in the lobby of the hotel I’m staying at, without ordering anything? This is disrespectful to me as a guest. I’ve paid for the hotel, and yet, they’re rushing me and telling me to finish the conversation quickly.
There’s also constant noise from music in the lobby from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, which disturbs children from sleeping.

We stayed for our honeymoon and were pleased to have been upgraded upon arrival. The room was decorated with bubbly, cake and nibbles board. The view was beautiful.
Our only disappointment was that the A-la-carte restaurants' were all closed expect the Italian. Considering the hotel was full it was disappointing that they saw September as end of season. Disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.
Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and public areas immaculate. The staff were all lovely especially the ladies in the Turquoise restaurant.
The one negative about the hotel were the other guests who were extremely rude and demanding. Seeing how they treated the staff (especially the ladies) was very upsetting to see. They seemed to think they were above everyone and even had to call staff to put towels down on the bed for them. Lazy & Rude.
Additional safety points would be for Rixos to pay some attention to the steps around the resort & leading to the room. They are uneven with no hand rails. The rails in the stairwells of the rooms are loose and dirty. This could do with some attention.
Otherwise fab resort and holiday.

Great hotel and employees. Truly enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend it for individuals as well as families with small children and friend groups.

Made to feel welcome and valued from the first day to the last day. The smiles and friendly interactions with every member of the hotel staff gave the absolute feeling of a happy ship. The management obviously understands and values all those working at the hotel and it shows in the cohesiveness and the general happy atmosphere. Cleanliness and the attention to maintain it at a high level shows a level of pride along with the food offering and the hotel grounds were a joy to explore and relax in. The beach facilities are good and the spa is relaxing and exudes elegance in its design and ambiance. The accommodation was excellent and the availed upgrade to a two bedroom suite made the stay even more magical. Finally, the location and views added the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning.

We decided to spend our honeymoon at Rixos Bodrum because of our very pleasant experiences at other Rixos hotel in the past. This hotel does not come even close to Rixos brand.
Hotel accommodation is very old. Service is terrible. No one was trained properly or even knew how to communicate with you.
Food is lacking taste and variety. I mean bad, salt and pepper are something they don’t know here. It was so bad my wife got food poisoning of some sorts. But when nurse/doctor comes we were tricked into paying €500 euros for one simple IV bag because she vomited 4-5 times throughout the night. The issue is not the euro amount but the fact that they originally stated a different euro amount is the problem. Everything felt like they just wanted more money from you. Everything was up charge. Considering the amount we paid it was very unfair. This is a premium 5 star hotel price but with 0 star accommodation.
We even tried all the a la carte restaurants (that were at an up charge €€) because of the lack of food choices in the main restaurant; and even their food was not good!! But the service was even worse!!
When we informed the reception of our unpleasant experience, instead of apologizing or trying to make it better they said oh you didn’t inform us about your honeymoon or didn’t inform our travel agency. I showed her messages and proof of us informing them. Both our travel agent and us personally letting them know. Even at the end they tried to make it our fault instead of accepting fault. Just left a bitter experience that will make us not stay at any Rixos Brand again.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum! The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food at the buffet and restaurants is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the beach and pool areas m, which were clean and well-maintained.
