First time visiting Turkey and we had a lovely time at this resort. The staff were mostly all really attentive and lovely especially the guy in the bar downstairs (a couple of instances reception staff were a bit grumpy but maybe they had a bad day). We stayed in Samara for a week mid-October and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is impeccably clean, with so much greenery and amazing views of the sea. There is no possibility to take a walk outside of the hotel, but buses to Bodrum are just €1.5 and they come and go every 20 minutes. Excellent customer service by all staff but exceptional service by Catharina the concierge. The catering staff were great they had gluten-free bread but their knowledge on other gluten-free food was very limited. There are no complaints about the hotel, except for the inflated prices in the restaurants.

Service quality and cleaning on a high level. Room quite new. Michelin star restaurant Malva top. But the dog friendly approach of the hotel is too much: dogs are allowed in the restaurants and even in the beach club!

The staff from the valet to reception to restaurant and all around were well trained and extremely helpful and friendly. The garden room with partial sea view was amazing and spacious with a beautiful garden and a queen size quilted sun bed.
