it was very good hotel good location and friendly staff but pool was close during my accommodation and i choose this hotel because have pool. for this thing i am not satisfied

It was a good hotel. If I travel to this city again, I will choose this hotel. It should be noted that this is a five-star hotel but in a small city, so do not compare with other hotels of this group in the capitals. The rooms were very clean. The behavior of the personnel was very respectful and most of them were fluent in Farsi language. I think it is the best option for staying in this city.

We stayed 5 nights as a group I guess it is one of the best hotel in Van.It is at the center of Van you can reachwhatever you need.Only problem at the entrance of hotel stopping of buses is not easy

I don’t even know where to start, this hotel has horrible customer service, receptionist is rude and dose not manner at all, Their room is dirty, in 2 days that we stayed so far they haven’t even vacuum the room. when we checked in there were so much trash under the bed, we had to call them to clean it, their shower and bidet in our room was broke and they don’t even checked it before giving the room to us. Honestly I’m surprised this hotel has 5 star, it shouldn’t even have 2 star. Oh and they don’t speak English! I’m not sure how someone can work in the hotel and don’t know simple English! I Do Not recommend it, save yourself time and money.

With its location in the middle of the city center, their professional staff, and well equipped comfortable rooms, this hotel is one of the best in Van. The room was clean and they provided a Sahur option instead of breakfast which was very nice. The hotel location is right at the center with many Mosques nearby which purify the soul. Sahur was nice, especially the fried eggs with cheese. I am taking three one star because there was alcohol in the minibar.

We came from America 3 weeks ago and since we are traveling through eastern Turkey. We’ve stayed in many hotels so far and didn’t have a bad experience overall . But receptionist in this hotel is a rude lady who has a very bad attitude. We stopped by desk yesterday afternoon and asked her if we can see a room before reservation and she didn’t respond and just shook her head and stood there without communication all the time. Even when we asked questions still she had attitude. She finally called a guy to show us a room. She gave us the price but we decided to reserve online and we just informed her. she told us to wait 30 minutes because she needs to get email confirmation for reservation which she didn’t say the truth because after 3 minutes she sent somebody after us in Lobby to let us know the room is ready. My advice to hotel’s manager; if you care about your customers and hotel reputation so please train this lady because she’s not professional for this kind of job when she can’t handle customers properly.

I don’t know how they are five star hotel. Even the guest relation could not speak Eng. for everything we should call 2 or 3 times and for example we ask for the ashtray they brought ice. We didn’t have bathtub in our room and air cleaner didn’t work. Parking place was awful. The reception lady was so rude and she didn’t answer for the error that they make. Breakfast was so usual and was not for the 5 star hotel. I’ll not come back again.

We were very unhappy during our two-night stay at this hotel. The parking lot of the hotel is very small and there was no room for our car.
Hot food for breakfast is very little, it has only three models.
The behavior of the personnel during the protest is inappropriate and they speak very badly.
The massage parlor is awful, despite the earlier appointment, they did not let us in.
The hotel manager also considers this disastrous situation appropriate and does not take any action.

The hotel is located in the city center. There is a free parking by the side of the hotel. There is a nice spa and hamam. For the pool you need to use swimming cap.
