it was very good hotel good location and friendly staff but pool was close during my accommodation and i choose this hotel because have pool. for this thing i am not satisfied

We stayed 5 nights as a group I guess it is one of the best hotel in Van.It is at the center of Van you can reachwhatever you need.Only problem at the entrance of hotel stopping of buses is not easy

It was a good hotel. If I travel to this city again, I will choose this hotel. It should be noted that this is a five-star hotel but in a small city, so do not compare with other hotels of this group in the capitals. The rooms were very clean. The behavior of the personnel was very respectful and most of them were fluent in Farsi language. I think it is the best option for staying in this city.

I don’t know how they are five star hotel. Even the guest relation could not speak Eng. for everything we should call 2 or 3 times and for example we ask for the ashtray they brought ice. It is located very Central. Rooms are Nice and clean. Breakfast was Ok. Staff is not very smily but service is OK. With price wise fine.

First room was over the road which was busy with traffic and absolutely opposite the mosque. I felt like the muezzin was in the room and so changed to the 6th floor, which was away from both. Much quieter, hence the three star review for the rooms. There was no problem with changing rooms and the location was excellent. The hotel was reasonable considering the local standards, but surely not a five star. It is very well located though only limited number of staff speaks any english. Honours to Derya from the reception, which was effortless in helping us out. But the hotel really needs maintenance as some of things in the room were not working properly. I definitely recommend this hotel to whom wants to stay in a comfortable and easily reached hotel in Van city. It takes only 10 min from the airport and it is close to Cumhuriyet Caddesi where you can easily find the shopping centers and restaurants.

This is a perfectly fine hotel. The room smelt quite smokey when entering (we booked a non smoking room), apart from that the bed was comfy and the shower was good. The terrace area is the best part of this hotel and has a nice view over the lake. The location is not great, unless you have your own car, there isn't much around within walking distance. Perfectly fine hotel. Friendly staff. Large characterless terrace that nicely overlooks the lake - and has swell sunset views. Bathroom is small (which is fine) with equally small shower(which is also fine) except the partial glass partition doesn't prevent water from going everywhere (a common problem). TRT-1 channel did not work!

Our stay was exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the service was top-notch - attentive and accommodating staff made us feel truly welcome. Located in the heart of van city. The hotel is quiet old and furniture need to be renewed. Breakfast is fine. Noise in the night.

Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful. The fridge doesn't work, the heater turns on after 7 pm which means you can't turn it on manually even if you're freezing. A cleaning man came into our room and cleaned it while we had not put a sign or said anything so you have to be careful with leaving your stuff in your room because it can be opened any time. Very Good location near to shopping stores, Good breakfast. Rooms and salons are dark. Rooms are not as good as for 4 stars hotels.

We stayed here for three nights with our motorbikes while we waited for snowy weather to pass. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are warm, clean and have good mattresses on the beds. There is a lift, a luggage room, a lobby with complimentary çay and great views over the city to the mountains from the breakfast room on the top floor.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with really good and helpful staff. Located almost in the center of the city. The hotel manager or owner was a kind and friendly man (Mr Haroon). They can speak English, Kurdish and even farsi as well as Turkish. They serve basic breakfast but in good quality. The prices are affordable and good according to the services. Great staff, negotiable price (we had a double room for 100 TL), parking is not closed but on the hotel street which is quiet and with several security cameras...room and facilities are old and worn but clean, as expected for low price. Location very good, right in the center.

Standard mediocre hotel....basic. No hot water in sink and shower non functional. Overnight only here.

Everything was great, it had a great location, there was no noise on Cumhuriyet Street, and only the second floor did not have an air conditioner, and we were satisfied.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed it a lot. The personnel was very friendly and willing to help. They helped us park our car and print something we needed urgently. The room was very clean and was cleaned carefully everyday. The washing service was also of high quality. In general it was great value for money.

Stayed here for a night with my friend after a disappointing experience at the Hilton outside of town. In terms of location, quality, and overall value this is honestly a much better option for a vastly better price. The hotel is quite new, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Stayed here in 2011 after climbing Mount Ararat. Excellent hotel with attentive staff and the breakfast was to die for. For some reason I think I had the best baked bread at this hotel in Turkey...despite my repeated visits to turkey my memory always takes me back to Van....

I am writing for Daily Rental House (Okyanus Apart); I have seen many businesses in many provinces, but this is the first time I have seen a 4-4 business with everything. We truly felt at home. The house was immaculate and complete. Moreover, it is cleaned every day when you request it. The kindness, interest and relevance of the employees is admirable.

I go to Valve often and I can say that it is the best place where I can stay safely and hygienically, and I strongly recommend it. However, the daily prices are really excessive.

There is no cooler in the rooms and in hot days it's a trouble. Hotel location is good and near the city center. Rooms are clean and staff are good and polite.

Hi I stayed a night in Dimet Park Hotel. I wish I could stay longer. So friendly and polite staff and beautiful rooms add to the tranquility of the place. We stayed in this hotel for three days, with the following positive and negative points: Negative points: At 6 floor, rooms 415, 416 are under the kitchen, and the cooking sound is heard at the midnight.
