This is a perfectly fine hotel.
The room smelt quite smokey when entering (we booked a non smoking room), apart from that the bed was comfy and the shower was good.
The terrace area is the best part of this hotel and has a nice view over the lake.
The location is not great, unless you have your own car, there isn't much around within walking distance.
The gym was a letdown, the equipment is the same that you could buy from Temu and use at home.
When checking in, the member of staff was on the phone the whole time and didn't speak to us, just handed the room card.

Perfectly fine hotel. Friendly staff. Large characterless terrace that nicely overlooks the lake - and has swell sunset views.
Bathroom is small (which is fine) with equally small shower(which is also fine) except the partial glass partition doesn't prevent water from going everywhere (a common problem).

Our stay was exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the service was top-notch - attentive and accommodating staff made us feel truly welcome. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Mont from the restaurant. A perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and natural beauty. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

A great place at the Shore of lake VAN with a view on Mt.Siphan right across the lake. Acommodation with the well known standard of the Ramada Hotels…

Comfortable spacious room with lake view. Large terrace to enjoy the sunset. Clean comfortable facilities and courteous kind staff. Would stay again if ever in the area.

- For me it was a good point that cleaning up the room is done in the early morning while you go for breakfast; so when you come back to the room, everything is alright.

The hotel was great
It is a little far from the city center, so it is better to use a van to get around

Everything was good : clean and comfortable room, great breakfast. The dinner was basic, we've had better in many places in Turkey.
It's overpriced for Turkey, but at the end it's a good hotel.

I stayed here with my extended family for 10 days . Hotel is on a beautiful setting next to the Van lake. Staff are super helpful and friendly. A special thank you goes to Mohammad for helping us with communication. Also many thanks to the owner for my daughters birthday cake provided by the hotel 😍
