One of my bad decisions!

The service is really catastrophic. They can barely speak English. They don't care if you have issues or problems in your room. The fridge was not that cold. The curtains fell 3 times on my head. The light switch was damaged. One towel was dirty.

The food! Oh God. Nothing can be eaten or drunk except water!
I'm really not exaggerating, but the food was disgusting and stale.

Only the view was really nice, otherwise nothing ..

The rooms are so tiny. There is no natural light into the rooms. The cuisine is awful. There is no enough variety and you always have to wait for the long que to take meal, because of the enormous tourists and so small kitchen. So if you love to eat, here is not the right place.

The douche cabine is so small and I would tell that it is not for a man who is 85+ kg and 1,75m.

The spa and specially Engin from the wellness center are very good.

The quality for this price is disappointing.

As a non-hotel customer, this is a great price for daily beach access. My second trip to Yalikavak, I chose this beach again after 2 years. This time, I decided to use the SPA facilities since a guy promoted them to us while we were at the beach. He told us that a professional physiotherapist would give us a package service, which would take two hours per person. Since we were concerned about the time, we requested that my friend and I receive service at the same time. As soon as he checked their timetable, he claimed that he sorted it out. However, while we were being served, they also served another customers. Everyone was served simultaneously by one guy. Our face masks were also applied by the promoter. As a calm person, I did not say anything until an older man who was coming for massage service, I did not believe he was a physiotherapist (he might even have been a hotel employee). Since I paid to relax, I was still keeping calm. While he was massaging me, he injured my back and I kindly asked him to stop doing that with a smile on my face. When I replied back, he said, "I could do better if you weren't overweight.". My body has never been a problem for me and I don't care what other people think of me, (actually I'm only 90kg) but I did not pay for this unprofessional speech on my vacation. In response to my complaints, the staff offered me a free massage session, but... (I was expecting a partial refund). Furthermore, they were unable to show me the licence of this "physiotherapist". Overall, I recommend you visit their beach and indulge in their bottomless snack bar. But stay away from the SPA unless you want to get scammed.
