Great hotel. Rooms very high quality. Mainly used the slide pool and the bubble pool. Challenge to get sun beds some mornings but always found something. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6). The let down was the staff in the restaurant, some were good, but others stood around pretending to be busy. Could use a manager to organise staff/help customers get seated. Beach front location is beautiful. Drink selection is great, beer, soft drinks, cocktails. All grounds very well kept and very clean.

The hotel is uncomfortable from the moment of check-in. Most of the staff unprofessional they are students from schools and universities, and there is no one from the core staff to provide guidance. The only good service is in the restaurant. You have to be professional, smart, and quick, and wake up at 6 a.m. to reserve a spot by the sea because the sunshades are terrible and the spots are unavailable, and no one will help you. You have to pay 2 euros per day for the safe box even though you have already rented the room, and the air conditioning was bad from day one. I stayed in the hotel for more than ten days and felt that I completely wasted my money

Great hotel and the friendliest staff! If you’re coming to Bodrum book this place. Clean rooms, food is really good. The activities cater to all ages and are inclusive. Loads of stuff to do in the area and are easy to book close to the hotel. Lovely beach just outside.

The food is awful , like food from a hospital for the elderly. It is not diverse and not suitable for everyone. We spent days not knowing what we were going to eat. The swimming pool is very small. The staff are teenagers who do not have the slightest level of professionalism. They have no taste or experience. The biggest mistake I made in booking it ruined my vacation. They gave me the worst room in the whole hotel. The hotel was full of mosquitoes, which we suffered greatly from. Do not recommend!

Absolutely amazing! The location is on the beach. With great service and delicious abundant food. We especially loved Ibrahim's service - he was very attentive and knew our drinks order! They made our stay so comfortable! For sure recommended place!

Great location next to beach, shops, bars etc. Food although lots of choice was terrible. Experienced racism from some hotel staff and guests which was an awful feeling. Some staff were lovely though! Rooms are small. It has 3 good pools. Overall I wouldn't go back but if I had to it would be for the location only.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Staff couldn't of helped anymore, room was OK, mattresses where like rock but got used to it after the 6th day haha. Food was lovely, location was brilliant. A small taxi ride into bodrum centre for a spot of shopping. There's clubs outside the hotel but they calm down around 2am, u can't hear anything once the doors are closed. The bubble pool was the quietest and suited me just fine, entertainment was fun and lively. Beach was nice and quiet. Went on a boat trip for 7hours for £20. Best boat trip 👌 lovely staff, lovely bays and the sea was beautiful. Hopefully return next year 🙏

I would expect more from a 4 star hotel?.rooms are dated, service of room was changing towels only. Never cleaned or mopped in the ten. Days we were there?. For us smoking was a problem, you could smoke every where, rooms ,bar beach, pools. . Only exception was the main restaurant. Part of the hotel near the cozzy bar extremely noisy, people wanting to move rooms? Standard rooms very small.. location of hotel to the beach fantastic, bar and restaurant staff exceptionally good and hard working. Food is good and desserts are amazing. Management always helpful.

An amazing hotel with amazing staff. We had a great time here and would gladly come back for another visit. The staff is very friendly and attending. The rooms and the hotel in general is very clean. The food is just amazing, to say the least. There is great variety of dishes and every meal was great and very enjoyable. The hotel beach is the best in the general area.

I really liked it! Everything is fine! Sea, food, rooms, service. There is a currency exchange, water slide, free towels, etc. Lots of bars and clubs! Suitable for anyone
