Myself and my family have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is perfect, one side the beach literally as you walk out the hotel and the other side all the shops. The rooms are always spotless clean, the cleaner comes every day to clean which you don't get in many hotels. The food is flowing all day so there is never a shortage and it caters to everyone. The animation team are brilliant, there are different shows every night and the mini club for the children has lots on every day and the staff are brilliant with the kids. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again next year.

Absolutely amazing....great staff great service great food....exceeded our expectations...had 7 days of sheer relaxed chilled bliss I would highly recomend this hotel...it was a joy to stay...so much so we didnt want to go home!! The staff friendliness helpfullness welcoming was the best ever.... a great big thankyou to.each and every member of staff🫂 So see you next year my friends you made our holiday very special❤️x❤️

My experience was very mixed. Firstly did not receive the standard pool/garden view room that we had paid for but one of the promo rooms I had read about and wanted to avoid as no view and very small. Also air con never worked properly for our stay. I had also emailed the hotel before we visited to request a ground floor room and this was ignored. We asked to be moved but were told this wasn’t an option as the hotel was full. The location is wonderful and we loved the Cozzy pool but as others have said it is crazy having to get up before 7am to get a sun lounger! Everyone was friendly and plenty of food and drink choice. We specifically liked the A la carte Italian restaurant that we visited on the last night of our stay. Wonderful service and it’s great that you get a visit there as part of the all inclusive package. I would be nervous about returning as room and its location were terrible and I really hated the struggle to get a sun lounger by any of the three pools and it’s such a shame really as the hotel itself and location in the centre of Gumbet are lovely.

Stayed with 2 of my friends for 5 nights here at Parkim Ayaz. Stayed here through Jet2 holidays and paid just over £2000 for 3 of us. First and foremost I will pinpoint the positives and negatives Positives -Staff in reception are very polite and welcoming and will do anything for you. -Reception area is spotlessly clean and lovely and cool and air conditioned. -Food in the hotel is amazing and very good quality especially for an all inclusive, always had a lot of variety on different days so you weren’t always eating the same kind of thing. - 3 different pools to go in and also right close to the beach. -Drinks were very good and the efes on draught was spot on. -Location of this hotel is superb and close to practically everything in Gumbet. (Anyone venturing out please be careful around the bars near the hotel as we got nearly set up on by a Turkish girl trying to get drinks off us and didn’t speak a word of English and tried ordering at the bar off our bill when we never agreed. Cool breeze bar next to the hotel is the best bar and chico there always had time to talk to you and make you feel welcome). -My room 1943 was lovely and spotless and very quiet and had a lovely view of the pool at Bubbles area. -Hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Negatives -My friends room 1942 however wasn’t as good and had a view of a staircase with bars on like you was in a prison cell and people could see into your room or see you on your balcony and also guests were leaving their plates on the balcony which was disgusting and basically think that anyone should not be staying in a room like this when paying good money. Also the single bed was very squeaky and the board underneath wasn’t in properly hence the loud squeaking noise. -Getting a sunbed is practically impossible unless you want to get up at 5am which is not what you want to do on a relaxing holiday. Also people with towels on sun beds at 2.30am, staff should be policing this as it will put a lot of people returning, it’s so wrong. Loads of sunbeds all unoccupied throughout the day with nobody on them, paying guests should be entitled to a sunbed. All in all more positives than negatives but the negatives really do need addressing as this will put people off coming here again but overall we really enjoyed our stay here but the sunbed situation really needs sorting!

I would do 6 stars but that’s not possible, love the entertainment! (Especially Ozge) Good food, nice rooms, best service and the staf is just so nice! They always do there best to make you happy and want to do everything, love this hotel!! I would definitely recommend it!

We went with Jet 2 holidays and paid £1500 extra for two large rooms with two double beds as per Jet 2 Web site . We arrived at 2am the room smelt musty and was nothing like the Web pictures we complained strait away. The next morning we were told the hotel did not do the rooms we had paid for. I asked for the Jet 2 rep who arrived within 20 min , she found rooms advertised on the Web, went to reception and was told they did not do those rooms. These are still being advertised on there Web page (I've just checked). I won't name jet2 rep but she was fantastic and arranged a transfer of hotel.

Food was amazing with loads of different salads, with a huge choice of hot food beautiful desserts, fruit. Cocktails are delicious. Beach is on the door step, 3 lovely pools, excellent entertainment and friendly staff, strong showers, don't forget to have a Turkish sauna x massage it's a big highlight 😁

We walked into the hotel early in the morning with no reservation, and to our surprise, the front desk staff were able to check us in right away. Not only that, they managed to accommodate all three of our rooms at the same time—and even upgraded two of them. That level of service set the tone for an amazing stay. The Italian à la carte restaurant was a standout—great food and a wonderful atmosphere. ( need to pre-book at the front desk) Being all-inclusive made everything so convenient. The housekeeping team was hardworking and kept our rooms spotless, while the valet and taxi services were fast, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to shops and nightlife. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a quiet room; the staff were more than willing to accommodate this as well. A few small notes: beach towels are available, but expect to leave a deposit ( a refundable one) . The in-room safe is available for a small rental fee (€2) which wasn’t a big deal for us. No complaints at all—everything ran smoothly, and every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and truly hardworking. Highly recommend staying here!

Small tired rooms. No tea making facilities in the rooms but made up for by its beachfront location and really friendly staff. 3 swimming pools were a treat. Food became a bit monotonous but they cater for the masses. Lights turned off at midnight in the outside bar area and bar closed. Town close by and vibrant until early hours. Saying all that we had a great time and would go back.

The facilities and food are excellent.. The employees are very nice and helpful in every way. Their animations are fun. Being right by the sea and having three pools prevents the crowd at the pool
There is a poolside bar at every pool which keeps you cool every minute
The food and options are excellent, that was my favorite part, I could find every meal I wanted, they did justice to the open buffet. From now on, I would say it is my only hotel in Bodrum, we were very pleased with it, my wife and I thank you
