Well it is definitely the best hotel locally. But there are areas for improvement. So this hotel was great but I wish there was more attention given to the swimming pool. The area was left almost for a long time, the shower cabins and everything related to it needs serious change. Rooms are great though, service is very quick and staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on top is superb, the view is one of a kind. Alcohol is also served here which is a big bonus because on their other branch in Kastamuno, they said alcohol is forbidden!

I was sitting outside waiting for my food and hotel security warned me and used intimidation and said I'm not allowed to sit there and wait for my food. I'm a guest at the hotel and spend alot of money there and this treatment towards a paying customer is disgraceful. There is no signs or alternative seating area for guests that are waiting for pickup and food. For future bussiness trips I will advise my company not to use this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in May 2024 while attending a conference at the nearby university. An excellent hotel with fantastic amenities, large rooms, and very good service. The breakfast offering is also varied and generous. The food was very good.

The location is perfect. We had great breakfast. The employees are very helpful and very kind.. The roma are clean and the view of the rooms are amazing..

I recently stayed at this hotel for work. Check in was quick and efficient.
Large room, due to work booking the room I did have a twin but this wasn’t an issue. Bedding was clean and mattress comfortable. Decent shower, water pressure was excellent and you had the option to switch to the rainfall option. Only issue I did have was the air con isn’t great.
I couldn’t fault the food, there is a wide range to choose from at breakfast and the dinner menu had enough on it to please most. Food quality was of a high standard.
I did use the spa once. Water in the pool and jacuzzi was a bit on the cold side but this didn’t really bother me.
Staff were brilliant. Always happy to help.
Location wise it is fairly far from Zonguldak main area, the walk back is uphill so keep this in mind.

I didn’t expect that quality indeed. It’s a wonderful place with very good professional service. Warm and quick welcome. All are good arrangements. The staff are great, All of them. Helpful.
The room lost one star only for the iron. I missed it. But all was really perfect. I’m going to back again to enjoy yhis nice experience. 👌

Great hotel. 10/10
From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles. Enjoyed every moment from check-in to check-out.
Room was clean -as expected from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was OK, have to mention that the view on the roof floor is extraordinary as well.
There was a minor issue for me, just a few employees could speak English. Beside the reception(superb staff btw), there was only restaurant supervisor who could communicate fluently. Also, I had an amazing dining experience. Food was very delicious. Supervisor was incredibly polite and attentive throughout my dining experience. From the warm welcome to his promptness in taking orders and knowledgeable recommendations, he ensured my satisfaction.
