Well it is definitely the best hotel locally. But there are areas for improvement. So this hotel was great but I wish there was more attention given to the swimming pool. The area was left almost for a long time, the shower cabins and everything related to it needs serious change. Rooms are great though, service is very quick and staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in this hotel for a week in May 2024 while attending a conference at the nearby university. An excellent hotel with fantastic amenities, large rooms, and very good service. The breakfast offering is also varied and generous. The food was very good.

This place has two locations in google maps. In general we got the first one then drove fifty minutes to get the real location.it seems that it is moved. Rooms were wide, beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good. Service was super specialy from Lubna. She was great welcoming and absorbed our angry . Note . This is the real location.

We stayed for three nights. The people are friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was well organised and good. The only thing missing was air-conditioning. The ventilator in the room was not enough. It is very hard to park your car. There is a parking garage, but you have to pay to park there. Zonguldak it self is not very pretty and interesting.
