1. Room service/House keeping takes a minimum Half an hour to attend for any service requested.
2. The room maintenance is poor with no sense of cleaning what so ever.
3. Breakfast was the same throughout with no varieties like other hotels provide everyday.
4. Being polite should be their first motto.
5. Mr Kaiju (hope I spelled that right) who is the owner/manager was approached with the list of issues but they were never attended.
In all a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend my friends/relatives. Please it's a request you guys aren't worth the money you charge your customers.
