Sansi Kae Beach Resort

A hotel as I like them, in a quiet bay far from the crowd and noise, a breathtaking sunset, a really quiet beach without anyone disturbing you every 5 minutes like most of the beaches of Zanzibar. A very rich local life, fishermen with their pirogues returning from their sea outings, smiling people, in short, rest, discovery and real human relations with the local population. A cuisine with Zanzibar spices and above, all the possibility of ordering romantic dinners on the beach, I really recommend the seafood plater and without extra cost as we were asked in other hotels. The staff are smiling and genuine, no false smiles, very pleasant. A spa with very professional masseuses. Lovely music playlist in the lounge bars wonderful sitting under the spirit tree.. For us our stay was really exotic. I really recommend it 100%.

The staff was really nice and helpful, always attentive to our needs, especially the hotel Manager and the Chef whom maid our stay so much more pleasant . The position of the location was excellent, right on the beach and near other restaurants and other leisure activities. They had excellent Wi-Fi, giving that we also had to work during our stay. The breakfast buffet was diversified and really tasteful, and had a lot of possible choices. The prices for food and beverages were really good. On our last day, after checking out our room, we received another room from the hotel manager to leave our luggage and take a shower before leaving to the airport. We had the flight scheduled at midnight, so this was really helpful for us.

I visited Zanzibar between Aug'2-9 and was hosted in 5 rooms in Kea Beach resort with my family on an all inclusive deal.
The staff is truly amazing and will support with any thing that they can.
The atmosphere is calm and the view of the bay is taken from postcard 👍🏼.

The rooms weren't in the level that we anticipated.
In my room, there were termites that led to sawdust on my wife & me heads for the entire vacations.
I notified the reception 5 times and the only thing that they can do is build a shelve so that the sawdust will land on it. It didn't helped 😣.

The food is Ok but this is subjective. My family may think different 🤷🏻.

One of the things that should be taken to consideration, is the location, which is very remote from any attraction and airport, hence the calmness.
The bay area will leave you mouth opened with any sunset.
