Excellent stay with really welcoming staff. Room was clean and they upgraded us to one with a mountain view for free. Hamis at security was very helpful with helping us arrange transportation while we were in Moshi.

The location was great, a quiet place to relax. They have the best customer services and astounding rooms. They picked me from the airport and made sure I was well attended the whole time I was at their hotel. I felt very safe and relaxed . If you are travelling to moshi this should be your spot . Great stay. We stayed here in July 2018 before and after our successful Kili climb (We Did It!). Lovely little hotel with very friendly staff, quiet and peaceful with a nice pool. Room was large and comfortable. Restaurant provided a nice breakfast, and supper was wonderful (great Indian and International choices at reasonable prices). Didn't eat, just stopped in for the day. 5000 to use the pool. Nice and quiet despite not being far from the road. Deep soft grass, nice garden to relax in and reclining poolside chairs. All you need! They have a sauna which would have been fun, but no one was willing to start it up for us.

My experience at Keys Hotel was most enjoyable. Stayed here for a study abroad session for about 8 days. The food was great and the staff members were extremely nice. I would definitely stay again if I ever travel back to the area.

A perfect spot to escape for a day tour. The water is spacious and very tempting to swim, the weather is also tropical and perfect for swimming sessions. The beautiful surroundings and the warmth of the water may act as a therapy session. It is truly a beautiful place. The food offered is amazing and very tasty

The place is so wonderful with a beautiful scenery. The water is not so cold. There are a lot of swamps nearby if one wish know more about them. There is food and drinks and a lot of guides too they got hospitality and will surely help you in swimming if you dont know how to.

Stayed there for a few days with a safari field course I went on for school. The staff made us feel welcome and the food was great. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I would recommend for anyone passing through Moshi.

We had a great experience. The lady at the front desk had a great smile and helped us even though the booking was difficult interpret. The rooms were clean and priced reasonable. The breakfast was OK but you had to go early or they ran out of stuff and you miss out. Only the manager personally was a disappointment. This completely safe hotel is located in a very nice part of Moshi. There is a playground for the children, the place has a very nice rooftop bar, from which you can see Kilimanjaro in good weather, and where you can go up to look around even if the bar is not open.

I haven't stayed here but the roof hotel is very beautiful with a lovely view of Kili most afternoons.

The staff are amazing and take initiative which is something to admire. On the down side the hot water doesn't last long and the WiFi is not good. Then again neither was the 4G on my mobile so it could be a Moshi issue.

I had a very pleasant stay there, the rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The location is also convenient. The night club nearby was at times loud but not too loud to make me sleepless.

Nice hotel and very nice and friendly staff. The restaurant manager and bellhop are the nicest woman and man you could meet. The food at the restaurant is good too. I had several dish on the dinner menu. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced and tasty. The wifi is weak but the downstairs area is a good place to sit and chat with the staff.

I stayed here before and after my trek to Kilimanjaro. The hotel is quite comfortable. The beds are comfy which was most needed after my trek, as was the hot water in the shower! WiFi is free. There's a pool, bar, restaurant, and gift shop. And you can feed the rabbits!

Staff is well trained. Cozy dining. Nice rooms. Bit of warning though. Keep your windows closed. A cat or monkey might want to jump in your room. A cat jumped in mine at 1AM. It is located within a well forested area. No A/C. But cool at night. You can request for a fan. Drinking water is unlimited. Hot showers. Good food.

Very homely place in the most scenic area of Moshi right at the foothill of Mount Kilimanjaro. The hotel is cozy, personell very hospitable and the ambience of the place is just breathtaking!

we had booked a function. but I'm guessing they double booked us. because on our arrival, we had to wait more than 3 hours for our dinner tables, decoration and eventually food to be ready. Otherwise the people are friendly. food is okay and place beautiful.

The staff were very caring and friendly and honest. The room had good aircon and a working fridge, tv and shower. The new chef Adrian was excellent given basic kitchen facilities. Great value and convenient location. We stayed 6 weeks whilst studying at KCMC and would definitely recommend. Great thanks to Sylvia and Princess and all the staff for a very happy and memorable stay.

This is a small paradise in Moshi town! The staff is very attentive (hello Simon!), the rooms and facilities are very beautiful and the prices are fair enough! I would recommend this great place for anybody visiting Tanzania!

The hotel is located in town centre with almost every service around there being accessible ATM, small shops, gasoline station, local markets, local transportation,, etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I may say this is a budget hotel interms of cost (affordable rates). On the other hand, the staff are friendly. It is good place to be while in Moshi.

Quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Laundry was ridiculously expensive. During one meal the kitchen didn't have any of the appetizers available nor any fish/seafood. This meant the menu only contained 2-3 chicken dishes and 3 beef dishes. Staff is very friendly though and the rooms are nice. Not enough hot water for two showers.

Nice and affordable place to stay in Moshi. They offer bread and breakfast (buffet). The place is right in the city centre . Their rates are very affordable and staff are very competent. The rooms are clean and new towels provided every morning. Very easy to access entertainment options.

Such a wonderful hotel to stay in Moshi. I loved my experience with my group. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathrooms had hot water and were clean too. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool is a huge plus. It’s centrally located in Moshi town with a quick access to most areas around.

I have been inside several times, but have never stayed there. It is immediately apparent that it is not even close to being a 4 star hotel like they claim, but their room rates are less than 4 star hotel rates also. Their room rates are very strange, with foreigners paying 2.3 times the amount of Tanzanian rates. They say all hotels do this, but that is not the case.

This hotel is nice, but definitely not worth $120 USD for a very average room. There is no swimming pool and the room sizes are OK.

This hotel is located at a strategic position where you can see Mt. Kilimanjaro from sunshine to sunset. This is a must come hotel and see this beautiful tallest mountain in Tanzania. The bathrooms are super clean. The rooms have a single big bed where you can enjoy your night after climbing the mountain and interacting with Tanzanians. I had a wonderful experience at the Kibo Palace Hotel in Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, last Month. Every staff member I encountered, from the gurd to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!.The views from room were gorgeous and you can see Mountain Kilimanjaro!, loved having a roomy balcony with fresh air. The room was nicely appointed, very clean with a great bed....

This place was a home away from home from mid-June to mid-July. Super friendly staff, excellent customer service, good food, clean/comfortable rooms. They treated our large group like a part of their family. I'm so grateful to the entire Zara family for taking such good care of us. A+++

When COVID issues starting halting and delaying our flights, they were more than accommodating and even helped arrange transport, PCR-COVID testing, and some excursions for us...

Excellent humble place to stay. Tuma and Nacho are very easygoing and friendly and you can learn so much with them! Really enjoyed my stay there. Quiet place away from the noise of Moshi. I recommend this place 100%. Location is correct. It's the green door across from the small shop.

Wonderful staff with a courtyard that one can just sit and relax in away from the hustle outside the gate in Moshi. The accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Food in the restaurant is very good.

The Kibo Suite is huge with a shower and tub! From the courtyard veranda it has a view of Kibo and Mawenzi. They also include breakfast in the room price. I would highly recommend staying here!!
