Had an excellent stay at Malaika with family. The service was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and an excellent view of Lake Victoria was there from the balcony. The food was awesome and everything else were just perfect.

Rooms are really comfortable and able to work without distractions. Food is always great and tasty especially the platter. Location is superb next to the lake watching kingfishers dive for food. Staff and security always well turned out and represent the hotel with their presence. Only downside was the tv was reset and couldn’t access the internet on it to watch any Netflix.

Excellent customer service. The food was AMAZING throughout our stay! Staff (including the manager) went over and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. They have a huge space with variety of things to do (we barely needed to go outside the hotel). We will definitely go back!

Check-in was quick, and the staff greeted me with a warm welcome, which made me feel right at home. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay

We had conference on previous month . Almost we were 40 person group .we stayed for 5 nights .it's was superb resort ever I saw in Tanzania .very nice food and breakfast was very nice .conference hall was well equipped .digital screen for projection was amazing .again we will be coming back next year for residential conference.

The service was excellent. Thank you to all the staff. The only disappointment was that the facilities were quite old and there was no gym. The breakfast variety was also not that great.

Top choice Rooms are decent, but you do expect more at this price. Room amenities like shampoo and soap feel like something out of a highway motel. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and quickly created. Definitely stay here, its my go to in mwanza forprice to quality

Well maintained hotel in the Center of Mwanza. Direct round to the airport. Staff is very attentive and will help as much as possible. Good, plenty food too! Rooftop bar has best view over the Victoria lake. Pickup from airport is possible for a fee.

Nice Love this hotel, its my go to in mwanza. This time had a few issues with electronics in the room and it did seem a bit worn but overall will still go back.

Nice clean rooms with AC. Restaurant standard local food in a stuffy room, order in advance if you can or be prepared to wait. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

This is not a luxury place of all inclusive kind of hotel but its secure, clean and very friendly. The best thing about it is the staff, they will make you feel t home and will do anything to please you. Very polite,even when some of them dont speak of understand English. Not sure if it's just a Tanzanian way in general, but it takes alot of time to get feedback on things you inquire. Convenient location, the rooms are spacious, there is also a new wing which is about to be finished. Hence there will be soon a new wing in the same hotel.

Cool place. Make sure you spend your nights while you in Rock city. Its located only 3-4 kms from city centre and few kilometres from Mwanza international airport.

Very nice superstructure. There in new building wich has modern and beautful rooms for better stay of guests. Environment is also good. Do not miss that place.

Nice hotel away from city noise. Hard to get to but worth the time. Well taken care of will beautiful landscaping. Breakfast is included with the room. Large rooms with choice of ac or not. Lovely place to stay and relax, especially if you need to be close to town and need to run a few errands, meet people, plan stuff... Place is so close to Rock City Mall where you can go and spend, time, money, get your things in an exciting way. You can also reach to some relaxing joints for food and drinks and get a dose of your weekly entertainment at the Mall.

Located on an unassuming main road from the airport and right beside the famous Rockcity mall in Mwanza, Kigdom Hotel is a fairy-tale urban home away from home hotel, with skylights flooding the lobby’s checkered marble flooring and Nice decorated interiors with good hospitality. a gym, private lounge and classic bar, the hotel offers good security system, not to forget the food.

I can't explain but it's a beautiful place

Rooms are relatively clean and spacious. On the entertainment side, my TV didn't have any signal, a few issues with plugs and lights and wonky fittings. But the most outstanding thing is the attitude of the staff. They were warm and very friendly. That alone made up for any shortcomings. If you are on a budget, I will confidently recommend them.

Good place at affordable rates. They have good customer service as well as important facilities that a residential hotel needs, such as a nice gym for those who like to workout. It is also few minutes drive from Mwanza Airport and located alongside the road. Not forgetting their bar is great.

Best Hotel In Mwanza, Very Friendly Welcome and Welcoming Staff. Clear rooms/ Tasty breakfast and good lunch and dinner. The location is very quiet to relax you ur body and mind. I was their for one week i felt that i was at home and enjoyed my stay in Mwanza.

Out of town means it is quiet but not convenient. However 25% of the price of Ryan's Bay just down the road so if you want just an overnight bed it is fine. Excellent breakfast included in the 75000TZS tariff
