We requested a large block of rooms for a sports team traveling to Abilene. Due to May hotels already booked, this hotel came recommended. The feedback from our parents & coaches was great. The hotel stayed in constant communication & ensured to even have breakfast as a part of the hotel stay they set up in a separate room for over 50 people. All great feedback, we will rebook!

Nice overnite stay. Welcoming staff to me and my puppy, which is a nice change from how I've been greeted in other "dog-friendly" roadside stays. Situated away from the main highway, so quiet. Nice bistro bar with good cocktails and lovely courtyard patio next to the outdoor pool. Breakfast is made to order, Starbucks coffee.

Good location with easy access to mall and downtown Abilene. They have nightly food and beverage specials in the Bistro too.

Great place, had to bunker down with a puppy and a newborn somewhere for a week and it surpassed all my expectations. Room was clean, location was amazing (EVERYTHING is 5 mins away). Hampton's use to be nice. This one shows its age. Still nice but not the quality it use to be. I believe it could use some remodeling to bring it up to modern times. Wish the entry would open up into the dining area.

Overall it was a fine Hotel experience. My room was in need of a bit of an update based upon other Hampton Inn properties of State at recently but it was well maintained and cleaned. The location is fine because you have lots of restaurant options nearby. My experience with the service was mixed.

The room has a funny smell to it, the sink is clogged with hair and the shower is just above warm. The staff is great, sucks that the owners are not keeping up with maintenance.

Customer service is excellent. Friendly staff is always available to help. The elevator is broken and the key cards are always messing up, but still nice place.

Although I ended up getting booked here instead of the other one (Normally stay). I was pleasantly impressed with this establishment. Very very quiet staff was professional and friendly. I know it may be an older Motel 6 but they are working on it. Close enough to get food and any other things you may need or want.

The pictures are not the same as to when you get there. We did have a little bumps in the beginning but we were taken care of. Room was clean and warm during these cold times. The property is aging but we would stay here again. Thank you.

The staff at motel 6 has been completely helpful in changing out my room with trash making my bed. The front desk has been more than helpful with all my needs and meeting them. When I needed a few extra hours to check out an emergency situation they were there for me so it shows that there job they take very seriously and I believe that they're God-fearing people. The front desk lady was very nice. This was one of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. They can accommodate 18 wheelers in rear parking. Room was clean, few amenities. No coffee, shampoo, kleenex, etc. Pretty much just soap, towels and plastic cups. Was a decent place to spend the night while road tripping, one just can have high expectations for $40 a night I guess.

We stayed here on Xmas Eve. The staff was so kind and helpful even on Christmas morning. The breakfast they put out was on point. Our room was super clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet. I had a great experience with this hotel. The room was clean, it didn't smell like mold, mildew or anything else funky. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. Yes, the tub had a little rust around the fixture but it's not a big deal. Great location right off I-20. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are typical for other properties. A few touch in the bathroom (exposed screws and dirty vent) need some TLC. Would stay here again.

Was disappointed in a couple features during my stay at this Hampton. However, after providing feedback, the manager called me and talked through all of it with me. He assures me they'll make changes and urged me to let them know next time so they can make adjustments quickly (change rooms). I'll give this place another shot and appreciated the quality customer service.

The personnel at the desk and housekeeping were beyond polite and respectful. I needed an early check in and they jumped to accommodate me.

Came here for work and both rooms I had to stay in were very nice and big! The breakfast in the morning is very good and they have a lot of options. Every staff member I encountered was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating getting us setup with a room for 2 nights. No frills, but plenty of hot water and bedding was veryyyy comfortable. That's the most important thing, a good night's sleep.

You know the check in lady was so nice and sweet but the hotel isn't one I'd go back to but in Abilene the hotels are not that well off anyways. Motel is in southern part of Abilene, probably 8 or 10 minutes south of I-20, but just off a sort of expressway near shopping and several fast food options. This is the second time we have stayed here and everyone was so nice. The rooms maybe a little bit dated but think of it this way. There is no bedbugs or rouches and you're close to everything. So think before you post a negative rating for this place.

I have a mixed review for this hotel. We stayed for about 2 months as a result of work. They are pet friendly which is really helpful and the staff is really nice. The front desk was nice, gave us a early check in. They forget to put towels in our room, know problem they brought us some. They did have hand towels in our room but one was dirty with hand prints they lady on the evenings didn't care. Lots of hair in the bathtub. Besides that it was nice will stay again.

I have stayed at this property before. I have always had great experienced. The managers are great & the rooms have always been clean when I arrived. I will def be a return guest.
