Hyatt Place Albuquerque Uptown

Very welcoming staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I stay in a lot of hotels, and this location has one of the best included breakfasts I've ever had. Large variety, fresh fruits and breads, and no paper and plastic cutlery!

Though my brother and I only stayed one night, we wanted to give a big shout out to the folks working here! We needed to head west during a Winter Storm Advisory in the mountains and we are not from a mountainous place, so we were nervous. We asked the concierge in the morning, hopefully being a local, what she'd recommend - she was adamant about avoiding I-40 because of the winter storm, sharing that cars have been stuck up there from being snowed in, semi-truck pile ups, etc.! She strongly recommended our alternate route north to Farmington, NM. Though still a bit wintery through that route, it was significantly easier and we had gorgeous views the rest of NM and into AZ through the beautiful Navajo country! Big thank you to this specific concierge (we didn't catch your name! But you were working around 3/17 around 11am!), and the other employees we ran into were all very pleasant, too.

To boot, our room was spacious and very clean, the entire hotel was nice and quiet, and complimentary breakfast was abundant 😊 If you're headed to Albuquerque, I strongly recommend staying here!

Our go to hotel when visiting Albuquqere. Everything is always in place, friendly helpful staff, ample breakfast selection. It’s always been clean, plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Countless restaurants and shops really close by. We’ve always felt safe because the have security people checking on their, and surrounding areas.

Loved it! Was clean, all staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We stayed there for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship #BKFCABQ. The staff goes above and beyond. The room was large. The free breakfast was good. They do need cream cheese for the bagels 🥯. Would stay here again in walking distance from the strip mall and mall.

I've been at this hotel a few times, months apart, and each time has been a wonderful experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is convenient and next to all kinds of stores, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The food they serve is DELICIOUS. One of the things that gets me excited to travel! Their breakfast is one of my favorites. They have a Starbucks too, to help me wake up!

The biggest highlight for me, though, is the staff. They're all so incredibly friendly and they go the extra mile for you. Anytime I've needed help with anything, no matter who I talked to, each employee would try and help dozens of ways.

This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at.

Very beautiful suite. My children enjoyed the space of the room. The outside pool is well maintained and the pool towels are fluffy and big. Sometimes they're like thin hand towels but not here. Breakfast was delicious, the pizza and snacks at the bar are fair priced and the pizza was TASTY. lovely helpful staff too. Excellent stay.

We LOVED our room here. It was so spacious and roomy, the hotel room and lobby were so clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas time. The bed was actually pretty comfortable for a hotel room bed.

There's lots of available parking so no worries about parking even though you are right by Uptown. We felt safe and secure staying here. One night when we took our dogs out to potty before bed, we did see a sketchy person in the parking lot and informed the front desk. They called security right away which made us feel much better. We were told they have 24 hour security at this location which is a big plus for me, especially with staying in Albuquerque.

We enjoyed the free breakfast our last day and it was great! Lots of options available and everything was satisfying. Bagels, danishes, toast, fruit, yogurt, eggs - they had all of the breakfast essentials.

We ordered pizza to the hotel room one night and they neglected to give us plates and napkins so we asked the front desk and they were super accommodating and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our meal and be comfortable.

This is a pet friendly hotel and I will say there aren't a whole lot of great areas for potty time. Would be great to see a little grass patch but we made due with the rocks and scrubs. Just be aware of this if your dog only likes grass.

All in all we will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The rooms are typical Hyatt category 1, bathroom is a little too small. But the room at this location is clean with a good shower. The breakfast was best out of any other Hyatt category 1/2 locations, they even had Togo cups/bags which is awesome. The staff(front desk, breakfast cooks) were very helpful and friendly. Only negative I could think of is the parking spots which are little tight.
