We stayed for 2 nights for NYE weekend. NYE night was excellent. The food and the band were excellent. Then the next morning we had an amazing breakfast and that’s when we met Gilbert. Gilbert was very friendly from the start and his service was excellent. We love the hotel and its friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
Love this hotel. Staff is great! Lounge is amazing! Even tho it’s an older hotel it is a wonderful place to stay! I would recommend it to anyone.
Only concern is the fridges in the lounge are not cold at all. There is milk in there for the breakfast.
The fridge in my room is much much colder
Hotel has been upgraded since the last time I was here nice improvements. Had complimentary drinks from 430-630. Crystal Jimenez is an exceptional employee who went far and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and special. She took time to meet and greet people as they came in, after you were seated she made sure to come check on you to make sure everything was good. She actually took time to talk...
Renovated rooms are very nice! Adrianna is a doll! She made the check in process easy (we didn’t have a reservation) and made us feel completely welcomed. There was an issue with the bedsheets in our room and she was quick to resolve and remedy the situation. The restaurant was great as well.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The lobby and decor are kept very clean and there's an assortment of refreshments available near the main elevators. Ashley from the front desk was very pleasant and Brock from concierge provided us with excellent service. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms and hallways spotless. A big bravo to the entire team that helped us during our stay....
This booking was made using points for a quick weekend trip. The hotel has an interesting shape and a large open layout. Check-in was quick and the staff friendly. The room felt dated, but was clean. The water temperature did fluctuate a lot in the mornings during my shower, that was odd.

Wyndham Albuquerque Hotel & Conference Center
Albuquerque, 2500 Carlisle Boulevard Northeast 🧭 Map
Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.
Hotel was clean and neat, we had a good overall experience, until we asked if there was a restroom near by that had a changing station for a baby, the girl we asked said she would ask her manager, we then followed her from the conference rooms to the front lobby area, the manager there was very rude to the girl and suggested that we just change the baby in our room, (which we explained we didn't reserve...
A lovely place with quite a nice bar, our room was very nice and clean. I did not mind a room facing their indoor swimming pool, but I wish they had been more strict on noise control as the children playing in the pool til late (the time the pool closed was 10 pm) but even then, as the noise echoes is was very loud. Otherwise, this was a few of those moments where it wouldn't happen so much, so otherwise...
We spent half of the time trying to get in our room. I swear a walked a half mile going back and forth to my room so I could get in because the keys get so easily de-magnetized and our latch even shut on us from the inside when we shut our door and had to be kicked open. They charged my card $205 for what was supposed to be around $175 but that will be dropped in 5 to 10 business days. The "deal" for...
The hotel is a nice venue for a small getaway. Very calm and peaceful and most importantly very clean and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely enjoy a trip here again anytime! Thumbs up to the friendly staff!!!?
It's an amazing place I've been here a couple of times, but this last time one of the receptionist named "Michael" was extremely rude! He does not have no customer service skills, has really bad attitude towards paying customers and don't have the courtesy to at least pretend to help you and we got to realize receptionist is the face of the whole hotel. For me just because I've been here a few times...

Albuquerque, 1000 Woodward Place Northeast 🧭 Map
The hotel is close to downtown Albuquerque where the convention events are held, like Comic Con. It's next to the Interstate 40 and 25 so easy to get to when traveling in. The rooms are large as well as the bathroom and very comfortable. But the only thing I didn't like was the price change which is a bit too much for Saturday's price. Plus they charge $12 for parking fees which they didn't do the...
Very nice faciltity at a great price. I will stay here again. The staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are provided in the evening, and eggs-to-order provided for breakfast in the morning. Rooms are one-bedroom, quiet and comfortable. The gentleman cleaning in the dining area (Guadalupe) smiled and made eye contact, which I appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast made-to-order was delicious, especially the omelet. The pool was nice. Maybe just one recommendation for the hotel to get a heated pool. It was kind of cold. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we'd most definitely be back.
I have stayed here many times for various functions and events and the quality of service has always been the same. My family and I are always welcomed with a friendly smile and great customer service.
The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing. The building, rooms, and linens have always been clean and comfortable. Their bartenders are a hoot and make nice conversation after a long day. The...
I'm still staying here but very dissatisfied .No blackout curtains in our room. The sign from the building glaring into our room all night made it impossible to sleep. So much for a good night rest. Air in the front room doesn't stay on so it's hot, my daughter's pull out is hard as rock. We had lunch downstairs before we checked in and they tried to give me bad meat on my sandwich. Have one more night...
This place is pricey, but really nice. I did enjoy my stay there!
They had a decent breakfast, a free drink in the afternoon as a happy hour with light snack , and a couple areas to grab a bite to eat at. I would definitely consider coming back when in the area.

This was the first time staying at this hotel (we have stayed at 6 other hotels over the past ten years). We were extremely pleased with the facility and will certainly stay there again.
We stayed here twice in 2 weeks as we were traveling through. Even though it was a late night arrival, Joshua at the front desk was so welcoming! The room was great and the location is convenient to gas, starbucks, chick fil a, and other stops.
Did not meet expectations. The elevator and room smelled very nice. But the noise insulation from next door rooms is zero, the entrance and bathroom doors at odd with each other, and drafts in the hallway make the door lock bang. No spare toiletry items are available, and no apologies or sorry about that. Also, charging ($13) for a mediocre continental breakfast (more for anything else) that lesser...
Best hotel for a quick overnight or extended stay location along the interstate in Albuquerque! Great prices, location, service and friendly staff! Located 1/2 mile walking distance from Starr Bros. Brewery which I would highly recommend & a Cracker Barrel right next door.
This is a newly refurbished hotel that is still undergoing new construction. We were in a very nice room and it was clean and roomy. The staff including bartender Carl were all super nice. The food was good, however the only downside was if you just want a muffin/bagel for breakfast you have to pay the full $13 which is to me a missed opportunity. Rather than having a muffin/bagel for breakfast for...

Stayed here two different times. On the way to Colorado from Texas and back. Loved it each time! Rooms were clean and great location. Had breakfast at the bistro and it was delicious. Walking distance to Cabela’s and to a great pizza place.
My family stayed here during a difficult time. This hotel was our saving grace. The entire staff were. So hospitable, efficient and helpful. They accommodated us on short notice. The hotel is beautiful. One of the best we have ever stayed at. If you are visiting Albuquerque this is were you need to stay. With ever dime. Perfect location as well. If you want a great view for the Balloon festival I highly...
Cute rooms with balcony. Clean with modern amenities. The architecture and design of the building is fantastic. It can look a little rough around some back corners but don't be fooled!
Really good location in a cute hotel. Spacious room with a couch and a desk. It had a great shower! Super comfy. Close to airport and Tramway.
We booked a reservation here for 3 nights during Thanksgiving. It was very reasonably priced, and a great location. We were very impressed by the ambiance at the check-in area.
We were grateful that there were staff available on Thanksgiving to serve breakfast, though we didn't partake.
The rooms were really nice! They had [fake] wood floors instead of the typical hotel carpet, which made me question...
The rooms were spacious and the shower was nice and water pressure worked great. I stayed here with a friend and there was a separate room it was like a little apartment it was pretty cool. I liked how they had a bar downstairs and the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Room smelled great too and the location wasn't bad either. The hotel is really cool looking, especially when traveling with kids. We got an artist room.. we liked it a lot. We came for first weekend of balloon fiesta. They have grab and go breakfast burritos starting at 4 am. Good location close to the 25 and food nearby.. The only negative thing is their actual customer service. The ladies up at the front were all really great.. when we first checked in on...
I will start by saying the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely get an A+! The facility and rooms are need of upgrades. Things felt a bit outdated and tired. Our tv didn’t work, the bathtub faucet was broken, and the amount of toilet paper left for us was very minimal. Likewise, the only elevator in the entire hotel broke, leaving my mother, with limited mobility...
I rented a room for 2 nights for my daughter's birthday to swim and we had so much fun. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed truly enjoyed our experience. We checked out and my daughter left her iPhone and we got a call from the manager saying they found her phone. All in all great experience most definitely will go back.
Great location. Cool place. Room carpet needs an update or good shampoo. The tub faucet was hard to figure out. The window drape was hanging off the hooks & let the beating sun in. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pool was nice. Great customer service at check in. Very nice stay. Little loud with highway, but not a big deal
Okay, first off. This hotel looks AMAZING. both inside and out. I loved that they have 24/7 security on site. that was a huge plus and one of the deciding factors for me choosing this hotel. upon check in, the front desk guy, I forgot his name or I'd give him a shout out, said he didn't like putting people who are traveling alone on the first floor, where the computer had put me. The place is a little run down no exercise room no breakfast. So the daily rate is too expensive in my opinion but the weekly rate is ok. There was a safe in one of the rooms but the heater was broken in another. When we asked to switch the front desk person...
We showed up at 10pm. We had a reservation.
First, the good. Room was a double queen suite, with a sofa bed. It was comfy. Breakfast was good and has a wide selection.
However...... the hotel is old and was a smoking hotel at some point. It still has the same carpet in the rooms and hallways. Very strong smoke smell. If you are allergic I would not recommend this hotel.
the three stars are entirely for the staff; quite friendly. the hotel had a nice structure that really looks like it may have been attractive at one point, but my first thought upon walking into it was "gee I hope they're going through Renovations or something". The room was, to be honest, kind of gross. The floors and Furniture did not seem clean or to be in good repair. It came at a very good price...
I was there for a short meeting but the business was welcoming, updated, friendly staff and in a convenient location.
Wonderful staff. The hotel was under construction but there was no inconvenience. You can tell the updates are needed, but the rooms were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was great!
Under new management. Cosmetic updates needed on exterior especially. Clean, decent place but its fine. Good bargain for families. Microwave, mini fridge in room. Since several people can stay in 1 room, its a bargain. Kind , courteous front desk. Free breakfast!

This hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to get to. Free parking is nice and the front desk staff were very kind. The room and bed were great on a solo trip. Uber knows how to find the front door, so that is helpful since you don't want to walk around. Apothecary is a must-see. Hopefully, Michael is working, let him perform his magic.
We REALLY enjoyed this hotel. Super clean, friendly staff, quiet, and had a great breakfast! We loved that the staff leaves coffee on each floor every morning. Not having to go downstairs to get coffee was a nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again!
I was recently at the hotel for a family reunion and to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday on 9/12-9/15, 2024. There were about nine members of the family staying at the hotel and all arriving at different times throughout the weekend. Through no fault of the hotel we encountered some billing issues due to my mom wishing to pay for all rooms on her card. The card on file was my sister's who set up...
The building is has a unique backstory and they put effort into the the area around the hotel but the price is too high for what is offered. Furniture is old and showing use, bathroom needs to be better maintained, technology is outdated, so the Executive King room shouldn’t cost more than $150/night. I’ve recently stayed in much nicer chain hotels for much less and been more impressed with the overall...
Very nice rooms, only con about them was not enough plug-ins to charge phones and other electronics.
Staff was great with my dog (Treats and a toy).
Very quiet and had a nice breakfast.
Area was a little so-so.
Walked my dog around the vicinity of the hotel, and some guy was whistling at me following me around it until I went in.
Would stay again, but wouldn't leave as much at night.
We love this hotel! Every time we come through ABQ we stay here on our way to Taos. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There are even cozy robes ready for you after the shower. No complaints at all! The service was awesome in the hotel and in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved all the art decor, both in the room and in the restaurant. Also, the hotel itself is really nice looking. We will be coming back this way in two weeks and stay again.
Fantastic stay at this Best Western. All of what you would expect (clean rooms, friendly staff, and decent prices) plus the great feeling that everyone went above and beyond to accommodate guests. Especially with the cook-to-order complementary breakfast. Good food and GREAT service (as well as for dinner the night before). Would definitely recommend this location.
Extremely nice accommodations. Every staff member we met was extremely nice, friendly and helpful! Shuttle service was great, always ready as requested and pickup was prompt. Leslie the bartender is a wonderful human who goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed. She is the best of the best and this Best Western is lucky to have her!
LOVE this hotel!! Nice job putting so many NM touches EVERYWHERE! Love the photos & art on the walls - having them labeled was so helpful. I heard many people in the hallways talking about the walls. 1. The kitchen Center in the living room (which include the microwave oven and sink) is really helpful and adds real value to the room amenities.
2. Spacious living room area.
This hotel needs a few minor updates. The rooms need to be repainted. The sinks need to be maintenanced, the bathroom sink leaks from the handle. And there needs to be blackout curtains! The picture of the window was taken at 2 am. The light from the gazebo was shining bright through the window like it was midday!
The only saving grace was the breakfast. I love it when hotels have make your own waffles
Hotel was phenomenal especially for the price. We booked a stay in 2 rooms for our big family. Rooms were huge, clean and nicer than the pics led on. The beds were great as well.

We've been staying here on our little vacay's but noticed we never get a good view. Always getting view of parking lot and wall. Never do we get sunset or city view after all the times we've stayed here. But over all it's a pretty nice place. The rooms are spacious and love the full kitchens.
Very nice comfortable hotel great friendly staff pet friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and basketball court! The grills were a plus for Father’s Day BBQ was nice to have a full kitchen. Very clean nice washer and dryers on every floor to do laundry. I was going to give this place more like two stars for how many inconsistencies they had with their amenities and the datedness of some parts of the hotel, plus the fact that despite us booking ahead and arriving fairly early in the day our room was apparently unavailable due to a maintenance issue and they had to swap us to a lesser room without compensation other than some points. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's great. I'm staying at least another week, maybe 2. I'm waiting on an apartment and I'll stay here until it's ready
My stay is over 1 month, more like two, friendly folks & a fairly tame parking lot. Clean & well maintained property & has been a fairly pleasant experience. 1 & only drawback has been somewhat malfunctioning double entry “open path” system but dwelling is still accessible due to dedicated staff & friendly tenants.

Encouraged me to be brave and practice my Spanish whenever the opportunity arose. Great location for our plans. Breakfast bagels were the real deal. Construction and remodelling going on, but they still provided breakfast on site as stated. Senora, I hope your plants...
I stayed for three nights on my vacation here. The overall experience was good. The staff was all very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were in good condition.
The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. They were just serving some very simple food like waffles and bagels. There were no dining tables. So I had to either eat on the sofa or take it...
Walked in, rooms smelled like bleach, yay!!! They were clean and spotless. Great customer service. Great breakfast.
This place I like! I love plank flooring, instead of carpet! A rare gem! Close to biopark aquarium and botanical gardens, 5 minutes walk.
The gal who checked us in was wonderful! But no elevator and small, cramped breakfast room. They were running out of food 20 minutes before they were supposed to stop serving breakfast. When I asked about biscuits, I was told there would be no more. They ran out of bread and milk. Otherwise, not a bad place.

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West
Albuquerque, 9910 Avalon Road Northwest 🧭 Map
This place is functional. Surrounded by food ( a Denny's across the street, a Jack In The Box almost next door ), with a nearby liquor store, it was convenient. It is a bit run down, however, and in a neighborhood that forces it to post a sign that says it has the right to remove service. Those driving a uhau are encouraged to park out back, because cameras...
Continental breakfast in the morning....
Beautiful rooms and good breakfast. WI-FI was terrible, was unable to connect in my phone and in the table connection kept going on and off. Front desk ladies were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Great people, you get 20% off Denny's and 10% off of Godfather. Nice affordable rooms. If you are truck driver or Military you get discount. A Beautiful view of downtown Albuquerque.
The rooms are a good size. The beds are so comfortable and the evening staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The prices were also reasonable and it was centrally located in town, right off the freeway and next to a gas station. Their free breakfast was also good.

Anthea at the Granite
Albuquerque, 950 4th Street NW 🧭 Map
We LOVED our stay at Anthea at the Granite for the Balloon Fiesta. Our condo had two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for our party of four adults. I slept on the pullout sofa and it was quite comfortable with no pesky bars in the back. Getting to the condo was easy from the airport and it was well connected to everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was perfect--loved the decor...
My husband had to travel to Albuquerque for work, and the kids and I travelled with him. We decided to try the Anthea. It was convenient to my husband's work, but the best selling point for me was having a full kitchen. We went grocery shopping when we arrived and saved a ton of money by not eating out each meal. The other great feature was having a washer and dryer in each apartment. Being able to...
Amazing!! Full size everything! Large bathroom with a lot of space to share with a washer and dryer. Includes a couch two TVs, dining table and full size kitchen with a gas stove. Modern and updated. Easy check in and clear instructions. No complaints here! Thank you!
What an amazing find!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Full kitchen, living and dining room, washer and dryer and super comfy bed. No need for Check in as you are given your passcode for front door and room before your arrival. Right by downtown so you could enjoy the amazing things in downtown. We will be back!!
This place is awesome, very nice. Very private and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The management is the reason we stayed there.
When all area hotels were booked for the Balloon Fiesta, we found the Anthea to be available. So very pleased with our one bedroom, full kitchen, large bathroom, king bed, sleeper sofa. What more could 4 gals on a weekend adventure ask for...superb service from Chris in the office, security each night. Great location. Would reserve again .
