Marriott Albuquerque
Albuquerque, 2101 Louisiana Boulevard Northeast 🧭 Map
My family and I stayed here for two nights. The room and linens were clean. The hotel was quiet, and my son and I took advantage of the pool to relax and have fun. The parking lot was full on one side of the hotel. When I parked on the other side, I realized why: all the external hotel doors were locked, and I had to walk quite a ways with our luggage. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would...
Excellent stay! Friendly and welcoming front desk. Rooms and grounds were in excellent condition. Room was clean which is not always the case in my travel. Room attendants were attentive. Bar and food was phenomenal. Special thanks to the bartender who I cannot remember her name. Her drinks were very good. And special thanks to Stephanie Walters for her hospitality and professional service during...
I’m giving a 5 only because of Molly Myers. When I checked in I was explained nothing and offered nothing even though I’m Platinum Elite and staying on the club level. When I came back to the front desk To ask a question Molly was surprised none of my questions were explained to me and that I was not offered the amenities my level afforded me. She took the time so write out all the cards I needed...
Leena is what every hotel bartender should be. Just the right balance of attentive and talkative.
Rooms are fine. Does anyone else miss bar soap in the shower? The walls could use a wipe down in the bathroom.
Staff makes this place. They did me a solid and got me into a room early so I could get some work done.
Nice MARRIOTT! Friendly staff in a great location in uptown with lots of food and shopping options!!
An older Marriott, no refrigerator or microwave in the room. You have to ask for a refrigerator.
Concierge Lounge is nicely furnished but lacking in breakfast or after hours snacks.
Staff is great. Good location.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean. The room was also quiet, the elevator was fast!
Great margaritas in the bar! Restaurants close at 9pm.
Not terrible but not worth the money, especially for a mountain view room. Very underwhelming. No restaurant until April 1. Room service only. Good food, but limited menu, pricey and slow. Elevator can be very slow, several minute wait on expensive upper floors. Disturbing disconnected fixtures in stairways.
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque for 4 nights during the 2021 Balloon Fiesta. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for the annual Fiesta. First of all, the staff was so friendly, so helpful, so great with making sure that my friend and I had a nice stay. For example, when we checked in, the front desk gave us a specific line that we could text if we needed anything. Whenever I texted,...
Convenient for downtown events. Parking is in the Convention Center underground garage and costs extra. An elevator takes you up to the shopping area that is part of the hotel. I opted to pay for Valet parking; it didn't cost much more and was worth it.
Really nice room and great service. You can even ask for a humidifier if the dry New Albuquerque air gets to you. There's a fitness room and a pool. Good food if you get your professional event catered. I just wish there were fridges in the rooms.
Felt like staying in a truly luxurious hotel. Food service is great, complete with mini mustard and ketchup. Rooms are very quiet, beds are comfortable, and staff knowledgeable and efficient. Also a great place to catch up on Chopped. Great TV variety

Frankie our checking guy was amazing. He helped us with all our needs and was very friendly. Spoke about life made the experience feel welcoming. Made us feel like more than just a guest. It's our second time hear and both time we enjoyed our stay. I would have left a five star but breakfast wasn't the best our last visit. The first visit was good. I would recommend this place if your staying...
This hotel may have once been nice and seems to have potential. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been properly scrubbed in a while, and the sink had a crack. There was also a vent connecting our bathroom to the one next door, through which we could hear their music and smell every time they smoked (despite it being a non smoking hotel). People were noisy in the halls, and I could hear it...
The room wasn't completely clean, and a couple lamps didn't work, but the room (suite) was spacious and they brought a rollaway bed at no additional cost. Took them a few hours to get the bed brought up, but they were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, pool was comfortable, hot tub not working. Overall, I could see staying here again at some point.
Awesome place to stay in Albuquerque. Nice beds, breakfast is great, 2 free drinks during happy hour, nice staff. The only thing is they need more wait staff at the bar on weekends. Sometimes it's faster going to the bar & getting it yourself.
The front desk manager Dominica was excellent.... I have never got the customer service she provided before any other place.... I enjoyed every aspect of staying here thanks to her. Keep up the great work Elegante and Dominica you all are excellent!!!
This place was exceptional. It is an older property, but very classy. The toiletries were Bath and Body Works! The bed was so comfortable that I missed it once we got home. The food in the restaurant for dinner was SO good. We had our dog with us and the pet area to walk her we very nice. The room they gave us was spacious and close to the pet area. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights for NYE weekend. NYE night was excellent. The food and the band were excellent. Then the next morning we had an amazing breakfast and that’s when we met Gilbert. Gilbert was very friendly from the start and his service was excellent. We love the hotel and its friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
Love this hotel. Staff is great! Lounge is amazing! Even tho it’s an older hotel it is a wonderful place to stay! I would recommend it to anyone.
Only concern is the fridges in the lounge are not cold at all. There is milk in there for the breakfast.
The fridge in my room is much much colder
Hotel has been upgraded since the last time I was here nice improvements. Had complimentary drinks from 430-630. Crystal Jimenez is an exceptional employee who went far and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and special. She took time to meet and greet people as they came in, after you were seated she made sure to come check on you to make sure everything was good. She actually took time to talk...
Renovated rooms are very nice! Adrianna is a doll! She made the check in process easy (we didn’t have a reservation) and made us feel completely welcomed. There was an issue with the bedsheets in our room and she was quick to resolve and remedy the situation. The restaurant was great as well.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The lobby and decor are kept very clean and there's an assortment of refreshments available near the main elevators. Ashley from the front desk was very pleasant and Brock from concierge provided us with excellent service. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms and hallways spotless. A big bravo to the entire team that helped us during our stay....
This booking was made using points for a quick weekend trip. The hotel has an interesting shape and a large open layout. Check-in was quick and the staff friendly. The room felt dated, but was clean. The water temperature did fluctuate a lot in the mornings during my shower, that was odd.

Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.
Hotel was clean and neat, we had a good overall experience, until we asked if there was a restroom near by that had a changing station for a baby, the girl we asked said she would ask her manager, we then followed her from the conference rooms to the front lobby area, the manager there was very rude to the girl and suggested that we just change the baby in our room, (which we explained we didn't reserve...
A lovely place with quite a nice bar, our room was very nice and clean. I did not mind a room facing their indoor swimming pool, but I wish they had been more strict on noise control as the children playing in the pool til late (the time the pool closed was 10 pm) but even then, as the noise echoes is was very loud. Otherwise, this was a few of those moments where it wouldn't happen so much, so otherwise...
We spent half of the time trying to get in our room. I swear a walked a half mile going back and forth to my room so I could get in because the keys get so easily de-magnetized and our latch even shut on us from the inside when we shut our door and had to be kicked open. They charged my card $205 for what was supposed to be around $175 but that will be dropped in 5 to 10 business days. The "deal" for...
The hotel is a nice venue for a small getaway. Very calm and peaceful and most importantly very clean and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely enjoy a trip here again anytime! Thumbs up to the friendly staff!!!?
It's an amazing place I've been here a couple of times, but this last time one of the receptionist named "Michael" was extremely rude! He does not have no customer service skills, has really bad attitude towards paying customers and don't have the courtesy to at least pretend to help you and we got to realize receptionist is the face of the whole hotel. The hotel is close to downtown Albuquerque where the convention events are held, like Comic Con. It's next to the Interstate 40 and 25 so easy to get to when traveling in. The rooms are large as well as the bathroom and very comfortable. But the only thing I didn't like was the price change which is a bit too much for Saturday's price. Plus they charge $12 for parking fees which they didn't do the...
Very nice faciltity at a great price. I will stay here again. The staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are provided in the evening, and eggs-to-order provided for breakfast in the morning. Rooms are one-bedroom, quiet and comfortable. The gentleman cleaning in the dining area (Guadalupe) smiled and made eye contact, which I appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast made-to-order was delicious, especially the omelet. The pool was nice. Maybe just one recommendation for the hotel to get a heated pool. It was kind of cold. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we'd most definitely be back.
I have stayed here many times for various functions and events and the quality of service has always been the same. My family and I are always welcomed with a friendly smile and great customer service.

I'm still staying here but very dissatisfied .No blackout curtains in our room. The sign from the building glaring into our room all night made it impossible to sleep. So much for a good night rest. The main lobby is modest but pleasant and clean. The hotel restaurant has remarkably good food and drink and the staff are both courteous and professional. The restrooms closest to this area were out of order. Starting at the elevators it is obvious that the hotel need both maintenance and updating. My husband & I stayed on Dec 30, 2022. Check-in was quick and efficient. Wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman that checked us in; he was very helpful and pleasant. We were driving our RV pulling a car, and he was extremely helpful with parking our rig. This Sheraton had oversized parking available. We travel with 2 small dogs and there was no extra charge.
The room was clean and comfortable...
My sister and brother-in-law had their wedding reception there. It's a beautiful property, lots of amenities. Very nice lounge/ restaurant in lobby. We had the large, double room and it was so pretty. The staff are amazing, very accommodating, willing to help.
Disappointed in the rooms. No refrigerator, no coffee pot. Beds were adequate. Rooms were ok, not great. Food in restaurant was good but pricey if don't get with room. I would not say its a 4 star. But it is okay to stay in and clean. Lighting is very dim, especially in the rooms.
They've recently added new items to their food menu (and each item I tried was delicious) and they have been making updates around the hotel. Every staff member I met was extremely friendly, but especially the bartender and GM. We were there on work and ended up staying the night. The room was very clean, quiet, and cozy. Great spot when trying to go from the airport. Breakfast area and lounge were great and the staff had incredible service. Starbucks breakfast there was nice
I've had good luck with Courtyard hotels and this one is no different. The staff here is super friendly and helps make the hotel stand above many of the "higher tier" hotels in the Marriott chain. The room was comfortable, the pool kept the kid happy, and the bistro serves local beer. What more could you want? Your typical Courtyard hotel. Clean, efficient. Staff here very friendly and helpful. I loved that I could also keep my room cool overnight.

The um... toilets in the rooms are not male friendly.
Look, that's as far as I'll describe it without getting into details.
Rooms great, family enjoys the area, plenty of sights to see, but um... yeah.
The hotel is close to the airport so that's a really good thing. The room could have been cleaned a little bit better. The staff was friendly and hot water pressure was good.
Attended a banquet there, was nice. Weird wait service, 8 people at our table, served 3 people their dinner. They finished their meal before rest of us were served. Generally All folks at table served at same time. ODD!! Speaker was great, dancers great.
Rooms were a bit rough. Carpet coming up in places. Plastic bags covering an old light fixture in the ceiling. Patchwork done on the ceiling. Curtains coming down a bit on ends.
Service was well above and beyond. The front desk helped me with several business favors and were incredibly helpful. The catering and event office was great! The food service our group had was great. Would highly recommend...
Great location. Check in was a breeze BUT a little info would have been nice. Such as needing your room key to operate the elevators. Great idea but not the norm so we were not expecting it. Also, reservation said breakfast was included but we couldn't figure out where this breakfast was being served at 8am on a Tues. Rooms were clean but front desk needs a refresher.
A nice accommodation central to a lot of shopping and eating options. The food was good and filling..I think our crew especially liked the nice breakfast spread. The hotel looks nice at first, but then you start to notice all the neglected maintenance. My room was the standard discount two-queen hotel room. I parked across the street in the underground parking on my last night, and when I went to leave the next morning, the doors to the tunnel were locked. I then had to drag my luggage across the street and carry it down the stairs into the parking garage...
Update: when I left this afternoon, the tunnel I had used that went straight to the parking garage? The doors were open but the lights weren't on, pitch black in there. I tried to find someone to ask about it but no one was at the desk or the stand at the front. So I walked to the garage carrying my things and got about to the plaza when I tripped and fell. Scraped up my hand, foot and knee. Please...
Pros: Good location for downtown events and conferences, and a short ride to the airport. Lots of food options an easy walk away. Staff and service were friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk staff. Rooms were spacious and had great views. Breakfast was good. Cons: The hotel is quite old and some of its corridors, elevators and guest rooms show this. Toilets are slow to flush, TVs are...
First and foremost, Brittany at the front was very helpful in checking us in and making sure any and all accommodations were met. She had amazing customer service, and all Hilton Hotels should be as attentive and caring of customers as her. The price is as good as it probably could be. My partner and I stayed here last week when passing through Albuquerque during the holidays. The hotel is super comfortable and our room was very large and nice. Room decor is "tired." Couches and chairs are worn. The carpet is tired too. Time for some upgrades. Not up to Marriott or Residence Inn standards.
This is a good option if you're looking for an easy residence inn off the highway with no frills. Its below average in terms of what Marriott Bonvoy members may have come to expect from Residence Inns, but it's not terrible.

The check in process was very easy. The staff in the evening were not the friendliest, but the morning staff was quite delightful. The room itself was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were smooth as could be. I found the shower to be my favorite amenity of the stay. The rooms need to be more modernized in my opinion. After all, it is a Crowne Plaza.
This property is great. Reasonable price, great rooms, excellent customer service from Brian at the Registration Desk and the restaurant staff too. The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet. I LIKED it because they served food 3 times a day. The floor was not very clean and hairs in the restroom. Other then that everything was great. I'm a Housekeeper and I can't believe the inspector passes the floors? Maybe they need mops, and if they have it they need to use it a lil more. Other than that beds were wonderful and had clean linens and sheets.
Walls that still reflect the '70's design, an elevator with a quirky location and freight elevator feel and rooms that open to the outdoors. Forgot my watch in my room, called report, never heard back
Kinda a scary setting, but because we lived, gotta give them some credit. The front desk guy was really nice.

Slightly older property, the key cards never worked on the first try, and compared to every other Marriott family hotel I've stayed at this place was a little underwhelming. That being said breakfast is good and location and price are good.

As regards cleaning, there were balls of fluff under furnitures.

The view from the roof fantastic!

Beautiful hotel! Really the only nice place to stay in the area - that being said I think it’s a tad overpriced for where it is. Rooms are gorgeous and very clean, staff is friendly. Rooms have balconies. Really loved the feel!
The hospitality of each staff member here is second to none! Such a beautiful hotel, the most comfortable beds, and right across the street from the Sawmill Market. I recommend a room with a balcony on a higher level, and soak in the view as you savor your coffee in the morning. I’m looking forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
This is a beautiful upscale hotel. Nice quiet rooms, beautiful lobby. Has valet and self Park. The level 5 restaurant is not something I would recommend. Look up the menu and you will see it's very limited with offerings that most people would not be crazy about. But it is a great place to go for a drink at sunset. Honestly the food across the street at the sawmill food Mall is a much better deal...
Excellent and wonderful hotel! I really love the Indian style artworks and the details of every furniture and decoration in the hotel and the rooms. I liked how they had a bar downstairs and the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Room smelled great too and the location wasn't bad either. I wouldn't mind staying there again next time I'm in Albuquerque

The hotel is really cool looking, especially when traveling with kids. We got an artist room.. we liked it a lot. We came for first weekend of balloon fiesta. They have grab and go breakfast burritos starting at 4 am. Good location close to the 25 and food nearby.. The only negative thing is their actual customer service. The ladies up at the front were all really great.. when we first checked in on...
I will start by saying the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely get an A+! The facility and rooms are need of upgrades. Things felt a bit outdated and tired. Our tv didn’t work, the bathtub faucet was broken, and the amount of toilet paper left for us was very minimal. Likewise, the only elevator in the entire hotel broke, leaving my mother, with limited mobility...
I rented a room for 2 nights for my daughter's birthday to swim and we had so much fun. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed truly enjoyed our experience. We checked out and my daughter left her iPhone and we got a call from the manager saying they found her phone. All in all great experience most definitely will go back.
Great location. Cool place. Room carpet needs an update or good shampoo. The tub faucet was hard to figure out. The window drape was hanging off the hooks & let the beating sun in. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pool was nice. Great customer service at check in. Very nice stay. Little loud with highway, but not a big deal
Okay, first off. This hotel looks AMAZING. both inside and out. I loved that they have 24/7 security on site. that was a huge plus and one of the deciding factors for me choosing this hotel. upon check in, the front desk guy, I forgot his name or I'd give him a shout out, said he didn't like putting people who are traveling alone on the first floor, where the computer had put me. He upgraded me to...
***Caution*** Raving review ahead.
Stopped in Albuquerque late into the night. I was looking for a place to stay and remembered I had stayed here before. So I booked a room. When I arrived the staff was great and it was a speedy check in. Sonya facilitated all of our needs and was an excellent front desk clerk/host. We stayed in an artists room that was beautifully decorated and the mural on the wall...
Central Location, easy 1-25 access, nearby Taco Cabana and coffee place, Sprouts grocery, etc. Upgraded to one of the many Artist Rooms that are painted by a regional indigenous artists. Room by local din'e artist Randy Barton - Neo-Contemporary Navajo artist! Found RandyLBarton on IG and webpage and explored his music and artistic journey. Great introduction to one of the many artists represented...

It was an amazing experience. After staying at a dive the night before. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back. Great location and we felt very safe
Me and my wife stayed a night here and it was a great stay. The staff was amazing and very nice. The room was very spacious, we loved it all. The only thing we had a issue with was the plugs in our room. They were very loose and we couldn't plug in our chargers or our other stuff. Overall we were very pleased.
Had a wonderful stay in Albuquerque and will not hesitate to recommend the Home2 Suites to friends.
Our room was perfect. Spotless upon arrival, a well equipped kitchenette, and very comfortable beds. We also found it easy to control the air conditioning (huge pro for my spouse who likes a cold room at night).
The hotel is very well cared for. The pool and gym were always clean and well stocked with...
Great hotel, in a nice area. Check in was easy and smooth, front desk let us know how to contact housekeeping if we needed anything. Definitely close to everything. The only downside was the smell getting off of the elevator. Could’ve been due to the chute being located as soon as you get off. Room was very spacious & cozy ! I loved the shower. Would stay again. Safe parking
Excellent facility. Extraordinary service. All the staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel room and facilities clean and well maintained. Suites are exceptional with appliances, dishes, bowls, stainless, glasses and mugs for 6. Beds are very comfortable with a small sofa for lounging. Cable TV limited, but we weren't there for television. Breakfast buffet has decent variety and coffee available ...
