We stayed for 2 nights for NYE weekend. NYE night was excellent. The food and the band were excellent. Then the next morning we had an amazing breakfast and that’s when we met Gilbert. Gilbert was very friendly from the start and his service was excellent. We love the hotel and its friendly staff. Definitely coming back.

Love this hotel. Staff is great! Lounge is amazing! Even tho it’s an older hotel it is a wonderful place to stay! I would recommend it to anyone. Only concern is the fridges in the lounge are not cold at all. There is milk in there for the breakfast. The fridge in my room is much much colder

Renovated rooms are very nice! Adrianna is a doll! She made the check in process easy (we didn’t have a reservation) and made us feel completely welcomed. There was an issue with the bedsheets in our room and she was quick to resolve and remedy the situation. The restaurant was great as well.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The lobby and decor are kept very clean and there's an assortment of refreshments available near the main elevators. Ashley from the front desk was very pleasant and Brock from concierge provided us with excellent service. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms and hallways spotless. This booking was made using points for a quick weekend trip. The hotel has an interesting shape and a large open layout. Check-in was quick and the staff friendly. The room felt dated, but was clean. The water temperature did fluctuate a lot in the mornings during my shower, that was odd.

Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.

Very nice faciltity at a great price. I will stay here again. The staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are provided in the evening, and eggs-to-order provided for breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast made-to-order was delicious, especially the omelet. The pool was nice. This place is pricey, but really nice. I did enjoy my stay there! They had a decent breakfast, a free drink in the afternoon as a happy hour with light snack , and a couple areas to grab a bite to eat at. I would definitely consider coming back when in the area.

I rented a room for 2 nights for my daughter's birthday to swim and we had so much fun. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed truly enjoyed our experience. We love this hotel! Every time we come through ABQ we stay here on our way to Taos. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There are even cozy robes ready for you after the shower. We've been staying here on our little vacay's but noticed we never get a good view. Always getting view of parking lot and wall. Never do we get sunset or city view after all the times we've stayed here. But over all it's a pretty nice place. The rooms are spacious and love the full kitchens.

The front desk guy is amazing. We had some issues but as soon as we mentioned them, they were taken care of. The room itself is a normal, adequate room. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's great. I'm staying at least another week, maybe 2. I'm waiting on an apartment and I'll stay here until it's ready

My stay is over 1 month, more like two, friendly folks & a fairly tame parking lot. Clean & well maintained property & has been a fairly pleasant experience. 1 & only drawback has been somewhat malfunctioning double entry “open path” system but dwelling is still accessible due to dedicated staff & friendly tenants.

Shady characters here and I did not feel safe. I was anxious the entire time, constantly checking my car. Denny's and Cracker barrel within walking distance. They we're cutting down trees and stuff, kids screaming, and people fighting outside so it was noisy.

Our go to hotel when visiting Albuquqere. Everything is always in place, friendly helpful staff, ample breakfast selection. It’s always been clean, plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Countless restaurants and shops really close by. We’ve always felt safe because the have security people checking on their, and surrounding areas.

I've been at this hotel a few times, months apart, and each time has been a wonderful experience. When we checked in the first room had not been cleaned. I went back and they got us a new room quickly. They were super nice about it. The rooms were nice and the pool looked nice too. The area around the hotel did not seem the safest. I'm sure it was fine but all the signs in the parking lot said not to leave anything in your car overnight.

The hotel was nice, since my family has a gold member card they also gave us two water bottles and two snacks which were great. The room is very big and spacious and we loved staying the two nights.

There's alot of negative comments but they are improving their motel. They have cleaned up alot of the all night shenanigans going on outside. Room service everyday, owner is good people. Our room was cleaned and no bugs. Shower had good water pressure. Had coffee, honey buns and cereal for breakfast. Only complaints were that there was very limited parking because of residents and their visitors and the guy who worked at the desk wasn't helpful and acted bothered when we asked him about the weekly rate. We asked him several times and he never answered.

Beautiful rooms and good breakfast. WI-FI was terrible, was unable to connect in my phone and in the table connection kept going on and off. Front desk ladies were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The rooms are a good size. The beds are so comfortable and the evening staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The prices were also reasonable and it was centrally located in town, right off the freeway and next to a gas station. Their free breakfast was also good.

We LOVED our stay at Anthea at the Granite for the Balloon Fiesta. Our condo had two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for our party of four adults. What an amazing find!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Full kitchen, living and dining room, washer and dryer and super comfy bed. No need for Check in as you are given your passcode for front door and room before your arrival. Right by downtown so you could enjoy the amazing things in downtown. We will be back!!

When all area hotels were booked for the Balloon Fiesta, we found the Anthea to be available. So very pleased with our one bedroom, full kitchen, large bathroom, king bed, sleeper sofa.
