A quite small hotel (has 3 floors). Nice location quite close to everything downtown. The room was clean and has a comfortable bed. You can request a parking permit at the reception that is valid for your stay. Staffs were very helpful and friendly!

Fine for the most part. Beds comfy, breakfast consistently decent, rooms pretty spacious. I did manage to get a good rate for an event in town, but I noticed after I'd gone home that there was an extra $20 for the rate on the 2nd out of 3 nights, with zero explanation. I tried to call the hotel about it, but they're now closed from the end of Sept to Jan for renovations?? Guess I'll find out in a few months why my rate fluctuated like that.

Great location for business trip. Outstanding staff. Always areas to improve. Internet connectivity and strength and food selection at breakfast could use some improvement. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms are spacious. Beds were comfortable. The fridge was too noisy, but luckily there is door between bedroom and small living space area. Breakfast could be richer for the price. Coffee is just bad. Bring your own tea, there is a very poor choice, black and decaf Lipton.. Kids enjoyed the pool, which had cool water, and afterwards they could warm up in the hot tub.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Anchorage. Close to everything we wanted to see. Shuttle service to the airport and they even did the shuttle for us at 3 a.m. Great breakfast. Hot foods included. Definitely recommend to stay here

It's been a while since I last stayed here and is forgotten how nice they are. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in (..loved the smiles!). And the rooms! I'd forgotten they're all suites! How best is that!! Clean, with plenty of room, free internet, quiet, affordable-- what more could I ask for? Oh, and breakfast tomorrow morning!! We'll be back!

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Large rooms but pool is very cold, I'm not even sure it was heated beyond room temp and spa was down which was A disappointment because i called and asked if they had a hot tub and pool and they said yes and never mentioned that the hot tub didn't work

The service and breakfast were great. The location was great. Our room smelled like pool. The building was being renovated which excused the smells in the hallways and stairwells, but our room shouldnt have smelt like that. The parking was limited, and I had to park on the dimly lit street in a less than comfortable part of town.
