Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest

Pros
1- The room was clean and spacious
2- The staff were friendly and willing to help.
3- The food quality was acceptable.
4- The atmosphere was nice and the view was beautiful

Cons
1- Our bathroom door's lock was broken, and the bathtub was old.
2- There was a wedding happening the night we stayed there. People were SUPER loud at 1 a.m. My child couldn't sleep well, and no one asked them to understand other people were there too.
3- In the morning, the elevators were full and we waited 15 minutes to go down for breakfast.
4- The facility doesn't have a pool

I had a wonderful stay during a work trip at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest. All of the employees were very kind and the room was clean and nice. Most outstanding of all, though, was the bar/restaurant service at the bar in the lobby of the hotel. I received some of the kindest service from Matt two days in a row. He was always gracious and apologetic if something was even the slightest bit inconvenient. Matt-- you were phenomenal!

After I left the hotel I realized I didn't document the receipts necessary to be reimbursed for the business expense. Brandon, the manager, stepped in to help me get the copies I needed and was just as kind as all of the other folks I had met at the hotel. Infinite thanks to you all for making my trip fantastic!

Gorgeous location. Gorgeous views. So peaceful. Would be a gorgeous wedding venue. Staff was efficient, but not very talkative/friendly (aside from daytime front desk was very pleasant and groundskeeper was very pleasant). The hotel itself is beautiful and they have done a wonderful job with their remodel. The golf course is great. My only complain is the whole hotel smells very musty. Our room, especially, smelled like mothballs. We had to open a window for about an hour to air it out. We were glad to have that option though. Perhaps it os related to the remodeling? Or the hotels age? Not sure. I would still return without a doubt. I would just come prepared with some diffusers next time and maybe a portable
air purifier. Best hotel gym anywhere and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. Wish they had a pool. They tackle the musty smell & train the staff a bit on customer service, they are 5Star.

So the area this is in is amazing with spectacular scenery. With that said we got a room with an panoramic view of the parking lot. The room was nice but the AC unit was louder than hell. The bed was comfortable and they have an amazing shower. They have a bar and restaurant and it's close to downtown Ypsilanti and the bars and restaurants there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasn't too expensive and since we stayed from Sunday to Monday, the place wasn't crowded. I would stay there again but would ask for a room with the nice view.

What a beautiful hotel! Gorgeous decorating and atmosphere. It’s huge so maybe a little difficult to navigate but great for a conference. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Off the highway so pretty easy to access and somewhat close to downtown but a little ways away from everything else.

The location was great - right off the highway and across the street from a strip mall (which works to our benefit since we arrived late and hadn't had dinner so the McDonald's Quick Fix was perfect). The facility was beautiful the room was clean and exactly what we expected. Overall a great place to stay when you're passing through Ann Arbor. Although the weather wasn't on our side, we were able to take a glimpse out on to the golf course - the course looked like it would be a wonderful way to spend a sunny day. A little surprised that breakfast wasn't included, but they did have a restaurant that serves breakfast. We ended up staying here twice as Ann Arbor was the midpoint from our home to our travel destination. The experience the first time was fantastic the second time however, we had requested a king guest room and ended up with two double beds even though the confirmation did confirm we have the king room. This is the reason I'm not giving this review of full five out of five. I would have expected to have gotten what I requested or two at the very least have been informed when I checked in not when I got to my room.

Beautiful location with friendly and helpful staff looking to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We arrived in the early morning hours after a long drive and were greeted by smiles from the two people at reception. They also offered is a bottle of water to take up to our room for the night and made sure we were able to get on our way and I'll to bed quickly.
The room was clean and exactly what we expected.

Would 100% recommend this location for anyone visiting Ann Arbor. Also a good
Place for anyone looking for a beautiful property to stay and golf at. Although it was rainy we can easily see the property is beautiful, well maintained and prestigious.

Went to a retirement party. Ordered burger and fries, was awesome. Beer was tasty. We were all walking around, waitress came and found me since I wasn't really sitting anywhere, ordered from a table off the bar.
