Great hotel and a convenient location. The hotel, however, lists a hot tub online despite having removed it during COVID. Also, the pool is unheated, and since it is connected to an outdoor pool, very cold during the winter (essentially unusable).

Quick and easy check in, the rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, best I've seen. Really liked the hotel store as well. Great place for a conference, just need some work conf and service food, dry chicken and breads. And no desserts made me sad, but I survived.

Last minute stay. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area and knew some great places for dinner. The room was clean and we'll maintained. The bathroom was clean and fresh. Would recommend this hotel again.

This is probably the nicest Red Roof I have stayed at. We travel frequently and tend to stay at Red Roofs because they are dog-friendly and economical. So easy to make the reservation and check in. Employees were very nice. The room was nice and big and the pillows were comfy. The only negatives were the mattress hurt my back and the room had a funny smell like maybe it had been a smoking room.

Office personnel were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The TV screen was too dark which made it hard to see and we were not able to change that setting. The room was nice and clean. I wish our room had a refrigerator and a microwave. You had to pay extra for that. All rooms should come with that. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay! I totally would stay here again in the future!

Adjacent to other hotels and near a mall, this hotel has been recently renovated with a fitness theme. The room was spacious and the lighting fun. However, it lacks creature comforts like carpeting, and the location next to the highway is quite noisy.

Clean and comfortable room. Exercise equipment is a plus for some. Provided shower soaps is done very nicely in shower bottles with no wrappers to throw away. Would stay again for sure.

Hotel was in great shape, clean, good amenities. Room was ready at 1:30PM which on Michigan game-day was a blessing as we were able to head right to the stadium. Staff were helpful and friendly on every encounter. I am very pleased with my stay and recommend the hotel to others heading to Ann Arbor for a Michigan game. 25 minute walk to and from the stadium.

Location is great. The prices are affordable. The property is old, but gives decent value for your money. Staff was helpful. We had to extend our stay due to flights cancellations caused by winter storm Elliot. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to stay for two more nights at the same rate. We ended up leaving after one day in the extended period and the management refunded the remaining money

When you consider it probably has the best location in town, you just can't beat it. It is right on the bus route, an easy walk to campus, and on the same street as the stadium and sports facilities.

That is my only real gripe besides wondering why since we have a double room why do we only get two wash cloths?
