Great hotel and a convenient location. The hotel, however, lists a hot tub online despite having removed it during COVID. Also, the pool is unheated, and since it is connected to an outdoor pool, very cold during the winter (essentially unusable).

We recently had a work event hosted here. The room was adequate, catered food was okay, several of the staff members were very helpful, a few others were much less than friendly. Would have expected better customer service for the event.

I spent 3 nights here as a motor coach driver whilst taking a group from Ontario round the area. I was very impressed with the friendly staff, who amongst other things, courteously assisted me in fitting my bus in the parking lot. The room was spacious and overall clean and comfortable. Extremely happy with my arrival and the service of the front desk. I needed extra blankets due to special circumstances and I had them in 60 seconds. I hsd some additional requests out of the ordinary and Steve at the front desk treated me like he knew me my whole life. Thank you for the great exam the other day. It's right off the freeway and was about 5 minutes from where I took my exam. Staff was real nice. Hotel is very clean. Parking was very good, I parked in the front by the door. Happy Holidays!

Good location close to downtown and interstate. Lots of road noise combined with uncomfortable bed made it hard to sleep. The employees were nice and attentive though I had to ask for water as an honors member. Room was mostly clean except for the used soap in the shower. My mother's room was fine. It was just good for me. I say this because while it appeared clean, there was hair found on both beds. The room had a mold like odor and overall, that made me feel uncomfortable. I went to buy cleaning supplies to help me feel comfortable. The bathroom tub had what appeared to be mold too. Overall I wouldn't say that I was comfortable with my stay.

We came for a little over a week for a conference and they were excellent. Friendly faces on the staff. Clean modern rooms. Comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was a little repetitive, but that's to be expected: most people aren't staying a whole week and wouldn't notice the same choices repeating over every couple of days. I gave 4 stars on location because there's almost nothing close

What a beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic, the grounds are well maintained as is the hotel itself. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, our room and bathroom were very clean which is so important to us. There was a nice pool and exercise room. Plus, the complimentary hot breakfast that changed every day was great! We would definitely stay here again :)

Stayed at many RedRoof Inns. This is by far the best one. The grounds were nice, flowers blooming, mulch looks like a higher costing place. The staff was friendly, let me choose a first floor room. That was great due to a recent knee injury. I will be back

Maybe 2 1/2 stars. Grounds look nice my room with 1queen bed seemed small and a little dated. Off the interstate but generally quiet. The roof/floor of the second level was very rusted and corroded and looked like it could give way at any moment. Staff I encountered seem less then excited. I had a good stay. I will say that the guy at the front desk for check in wasn't very friendly. My room was clean, bed was comfortable. No issues with noise at night.Tub was a little slow to drain. Lots of truckers around, and construction workers. That's to be expected when this place is right off the highway. One of the reasons I stayed. Felt it was a little over priced. I would stay again.

My expectations were low. But because my expectations were tied to the price I have no problems giving it 5 stars. It was a good stay. Thanks!

Hit and miss on customer service and cleanliness of bathtub. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Depends who is on staff and I don't remember names. Women were better than men housekeeper and front desk

The room had basic amenities and was clean. This is a bare bones hotel. We stayed here for a football game so it served our purpose well. The staff was helpful and friendly. The provided breakfast was a nice bonus to get a quick bite in the morning.

Nice pool and sauna that we didn't have time to use. Room was clean. Bottled water and cookies in the lobby when we arrived was very nice. Breakfast was pretty standard. Plenty of options, they didn't run out of anything. Foods were hot. Breakfast area was very clean.

Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. It was clean and comfortable. Rooms updated. Breakfast was the standard Comfort Inn breakfast but the food was hot and the area clean. The windows in our room were so fogged in between the panes of glass we could not look out of them. They need to do some window replacements.

The comfort inn was clean and the staff were very kind. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend. I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms. CARING STAFF! I had a great stay and went back home (I'm from out of state) and realized my drivers license was gone--had no idea where I lost it. I got a letter in the mail from 3501 S State St and they had mailed me my drivers license. THANK YOU!!

Clean, comfortable beds. Facility itself is in need of some remodeling. Overall, for just a quick overnight stay, it was fine. My son enjoyed the pool.

2 room suite: entry room was like a combo kitchen and living room w/ pullout couch/bed. Main bedroom had an awesome jacuzzi, king size bed, etc. Complementary warm breakfast was fantastic

Stayed here while on spring break visit to Ann Arbor. The lobby was nice, clean, modern and welcoming. Service was perfunctory and brisk. We got a room with king bed and sofa bed, which fits 3 of us nicely. There’s a convenient working area at the entrance of the room. Otherwise this is an unremarkable courtyard that is great value for money nonetheless.

Place was really nice for the price! Front desk staff was very nice. The only problem was, the cleaning staff in the morning. They were ridiculously loud starting at 8am. Talking (Yelling) at each other and slamming doors throwing things. No reason to have a 12 O'clock check out when the cleaning service makes sure you're up by 8!

Stayed here for several days starting 12/25. The place was fantastic and the staff was amazing!! The hotel was clean and had a lot of lobby space to relax with televisions everywhere. The room was perfect and the bathroom was perfectly clean. This place has a lot of things to offer.. Definitely would recommend this place

The lobby is really nice and there’s a bar and coffee bar we didn’t use but the option was nice. The outside area was really cute

Employees are very welcoming and helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for vacation or business. Fitness room could use more equipment, it's more of a cardio room but the pool is nice.

This use to be a beautiful spot with awesome service. To be honest though they used to be a beautiful place with high 4 star service. Now though they're staff is short and they're attitude shows it. This location use to have 7 day a week breakfast, lunch, dinner and late drinks available at least 6 days a week. Now you're lucky to get 3 days a week of breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink service..
